Great product...Awesome customer service!!

I ordered this item over the Wubbanub because I wanted to be able to wash the plush and the pacifier seperately. However when I received this item, I was disappointed because i couldn't attach my daughter's soothie pacifier, the pacifier that came with was very difficult to clean, and my kid would only use soothies. I started the return process and actually kept putting off sending the item back. Eventually, Nookums customer service contacted me to ask me how I was liking the item. I decided to give them my feedback and let them know why I was returning. Well, after that, they responded very quickly and addressed my concerns immediately. Apparently I wasnt putting the soothie pacifier on correctly and they also told me about the new design of the included pacifier that was more similar to the soothie. It is great to be able to use this awesome product. It is a great product. My daughter loves it. Customer service is really wonderful. I highly recommend this product. (I bought the wubbanub after I decided to return the Nookum originally and while the wubbanub is a very good product, it still bothers me that it is impossible to clean the plush and the pacifier separately. I use the Wubbanub at home exclusively and take the Nookum everywhere knowing that I can clean it super easy when I get home.)

i love this elephant! with a 13 week old who loves her pacifier, but is unable to hold it in her mouth, this is so helpful. it's quite adorable when she cuddles the elephant as well. we have several of these, one for daycare, one as a spare while the other is in the wash and whatnot. there is a slot where we attach the philips avent soothies, so this is fantastic! *update* still love these, they hold up well in the wash, and now we have about 8 or so, one in every room, one in the diaper bag, and clean spares. he's very much become almost another member of our family :)

Baby's Favorite

He LOVES his elephant paci! It fits snugly on his Mam pacifiers and is easy for him to find and grab. He always uses his Nookum at night so he can easily find his paci in the middle of the night. We will hear him wake up and cry but as soon as he finds his paci, he pops it back in his mouth and goes back to sleep. It's also easier for him to grab in the car. We now own 3 because we hate to be without one while we need to wash it. I just toss them in the wash with clothes so the maintenance is super easy! LOVE these things!

Works brilliantly!

Works brilliantly. After way too many sleepless nights acting as my newborn's paci picker-upper, I came across this item. It works with various brands including the Soothie (see photo). It also doesn't hurt that my little girl looks adorable when hugging it.

Better than Wubbanub!

Love it! We loved using the Wubbanub for our son because it makes it so easy for the baby to find in the crib, etc and they cuddle with the animal. However, our daughter wouldn't take the Wubbanub Soothie paci, she prefers the Mam. The paci would frequently pop out and are so easily lost so I was happy to find the Nookums. I want to buy more but will wait. Always good to have a backup. The Nookums is better because you can unattached the plush animal to wash it whereas the Wubbanub I had to wash the entire animal plus paci together. Also great that is universal.

Love that you can remove pacifier to wash

My daughter loves this pacifier lovey! The elephant is super cute! I love that you can remove the pacifier to clean it. We use it for the Avent Soothie pacifiers like the ones you get from the hospital.

Great Mam Pacifier holder

Just purchased this January 2018. It’s perfect. We love it and baby loves it. We were gifted the “other” animal pacifier holder however little one didn’t care for the pacifier. Just now did I decide to spend $15 for a pacifier holder. Our Little one is 8 months, love her Mam pacifiers and this holds it perfectly. At 8 months she loves the stuffed animal and it’s easy for her to grab her pacifier attached to the elephant while sleeping. This now comes with the green soother type pacifier NOT the ones shown in other reviews that shows mold. Great buy and we are going to buy another one in a different animal. Well done Nookims!

Loved this for car rides!

I love this Nookum! It's not weighted and baby can pull it out of his mouth on accident but in the car seat, this was a lifesaver. I would tuck it under the blanket and it would hold it just well enough in place that baby wouldn't lose it. We somehow lost this (so many items to keep track of with a newborn) and I will be buying another. This works with any pacifier and the rubber ring is easy to switch back and forth but not easy for baby to take off. I read in the reviews that the pacifier it came with had mold or eventually got mold. Mine didn't have it when it came but I tossed it anyway. Let's be honest, most babies only take one type of pacifier anyways and the last thing you want to do is get them hooked on some random one that you can't buy anywhere else! Find what works for you and then get one of these to help hold it in place!

Awesome alternative to a wubbanub

Awesome alternative to a wubbanub! I love it because I can change out the pacifier regularly and keep it fresh without replacing the lovey too and upsetting my little one. The plushy is great quality too and super cute. I use it with the Avent Soothies and it's just like a Wubbanub only far more economical and convenient. A+

Perfect if switching from a wubbanub

My son has several wubbanubs and they lasted quite awhile. I decided to replace them with something where I could use a pacifier for older child (over 6 months). Wubbys are great but only come with 0-3 month pacis. I first used this with the 6 -18 month avent paci and it worked but my son easily pulls it of the elephant. I decided to try the green nookum paci that came with the elephant. These must be new because other nookum came with a white plastic paci but there were complaints of mold. It appears they switched to green pacis similar to avent which was a great idea. They are very similar to the soothie. My son accepted it in place of the soothie quite easily. And he hasn’t been able to remove the nookum paci from the elephant. He only uses this for sleep and it saves us parents from having to go look for it multiple times a night. Love it!
