This is straight sent from the skin gods! I have problems getting under the skin acne that is so painful! I put these on overnight and in the morning I get flat surfaces! I am so amazed!

Fabulous product. Very good for cystic acne. May be preaching to the choir here, but my advice for using these patches would be as follows: 1. Open spots with a sterlized needle (Isopropanol/Isopropyl Alcohol works well for this) 2. Make sure skin isn't oily 3. Apply patch 4. If using overnight, apply some tape over the top to help the patch stay in place. I use micropore tape. Added benefit - creates a tight seal and helps to suck more pus out. 5. If you want to go out while wearing a patch, apply a piece of cut up Bandaid (budget option) or cut up Convatec DuoDERM Extra Thin Dressing over the top. (Convatec is also good for protecting mosquito bites from scratching fingers). Again, helps patch stay in place, creates a tight seal and conceals the ooze stain. 6. If you want to get rid of a small spot or just want to stretch out a packet, use a pair of clean scissors to cut the patches into halves or quarters. Top tip - keep the loose plastic film that comes with the packet between the scissors and the patches - helps stop the ends catching. Also, the cut-up pieces don't stick as well to your skin, so definitely need to put tape over them. I find this trick works well when I just want to leave the a patch on for a while before heading out somewhere, or when I am trying to encourage scar-free healing on a spot that hasn't quite grown proper skin.

I ordered these and love them! They work on pimples that I get along my jaw line that are so tough and hard and sore that I can’t ecen pop and the past day they have pulled soooo much stuff out. It’s SO rewarding to remove them and see what has been pulled out! I have liked using the smaller ones because I feel like it works better. I have used the larger ones on my nose which is covered in blackheads and it pulls them out as well. I have added two pictures from my most recent pimples which I couldn’t pop and to see all the stuff come out. (The one on the right was the biggest pimple, which I still have BUT it was huge, and stuff is still coming out even now as I write this) It’s just so rewarding. And if you were it through out the day you can see it working. I usually wear mine when I sleep. I have seen people say can wear make up with it, but i dont know haven’t tried that yet. But if you aren’t going anywhere and having a lazy day just put one on. I havent had any issues with sleeping with them.

I finally bought this after reading rave reviews in an article and then here. I bought it and stuck it in my cabinet and forgot all about it, until... Until I woke up with one of those brewers. The kind that feel tender like a week before the finally become that monstrous, right by the mouth on the chin, you try to mess with it for days, but just pissed that thing off, kind of giant lump miles below the surface pimples. The kind where you feel like your face is going to have a tire blow out. And, naturally, it was just days before my daughter's open house where I had to meet her new teacher, my ex and all the parents that I have to see the rest of the year. Come ON dude. So I race up to the cabinet and slap on a big patch and press it on really well and waited, replacing it around bedtime and morning. Oh my gawd. Legit, 2-3 patches and it was a memory. It's like it never was. It went from some horrific, thunder on the horizon, omen of aesthetic death, tremors 5 harbinger of zit, to just flat, normal skin. NOTHING THERE. HOW?I don't care, I'm a lifelong customer. Just buy it.

My wife introduced me to these things, they are a very ingenuitive idea actually! Basically, they are (two sizes of) small rubber circles that have a sticky side which you place on top of a recently opened zit on your skin. The makeup of the rubber and adhesive actually "suck" the juice and goop out of the zit while you wear them. They come neatly arranged on a few small sheets of plastic and they're easy to peel off and put on your face (not gluey or hard to handle at all). The good: after a minute you forget you are wearing them because their pretty light, they suck a lot of juice out so you don't have to worry about the zit reforming after you wear these for a while, they are really gentle on your skin and don't leave any residue whatsoever, and they do a great job of helping the "wound" heal so there's no awkward scab or scar from the zit previously being opened and healing the normal way. The only bad would be that they are somewhat translucent so you can wear them in public without it being OBVIOUS, but if you get close to someone they will see that you've got this little rubber dot on your face. :) Overall, they work really well... they don't smell, they don't itch, they don't leave any residue or mark that they were on whatsoever, all they do is suck juice out of open zits and collect it into the little rubber disk nice and neatly (looks like a little white bump inside the disk). They're a good product.

