Very high quality GameCubeMemory Card/Wii Mem. Card for a good price

I have been concerned over preserving the games of my childhood on my favorite console: the Nintendo GameCube. I bought this memory card with Sonic Adventure DX, figuring I should go ahead and put the two together. My first memory card sometimes didn't have the blocks or save slots I needed, so I got this thinking that it would be the same size. I was delighted to find I was wrong! It has plenty of blocks, and a good amount of save slots. It did look a bit 'off' when I first got it, because it does not look like the one that comes with the GameCube originally, but it definitely works, and you get used to how it looks. I tested it with some games, and it saves just fine, no if', and's, or but's.

Hi all. Getting into Gamecube after a long hiatus. Rocking the new HDMI plug ins. It is a game changer. Went to play and found out that I did not have a memory card?? Where did it go? I was upset at first then realized it's been 15 years since I last played a gc game. It's just better to start over. Buy a new memory card and play. Yes, this works as intended on my old edition 1 GameCube. Reasonable price. And it WORKS

Great product at a great price

This is the second one we've ordered just because the boys each wanted their own. At this price, I didn't mind. Transaction was smooth. Product arrived early and is exactly as described. Lots of room for all the games they like to play. No issues what so ever.

Is Exactly As It Says.

There are indeed 2,048 memory blocks worth of storage for anyone who was curious about the seller's integrity. I'm pretty impressed with the quality, as I have not experienced any problems with it yet. I moved all of my save files to this one memory card, and I still have about 1,500 left. If any of ya'll like the console Sims games or even the Harvest Moon games, then this is a worthy investment.

Perfect for the GameCube or Wii.

I have a Wii System and I always play GameCube games on it. My old memory card stopped working, so I decided to try these since they were cheap and on sale. In so glad I did. I've been using them for a few months now and they are great. No problems saving games. I like that it comes with two cards (some games like animal crossing require two memory cards to go between towns). I'm very happy with my purchase.

Plenty of room for nostalgia

My brother and I played all sorts of games on the gamecube when we were younger. Now we've moved out of the house, gotten houses of our own, and taken the 'cube and Wii with us. Yes, it works in both my Wii and the Gamecube. I copied over all of my brother's game saves to give him as a birthday present. Our initial memory card supply was limited to the technology available at the time. When I plugged this card in my mouth fell open at the size comparison. 2048 blocks is huge. I would compare it to walking into a studio flat for the first time after living in a broom closet. Suddenly everything you ever wanted can fit in your life, and having friends over or copying their game saves is easily within reach. Alright so the metaphor broke down by the end of that but do you know what didn't? This memory card.

Perfect for the average gamer

This product is exactly what I needed it fits perfectly in the game cube and functions exactly like it's supposed to. I wouldn't recommend getting any higher memory unless you play a ton of games. This has plenty of memory, for example game cube games are measured in "blocks" and Mario kart alone is 3-8 blocks so unless you have a ton of games you won't need anymore than what this card offers.

A Lot of Storage for a Low Price

For those of you who have a lot of Nintendo GameCube games, this memory card will be a great purchase for you. Not only is it very well priced, but it offers you more storage than you'll probably need. I used to use two or more memory cards for my GameCube games because I kept running out of space on each one, so there were times where I had to keep switching memory cards. With this memory card, I have all my saved data on it and have all the space I'll ever need. It takes the hassle of switching memory cards on your console. With this memory card, I don't think I'll ever run out of storage.
