Wanted a round roasting pan that would go from oven to fitting on the stove top burner for making gravy. This rugged pan comes with it's own rack and a cover and makes roasting easy. No more trying to hold a rectangular roaster on a round burner for sauces and gravies.

This is a nice big pan for larger meals.

Perfect size for both sauté, frying and braising. Analon pans are the best. This pan seems alittle lighter than my fry pan of the same diameter, but with the handles it is easier to pick up and carry.

We haven't tried every non-stick pan there is, but we have tried most of them, expensive and cheap. First off, don't buy a cheap non-stick. They are a terrible value. These pans, both the Bronze and the regular Analon (black) are the best we have ever used. Thickest gauge steel that doesn't warp with high heat and extremely durable. This is our second. We also have the 5 quart saute. They are simply the best.

I absolutely love this pan. I replaced my 20 something year old coil stove with a flat top, and spend a little extra to get the 12" burner, knowing I would get a lot of use out of it. I do pretty much all of my cooking in regular or enameled cast iron, and initially I was looking at a large, enameled cast iron skillet, but this was cheaper and would have better non-stick capabilities. I am so glad I chose this one! I absolutely love it. I can cook chicken breasts that I've pounded flat, 4 burgers, lots of sausage patties, tons of scrambled eggs. It's beautifully non-stick, cleans like a dream, and even looks nice.

Beautiful pot....perfect balance heating...the colour is amazing ...looked very pretty on the stove top....will purchase others...love it. Thank you Anolon

Love my Anolon Advanced Bronze collection. When I first saw this pan (my first Anolon purchase), I had to giggle. I thought: What the heck am I to do with this small thing?!!! Well, it IS just the two of us, so I kept it. Soooo glad I did. This pan is so easy to work with, holds more than I thought it would, a dream to clean (as is all Anolon Bronze), ad just flat out, cute. I wish more of the pans would have the two handles instead of long handle and one helper handle. The older one gets, hands become weaker and two handles are nice. Can I say again, I love this pan!

Even though it's just two of us in the house, this 5.5 qt size still works for us because often I'll make a big batch of something (stew, seasoned taco beef filling, spaghetti sauce, etc) and then freeze portions of it to use later. It's also a good size if you like making quesadillas using 2 burrito-size tortillas. Heats evenly, has a quality non-stick surface. I've been using it for several months now with no problems. My mom and my brother ended up getting this same pan as well, and they're very happy with theirs.

Always liked Analon products. This one is a bit lighter than some of the older models, but it works just as well so far.
