Contigo brand is well known. But I didn't know why until I purchased one. First off, I like the easy springy pop up button and cap making it very simple to access your drink. Some bottles have to unscrew the cap or fumble to get it open. Also, other brands you can easily lose the cap. The Contigo Cap is on hinge that just pops open. Bottle does not leak when bounced all over the place. Cap and top stays secure all the time. In addition, it also has a wide spout which makes it easier to drink than small spouts found on pre-filled water bottles. The spout is not too small or too big. You get just the right gulp needed. Easy to clean and refill. I also like to nice 24oz size so I don't have to refill it too often. I have bought this water bottle maybe four times because I always leave it somewhere. I hope they never stop making it because I will probably keep losing it and have never found anything as perfect. I prefer plastic water bottles because I don't like the taste of aluminum and glass is crazy impractical. This one is great because you can open it with one hand, and drink while walking without splashing water all over yourself (due to the narrow opening). At the same time it doesn't have any fussy parts that are prone to mold (like the ones with straws) so I am confident I am really getting it clean when I wash it. I also like the ring at the top for carrying and that it is narrow enough to fit in most backpack side pockets.

I needed a water bottle for workouts, and this was cheap and highly recommended. I also loved how you're able to drink it one-handed. I've brought this bottle with me to yoga practice three times this week so far. After an iffy first day with it, I've come to love it. The first day I used this, I didn't take off the lid to fill it with water. I just filled it as it came in the mail and left. The first time I drank from it, it leaked water all down my shirt from the bottom of the lid lip. At first I thought I got a faulty product, but nope--silly me simply didn't tighten the lid. The bottle is shipped with its lid a little loose. Now that I take the lid off to fill it with water and ice, it's never leaked. It doesn't fit in my regular sized cup holder in my car, but it does fit in the super-sized holder. Which is something to consider, since the bottle itself doesn't look that thick. You can use one hand to do it all with this bottle: pick it up, hit the open switch with a thumb, and drink. It's awesome. It also has a little carry ring that fits snugly over the lid if you don't want to use it, but it's super helpful for me to carry with one finger as I tote yoga mats and supplies and purses to and from the house to the car. The open mouth of the bottle is fabulous--I'm a bit of a germophobe when it comes to reusable bottles (particularly with tiny openings), and this kicks those concerns right out the door. It's also dishwasher safe if you put it on the top rack. The only issue is that the mouth is so wide it is like a cup, so when there's ice in your bottle sometimes it hits your lips and blocks the liquid. But that's not the bottle's fault. This is the best water bottle I've ever owned. Super convenient and with everything you need or didn't know you needed. I highly recommend it for you if you want a more open bottle with lots of options for convenience when traveling or working out.

I was in need of a new water bottle but this time had a few requirements. I needed to be able to open it one handed since i would mostly be using it while nursing my newborn. This works really well, press a button and it pops open, but easy to close with just a finger. I also needed it to be something that my curious and handsy 3 year old might not be able to open so easily -- a locking mechanism or something. Well, its probably easy for him to open, however he wasnt able to figure out exactly how to press the button before he lost interest in the whole thing. I do wish it was insulated to keep my wayer cold throught the night, but I get so thirsty nursing I don't really care if it's warm. Love the size too, I dont have to refill too often. Definitely a winner.

I love these water bottles because they are easy to use and have a wide enough spout to add ice without having to take the lid off. I also like that the drinking surfaces completely covered when the lid is closed because I work in a school and kids are always sneezing on my stuff! If I had one wish, it would be that I could lock the lid shut like I can on my other Contigo bottles. These have never come open in my tote bag, but I make sure they are upright and not packed in too tightly.

These are the best water bottles ever. I love the colors, the size, the lightness of the bottle (glass and aluminum ones tend to be too heavy), the quick flip-open top, the fact that there is no straw, and the built-in loop for easy carrying. I keep buying them only because I keep losing them - I carry one everywhere, and I'm prone to setting it down on counters in stores and walking away. Suggestion for improvement: maybe build in a bluetooth chip so I could sync them with my phone - kind of like a built in Tile appliance. LOL

So far it's all good with this water bottle no leaking, and fits perfectly in a side holder on my backpack as well as my travel purses water bottle pocket. It carries a good amount of water, the design is handy just have to make sure to close it properly try not to drop it ( ie.. as I had a similar bottle before another company that I dropped a few times I was not careful then the lid was leaking and it did not close as it used to). Otherwise good design, love the ease of use, and fits well with travel. I personally would not put any water bottles in my hand bag you never know if or when it will leak. Would buy again so far so good :)

Use this to carry extra water. Using a Contigo AUTOSEAL West Loop Vacuum Insulated Mug to drink from because I can keep ice in that. Removing the top, the Contigo Jackson is wide enough to easily drop ice cubes in from an ice dispenser without the cubes jamming up the opening if too many fall at once. If you do not like cold water then this will work for you, this mug is not insulated. There is a small plastic loop on top of the cap which flips up and you can secure it to a carabiner if your bag does not have a bottle holder. You could also use this in a bicycle bottle cage and have the plastic loop flipped up so you can easily grab it. The button on the side of the cap is used to flip the top open and it is wide enough to allow you to gulp water. It is a sturdy mug, light and looks to be able to stand up to some abuse like dropping it on pavement.

This water bottle is really nice and has helped me use less plastic bottles. I like the carrying handle it's really convenient, I can use my phone and hold it with my pinky finger. It pops open well, refills easily, has a decent capacity. A little lower capacity than is ideal to me for an 8-hour shift if no good water is available to refill with, but the portable size makes up for that. I broke the carrying ring a little after a hard drop at work but the way it connects makes it so it's just as sturdy to carry as before I dropped it.

First I was looking for a water bottle which had a button open, I didn't want to deal with using dirty hands to pull open a tab and so when I saw this water bottle for a low price, I decided to give it a try. I love the button press to open, it's super responsive. No leaks so far either. The color is great which is another plus when carrying it around. Didn't have an odor when I used it the first time which is an issue with other bottles which I have purchased.
