Ive gotten a sample of this before and put it underneath my arms when i went to the gym. i was on the stair climber not really using my arms much and they were still sweating! right now ive been bloating on my belly and i put a light amount on my stomach and put the waist trainer and i sweat good! when i work out in it my trainer is drenched with sweat! its worth the money when it comes down to it, im happy i finally bought the stick. itll last a while, you only need a thin cover and its a big stick of it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this! I don't ever sweat on my own and if I do, it's very little but I use this and wear a waist trimmer under my clothes when going to the gym and by the time I am done with my work out, I am sweating so much that it goes through my clothes! I've seen a lot of progress with this combined with the trainer and I absolutely love it! First picture was taken in January and the 2nd one was taken in march!

Works with sauna wrap

It works nice,i sweat more and feel more motivated to keep going and not stop when working out, also makes skin super soft after shower. Only thing is that it's only effective with a sauna wrap I got the thigh wrap from sweet sweat and it doesn't cover much so when I got done working only the part that had been wrapped had been sweat. All in all will keep buying but suggest they make their sauna wraps longer not just wide.

Holy SWEAT!!!

This stuff WORKS! I was skeptical as the product has a pleasant scent and doesn't contain any eucalyptus or agent that opens your pores, so I want sure ....or was going to work. Boy was I wrong. It didn't inhibit my workout but upon taking off my trimmer, as you can see THE SWEAT IS POURING! And this was after a slight dry off from my shirt absorption. I got regular for the hubby and coconut for myself.