These work great. They pull out oil and puss, leaving a white spot in the dot. After one night of sleeping with these on almost all the spots on my face were flat and I was easily able to cover up them up during the day with foundation during the day. Your blemishes don't just disappear, there is still a red mark so using them a few more nights may be necessary. If I am going out without makeup I use 97.9% pure aloe to reduce and it makes my blemishes almost invisible. They do exactly what the product says they will do. I am also a picker and these help keep my hands off my face. If I am home during the day I will put them over blemishes that are still under the surface to help keep me from squeezing or picking. It does help if there is a white head to puncture it before applying the dot. I usually use a tool like a comedone or a black head tweezers (they are curved on the end) this helps reduce any scarring. I love these and will likely buy them again. I have sensitive skin and they did not dry out my face at all. It is currently summer, soon to be fall and my skin dries out in cold weather so I will likely use the aloe more often. They are not medicated, which for me, is a good thing since benzoyl peroxide tends to do more harm than good. I have acne due to PCOS (poly cystic ovary syndrome, this can cause hormonal imbalances and can cause acne even in adults) and they make my skin look much more age appropriate (30). I ordered 2 boxes and it's absolutely worth the 14 dollars plus tax. I suggest using these to help blemishes become flat over night and use liquid foundation in the AM. They come with 2 sizes in every box so you can use them on big or small spots too.

I'd had this box tucked away for months. Forgot about them. A few days ago, I felt that tell-tale pain of a knot under my cheek which was going to be a cystic acne spot. You know the kind. Takes forever to ripen and even then is not always productive and satisfying to pop, and then has the audacity to get all red and angry and leave a scar. Can't put make up on the damn things either! THIS time, I vowed not to squeeze it until it reached obvious ripeness. I washed and dried. Then, put one of these mysterious patches on the knot. Left on all night and into the next day. Removed and washed my face. Not expecting anything, I pressed gently with my fingers - not even my nails, and white liquid flew out easily. Then I stopped so as not to over do it (you know who you are!), washed, dried, and put on another patch overnight. Next day - it's gone. No knot. No open sore. No anything. What I want to know, is why in the hell hasn't my dermatologist told me about these?! I've been on accutane twice since the age of 40. Highly recommend. Game changer. Also, helps keep me from picking at pimples in my sleep. 😳😁

OK what is the black magic sorcery?? Like seriously, I can't believe I never knew these existed. And why can't you find it in the stores?? It's like the zit cream / spot treatment acne solutions lobby is prevently these products from being on the shelves or something. Because those are in no way as effective and you have to use forever to finally see any results. I seriously felt like a teenager again last weekend. Literally days after talking about how great my skin has been, this giant, painful, bulging zip was starting to form right in the middle of my chin. Oh and a week before my cousins wedding, naturally. It was like it wouldn't stop growing. And the spot treatment solution was doing absolutely nothing. And it hurt so bad.. and I couldnt help trying to pop it and it refused...and then... I hung out with one of my girl friends who told me about "korean acne patches." When I searched for something, this and the COSRX brand came up as the most popular. But this product had prime shipping and the other doesnt so thats what I went with. I mean we are talking EMERGENCY here!! I immediately placed it on my chin the second I got home and it had arrived in the mail. Typically best to put on before bed but I was in a panic to start resolving it. After a few hours I saw the white forming and I was curious and peeled it off. Then I put a fresh one on before bed and come the next morning....HOLY COW the entire dot of the LARGER patch in the box was now a giant white blob. I mean look at my photo. This zit was no joke. Amazing how much fluid / puss had to get sucked out. Like I said. This is some black magic sorcery. It completely went away within a day. I ended up putting another on and it sucked up a wee bit more but I am proud to say, I am back to normal with several days to spare before the wedding. Man, I wish I knew of these things when I was a teen... if they existed back then, anyway. Clearasil is a joke compared to these. THANK YOU NEXCARE!!

I'm the person who reads every review i can before buying something but suck at actually posting them myself. I will on this tho. I had never heard of anything like this until recently. Wow. After 1st use, just wow. Recvd these yesterday put them on (used almost the entire package) and after the hubs got some good laughs in went to bed. I cannot believe the difference this morning. I have PCOS, cystic acne, anxiety that causes awful breakouts on my neck & chest when it gets bad and am a picker so that never helps. There were some that had nothing on them this am which a few of those surprised me, but overall, these things sucked a lot of nasty out of me last night. I had a massive one last night and this am the entire bandage was covered white. I also did poke a hole with sterile a utensil before I put them on. I plan to continue to use these and will update if things change. As stated, I do have to order another round since I used the majority of them in one go, but I feel that shouldn't always be the case. To those that can wear these out in public and nobody notice, bravo. I will not be wearing these in public unless absolutely needed because I do feel they are noticable. Also, I forgot a couple on my neck this am before getting in the shower & found them still there a bit later, so they stayed on thru bring scrubbed in the shower.

I don't know how these little guys work, but work they do. I had one blemish for so long that I assumed it and I would be cremated together when that time came. Two of these guys later, and not only was the blemish gone, the portal through which it came from the underworld into my life was miraculously not only closed but healed. I'm now working on my new identity without the devil's own blemish, which is a refreshing change from my usual daily partnership with that soulless eruption. Thank you, Nexcare.
