Oh the joy of spending a summer evening sitting around the fire with a few beers and friends. We looked and looked to find the right fire pit. We wanted one that wasn't to small and was open on the bottom to allow for the heat to be enjoyed on our feet. This one is perfect for everything we wanted it to do.

We love how big it is

We love how big it is...deep enough you can put the lid on and it doesn't touch the wood and the open air helps stoke the fire. I recommend putting sand at the bottom to help keep it in good shape longer. Easy to assemble

Fire pit

I finally got my replacement firepit after my 1st order got lost during shipping. Free of charge n worth the wait. My only wish was it were heavier metal, my fear is fire getting hot enough to burn threw after a few fires. For Now...its chocolate/ marshmallow samore time.

We got a cover that fits.

Enjoying my fire pit

Had this for a few weeks and so far so good. Great size, followed suggestions to spray with Rust-Oleum before use and it's worked out great. Also purchased the cover to keep it out of the rain. Looking forward to warmer weather where I can use it again.

Cute and huge in my tiny yard! Perfect.

I wanted a firepit that could actually hold a decent sized fire, but also didn't break the bank. This exceeded my expectations. It's huge and cute. You could make a small bonfire! I followed another reviewer's advice and got the classic accessories veranda square patio ottoman cover. It fits perfectly.

Could not be happier!

I got my new fire pit just in time for the first weekend that evening temps went down into the 60s and it was perfect timing. First of all, this thing is huge inside and can hold a tremendous amount of wood, or charcoal if you desire. I absolutely love the grill grate on it and when we fired it up on Saturday night, we cooked hot dogs over the fire. What was also neat was that we could place the buns on the grate as well to toast them up a little. The raised ledges in the bottom provided really good air flow so that the fire was easy to start and maintain. I bought 4 16 x 16 patio pavers to place under the pit and it not only made it look great, but it gave me a little extra piece of mind using it out in the grassy areas. I cannot be happier with this fire pit and only hope it holds up well for the future. I have also purchased a cover for it and hope that this will help with the rust problems that others have mentioned. I totally recommend this product for relaxing out in the backyard with your family, friends, and some good food as well.

Great fire pit for backyard use.

I really like this fire pit. This is the second one I've owned. The first one lasted about three and a half years. But in his defense, it said outside through snow, rain with wet ashes in the bottom the entire time. I've decided to buy a cover this time and I am sure it will double its life. The fire pit is the perfect size allowing you to stack several decent sized pieces of firewood horizontally across the bottom and build up from there. The grate that comes with it allows you to toss on some hotdogs or hamburgers. It is good looking and well made. I would recommend it.

A Real Fire Pit for a Real Fire

I love this fire pit. After searching for the perfect fire pit that would fit an adequate amount of wood, I believe this is the one. Many other fire pits hold very little wood or can only handle kindling; however, this one will fit several substantial pieces no problem and can handle a decent size fire for groups to sit around. The design makes it easy to get oxygen to the fire and start it from scratch. It also comes with a grilling rack should you want to cook out over the fire. It looks great and is sturdy. I would be sure to get a cover for it as, with any outdoor items, can start to rust with exposure.
