Faulty Remote

It worked great! I bought it as a gift for my brother since he said he wanted RGB lights. We unwrapped it and plugged it in and the lights worked as they should but the remote didn't work! We thought the battery was dead so we bought a new battery but it still didn't work. We couldn't find out if it was the receptor or the remote that was the problem but regardless it was definitely something about the product that was faulty. I wanted a new remote but I couldn't find an option where I could return JUST the remote and exchange it for a new one and going through the hassle to send it back entirely was too much. So, I bought a second remote, which came with a new receptor as well. He hooked it up and everything worked beautifully. UPDATE!!!: I was contacted and everything was fixed! I had already bought the new remote so there was no necessity in getting a new one but they handled the affair amazingly by giving me a discount for the product. If there is any problem, emailing the company would definitely solve the problem with NO HASSLE. Although this was inconvenient, my situation was probably an anomaly and purely unintentional but it was eagerly fixed. Again, although the remote was broken, the lights and the plugs and everything else worked great. I am a happy customer and I give this two thumbs up.

These lights work fine and exactly as the listing suggests. The adhesive is mostly useless, but that's not specific to this brand. The biggest difference between this LED strip and others I've bought is this guy isn't sealed in rubber. The LEDs are on a strip of paper with wires inside, that is all. I'm not too worried about them getting damaged inside the house (since glass lightbulbs are typically fine in my house and workspace) but the composite colors like Aqua and Purple use two LEDs (so, green and blue or red and blue, respectively) and the paired LEDs are too far apart and have nothing to diffuse them together. So, instead of a strip that appears orange, this strip appears red and green but throws orangish light if you don't look straight at it. It absolutely works as described and is worth the extremely low price here. Seller is very responsive and seems to sincerely desire customer satisfaction. A+

I wanted to ad some lighting under the bar counter in my house and found these. They work great. The tape on the back was actually was strong enough to hold it as I have used strip lights before and had to use fasteners to hold them in place.

Amazing Lights, Perfect

Dear Customers, These lights are excellent, nice and bright love the fact its simple adhesive literally plan, stick, then there was light on the first day. This was my third set that I purchased, waited 2 days quite anxious and happy just got my package this morning. There's just one MAJOR issue, no IR Controller was included... everything else is present. In the description as I ordered before its supposed to be included. Would have loved to get my 3rd pair of lights started but I didn't. However SuperNight Customer Service got this resolved extremely fast and now I can enjoy my lights on my new desktop setup. Im loving the multiple of themes I can finally do with the lights wrapped around my desk.

Easy, simple, bright!

A very simple plug-and-play kit with very bright lights. Two things to note here: 1) when first plugging them in to test, I freaked out because it only has 3 colored LEDs on it (blue, green, red) and wanted more multi-colored. I quickly realized it's the Ambient glow that gives the mixed color effect (and it's seemless and perfect. If you can't see the LEDs, you wouldn't ever know). 2) My TV remote sometimes sets off a different color. The remote sensor works on the same signal as your TV would, so occasionally I'll mute the TV and my room will turn green. My friends think I have it do that on purpose, it doesn't bother me, but it's worth mentioning. (that also opens up the door to use a cell phone app to be able to change the colors too) All in all, I love the product, it feels fairly good quality, the colors are very bright and vivid, it stays cooler than I first thought, and I'm buying a dozen more of these shortly.

Awsome Led Strip Light Package.

Purchased this kit for under shelf lighting to be honest I was a little sceptical at first with how the quality of the product would be since I usually don't buy much online. Retail stores are way out to lunch when it comes to buying led strip lighting. to the point where its makes you throw up when you price out just 24 inches of strip. When product arrived I immediately opened the box and installed them under my shelf. The product has everything you need in the box the remote with included battery (remember to pull the plastic tab out so it will work) power supply and led strip connector. I really like the fact you can dim the colors and have some pattern options so its not just one color all the time. I would recommend these to anyone looking to add some accent lighting to shelves and you can place them around the back of TV's this gives a very cool look and wont break your bank account. I will be buying more in the future.

Great light really bright and long strip

Works great and LED strip is super long. it produces and and clear colors in a wide range. Pros: 1.) length i could almost wrap my 70" 2 times with the Strip 2.) brightness and color production LED's are really bright and produce a good clear range of colors Cons: 1: flexibility of LED strip it long but plan out ho you want to install it if you want to use the entire strip 2: power supply you have to find a dedicated power input behind you television or run cable down the wall 3.) remote need direct line of sight to IR receiver to control LED strip conclusion: i would recommend especially if you have power supply behind tv really bright at max power and really long strip to cover large space

I used these in my color-changing cloud project, they are FANTASTIC! I want to buy more to put in my bathroom for a low light at night.
