Works Great!

Bought this as a replacement for my old American Angler electric filet knife. It just wore out after 15 years of heavy use. Used this one for the first time last week and cleaned up two limits of yellow perch in no time. Love the long narrow blade for slicing the filet's off the backbone and the variety of knives make it easy to pick the right one for the job. I would recommend this kit for anyone that catches and cleans a lot of fish. Let's hope this one holds out as long as my original.

Love it

This knife is working great for me. I did 35 Red Ear and Blue Gill, the other afternoon. I pulse it off and on to have great control over the cutting action and it never heated up on me. Kind of expensive but I hope it lasts several years,

Good for cutting even slices of brisket.

Seems to work well. Bought it as a gift for my son who does BBQ competitions. Cuts a brisket nicely. He seems happy with it.

Great for the Man in Your Life

My husband complained at Thanksgiving that he wished he had an electric knife to cut the turkey, so I thought, “great idea for a Christmas gift!” So I hunted all over and read all the reviews and decided He would like this one since he loves to fish too. Funny thing is he bought me an electric knife he thought I would want and he took that one back and kept this one!

The best

I just cant seem to wear this knife out. Filleting 15-20 lbs. of fish everyday of every weekend for over a year and it's still going strong. no other knife has held up like. I ordered 2 . Have yet to use the spare.

Works great on fish

My dad smokes a ton of fish. As in he buys between 50-100 lbs every couple of months and smokes it. He goes through hundreds, if not thousands, of trout, whitefish, walleye and salmon yearly. I got this knife for him as a gift when his fourth Rapalla knife went out. He speaks highly of this knife, and it's been going strong for about half a year.

Great electric knife

This is a well made, sturdy electric knife. Makes short work of cutting catfish into filet and the variety of blades makes it great for many different cutting tasks such as Turkey, Ham, cutting large quantity meats into steaks or chops as well as bread and cheeses. I love that it comes with replacement blades. Only thing I would change would be the tacky bag they send with it to keep it in, even the less expensive knives usually come in an adequate storage case, the blades don't fit in the one that came with it but that is only a minor issue and in no way affects the performance of the knife

Super nice for carving any meat. We use it for carving bacon and ham...as well as fish. Slices thorugh everything.
