Big performance in a little package!
This has to be the coolest ladder ever invented! I bought it for its ability to become a 24’ extension ladder but just used it as a 12’ step ladder this morning. The locks are super easy to use and it only took a few minutes to figure out how to get the ladder into its various configurations. The ladder is light for its size and the wheels make it easy to push around. Better still, the ladder folds up to take up no more room than a regular 6’ stepladder. Score!

Great Ladder!! Much heavier than expected though so beware of that.
This thing is prefect for me, I have no need for any other ladder at all. It truly is a great design, and I know that the design isn't specific to this exact ladder or even this company, but it's still great. *Important* If there were to be a downside it would be that it's not light at all, and it's not that small for the 22 foot version. I'm a stronger dude, not like on steroids strong, but above average so it's not a problem for me. But I wouldn't expect someone who isn't very strong or shouldn't be lifting heavy objects to really be able to handle this. It's not really just the weight, it's the size and awkwardness of it when you have to carry it and flip it around and navigate through a doorway. So beware of that before you buy. If you are expecting this to be the same weight as the old-school aluminum extension ladder you are in for a surprise. You may want to go down to lowes or where-ever and actually lift one up.

Heavy duty with great flexibility
I'm not a pro and my only other ladder is a 6ft fiberglass one. So my review is not based on comparison, but on a usage point of view. Firstly, this is not a light-weight ladder. It is roughly 35 pounds give or take. But I found it is still to move it around the house. Secondly, this ladder can be extended to multiple height settings. I used it at the maximum setting to change the bulbs on my forge chandelier. It gets the job done. Thirdly, this ladder can work on uneven floor. I laid one side on my bed and the other side on the ground (3 ft difference) to change ceiling lights. Worked nicely. Lastly, after folding the ladder is about the same height as a regular 6ft ladder. I would recommend this ladder.

Awesome Ladder for the uninitiated
First let me say I have no basis for comparison as I've never owned a ladder before. I've only used stools, multiple chairs stacked into dangerous positions, or decided the request *really* didn't need to be done if it needed a ladder. However, we recently purchased a house with 15- and 22-foot ceilings and a fan light bulb went out. I thought that was annoying but let it go until the living room flood also went out. At this point, my options were to rent a ladder from Home Depot for $29 or purchase a ladder. I broke down and purchased this one. And it's wonderful. Having never operated a ladder of this type, it took me ~20 seconds to figure out. The locking mechanism made obvious sense. I'm 210lbs and felt stable even when it was fully extended into an A frame. I replaced the flood, replaced the fan light, and even cleaned the fan blades to the amazement of my wife. Now I'm even having dreams about hanging Christmas lights. I don't review things often. But this purchase made me feel good about myself. If you need a ladder and don't know anything about ladders, I think this will be a good purchase for you too.

This ladder has a Recall
I love this ladder, but why would Amazon sell this ladder when they know it has a recall? Why not get it fixed or include the recall parts to get it fixed before selling it... on the recall it states that this ladder can't be used untill the installation of the recall parts, now i am stuck with this untill i get the recall parts to install them

Fantastic Ladder!
Just wanted to say we are very pleased with the 26' Little Giant. Hubby & I have been considering purchasing one for years and with the heavy rain and gutters that needed cleaning we decided to give it a try when a little plant decided it had found a good home. : ) The ladder's learning curve was about 10 minutes - the instructions are very easy to follow...even for a girly girl and the rungs have a great secure-sounding clank when they're properly locked into place. 5 Stars - the top priority for a ladder in my view is to feel secure when using it & I didn't have any worries or fear. It's solid. The only "down" sides are that singularly the rungs are a little thin (I have size 7 feet). When doubled they're fine. Given the construction it totally makes sense why they're thin and I wouldn't change a thing - just be prepared for it. As others have mentioned, the ladder is quite heavy - 50lbs doesn't sound too bad until you consider it's a large object but just fold it up and drag it along via the wheels and relocating it is a breeze. Overall, we're very please with the investment and in an afternoon addressed a number of home maintenance tasks that we'd put on hold for a quite a while. Thanks to the company for creating something so ideal for the common homeowner. :)

Awesome ladder!
This is a very well built ladder which meets nearly all my needs. At over 200 pounds myself it had no problem even at full extension holding my weight safely. I've moved it into its various shapes as I trimmed the trees around my house at the highest levels the ladder would go. I'd need another 4 feet to hit some of the branches I wanted to do, but that's not the ladders fault. It's well built, easy to change to the various ways it works, and can be folded into a small 6 foot ladder to fit in my house easily. Now, for a regular 6 foot ladder it would be heavy, but considering you have another 6 foot ladder inside the main parts I can't think how it wouldn't be heavy for a 22 foot ladder at fully extended, though I've read it's actually 19 feet ( I didn't measure it myself but I could have used those extra 3 feet if that's true. Never-the-less, the ladder seems like it will last for years without problems and I've very happy with the purchase, at least with the sale price i got it for.

Wish I bought one sooner
This is my first real ladder. So I don't know how much it helps but I did a lot of research and kept coming back to this. I purchased the m26 velocity for it's all in one capability. It's not 26ft but only 23ft. Manufacturers base the 26ft on the maximum reach of the operator. Anoying if you don't do research before buying one. But the m26 is perfect for me. I can reach my high ceilings, clean gutters, and trimming trees. The ladder is about 55lbs and for me that's not bad for a multipurpose ladder. It's very self explanatory, I didn't read the instructions but I'm sure I will... some day..

Best thing I've bought in years
I don't say this lightly but this is seriously the coolest thing I've bought in a long time. At first i was a little intimidated by the instructions. The how-to videos seemed a little overwhelming to me. But it took me about 5 minutes to figure it all out myself. Now I have this one ladder that I can use for basically any circumstance around my house, it literally takes 30 seconds to convert from one setting to another. Best of all is that when I'm done I can compact it down and store in a small space. This is just great engineering. I mean whoever designed this thing needs a Nobel prize. Well worth the $150-$200 investment.
