Early in the first trimester I started applying this to my belly, lovehandles, and thighs. I continued to apply it throughout my pregnancy until the day my son was born at 39 weeks 4 days. Pre-pregnancy I wore xs or 0-2 in everything and had a bra band size of 32; in short, I am very petite. My belly really had to stretch to accommodate the 8lb 21" baby I carried plus the extra weight I gained throughout pregnancy. Needless to say, I did not get any stretchmarks from my belly down where I'd applied this cream. Sadly, I did not initially apply the cream to my breasts so I have an abundance of stretch marks on them :( which gives me the impression that this product is very effective!

I love this Belly Butter. It is a light to the touch moisturizer that hydrates my skin for an extended period of time. It goes on smoothly and does not leave an oily or greasy residue on my clothes. After a week of consistent use, I have noticed a difference in the texture of my skin. I particularly appreciate that it is fragrance free as I have discovered that I tend to be very sensitive to scents while pregnant. I would recommend this to any pregnant momma as a great way to moisturize your sensitive and stretched skin as your pregnancy progresses.

I have been trying to be more vigilant in my efforts to avoid parabens and other endocrine disruptors in my skin care products since becoming pregnant, and this is one of the products the EWG lables as a low risk. So far, I've had very minimal stretch marks (though I'm only at 24 weeks so I know they're inevitable, I'm hoping this just lessens them and helps them heal better). I use this mostly on my belly, but not going to lie-- due to winter and constant hand washing I also used this on my knuckles which were cracked and bleeding at points and this really helped resolve that too.

I bought this at beginning of pregnancy and put on twice a day religiously to prevent stretch marks. I got up to 28 weeks and then had my first stretch mark. Then they just started appearing every week. It may haves helped reduce, maybe?. But I learned stretch marks are inevitable, if you are going to get them you will no matter what. I would still use the lotion to stop itching as you get bigger. I was someone who believed this would work along with drinking lots of water, please know there is nothing you can do to prevent them if you are going to get them you will.

Some people seem to think this is a knock off version of the “real” belly butter but it isn’t, it’s just a newer package. I have been using this throughout my entire pregnancy and it feels, smells and works amazingly well. I don’t have a single stretch mark. I mix it with a few drops of Bio Oil and spread it over my whole belly, sides, chest, everything. No stretch marks for this happy mama and a very soft belly. I highly recommend! For the record, I have now ordered/bought this about 4-5 times because I use it every single day. It works!

I was one of the very lucky mamma's who didn't get any stretch marks from my pregnancy. This belly butter may have played a part in this. I ordered this while still in my 1st trimester, and I applied it daily in the mornings (about 1-2 tsp worth). It lasted me my ENTIRE pregnancy! I was surprised. This belly butter has a very mild smell, it's difficult to tell it even has a scent, and it reminds me of a milk based moisturizer. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. I also never experienced that itchy sensation from the growing belly I've heard about from so many other women. Keeping your belly, sides, back, butt, and thighs are very important. This belly butter is worth giving a try.

I bought this for my daughter who is pregnant with her first child. I read a lot of reviews and was sceptical, but boy am I glad I bought this product. I rubbed it on her belly and a little went a long way. It wasn't too greasy and there wasn't much smell which was good since she has morning sickness. She has been using it daily for 2 months and it is not quite 1/2 gone. Definitely worth a try. I am placing another order now. Update...my daughter is 5 months now and still loves it! Update...I bought another...daughter is 8 months and still very pleased. Update...bought another since she went through the last tub in a months' time. Her belly is stretched so far that it hurts and she is getting a rash. She swears by this Burt's Bee product. She says it helps with the itch and irritation. I am so glad I read the reviews and bought this because this by far is her favorite product. She says she will use this post pregnancy. This is a must buy for any expecting mommy!

I got this for the missus when our proverbial bun was in the oven baking. She loved it. I started using it though and I'm blown away...probably the best lotion ever. Within a couple days I saw incredible improvement with dry skin around the elbows and knees. It doesn't leave an oily or greasy film and it doesn't have a powerful odor like other lotions tend to do. I can't stress it enough, take care of your skin and your skin will take care of you...guys, this mantra is not just for the gals.

When I was pregnant I was starting to get some pretty severe itchy belly stuff from my skin stretching out. I was also developing some weird eczema and dry skin from how often I was taking baths and showers to soothe my tired pregnant AF body. This stuff doesn't have any scent which is perfect for me because I hate perfumed lotions. I have zero stretch marks on my tummy after giving birth but I am not sure if I should credit this lotion or just having a smaller sized baby but the lotion cannot hurt. Now that I've given birth I use this on my hands which are extremely dry since you have to wash your hands constantly with a newborn. I wish it came in a tube instead of a jar just so it'd be a little easier to open/close and to store but it's really not obnoxious enough to lower my rating. I recommend this to anyone looking for a scent free, non-greasy, moisturizing body butter.

The ingredients in this is so natural and safe. Plus it has ONLY the ingredients you need for your skin during this whole pregnancy stretching skin scare. So far I am 5 months pregnant and have been using this every Morning and vitamin e oil at night. My belly feels so smooth, like a baby butt. The only thing I don’t like as much? Because of the pregnancy, my sense of smell is off the charts, super strong dog smelling power. The natural ingredients’ has a certain smell that I am not enjoying so much. But that is just more of a preference. So I won’t be deducting any stars.
