Great shower gloves

These are great for exfoliating and sudsing yourself up in the shower. You do not have to scrub hard to get the benefit of the exfoliation and they help the soap to froth and stay creamy. Once done, they rinse out quickly and dry rapidly. Putting them on dry is the best as they resist a bit when wet, I did put my finger through the end of one but I was pushing hard and not paying attention. Like anything, you can't abuse them and expect them to perform like they should.

Showering with these gloves helped to renew my skin.

The first package of gloves I received were too small for me. I notified SMITCO of my problem and they were kind enough to send me a package of larger gloves. My purpose in ordering the gloves was to assist me to better hold the wash cloth and soap in the shower because my fingers and grip strength have profoundly diminished due to a muscle wasting disease (IBM). I found I did not need the wash cloth because the gloves easily did the same task when they were infused with soap. In addition to helping me with showering, the gloves made my skin smoother and I felt more energized. The larger sized gloves were still somewhat difficult to put on but that may be due to my disabled hand strength.

Great deal, Great product

This was a GREAT deal! I originally bought these at the end of the summer to prep for self-tanning at home (im pasty white had an event where my chicken legs would be on display). I only tanned a few times, but I continue to use these gloves. You know those long showers you take that make you feel renewed? These add to that feeling 100x over. You'll get the hang of the pressure you want for level of exfoliation after you try them a few times. I just rub bar soap in my hands with them on or blob shower gel on them and wash my whole body. very easy. I gave away a pair to my sister who also liked them. I have a feeling they will last quite a while but when I'm ready to re-order I will be back here. Thanks for a great affordable product.

scrub a dub dub!!

i love how refreshed i feel after a good scrub with these gloves! they are great for those hot and sweaty summer days AND those long dry winter nights! i recommend not to use them every single day, because they strip your skin of natural oils, but boy oh boy, does my skin feel amazing after i use them (3 times a week or so). and in the winter, i am always sure to moisturize after my morning shower so i am ready for my day!

Better than expected

These are great. I read about gloves like these on Into The Gloss on Friday afternoon, cruised Amazon for them, found these, ordered them Friday evening. The order arrived Sunday afternoon, I jumped in the shower to test drive them as soon and I got them and I'm hooked. So glad that I ordered this 4 pack because now I've got gloves to spare and maybe even a set of stocking stuffers or two. These are really great for that end of summer top layer of skin that wants to be sloughed off this time of year. I'll be using these once or twice a week for a good scrub down shower as my skin won't love a daily cleaning with these, but weekly will do the trick.

Love them for so many reasons

I've been using these gloves for about 2 months now. I have stuck to using 1 pair and putting them in the washer at least 3 times a week. The one pair I have been using is still like brand new except for a slight pull caused by a bra hook in the washing machine. Not a fault in the glove, you just have to be careful how you wash as a delicate and don't wear rings that can catch when wearing the gloves. I also only air dry. They are almost completely dry when they come out of the washing machine anyway. I am able to use them on all parts of my body including my face. You just use a gentle touch without much force on your face. My skin is normally very dry. Using these gloves I find I don't have that look of dry skin that always looks like it's ready to flake anymore and my skin feels much softer even without lotion. Another plus for anyone with allergies, you know that when you sweat those allergens are all over your skin. I've always had certain spots on my body that no matter how often I showered they still felt itchy. When I started using these gloves those spots disappeared completely. Summer comes, I'm in flip flops or barefoot in the sand all the time so when I go for a pedicure it's usually get out the heavy duty equipment to sand the feet down. These gloves don't replace the soft skin of a pedicure, but I no longer have cracked heels and rough pieces of dead skin hanging off my feet. They actually feel pretty decent right now after not having a pedicure 8 weeks. The additional unintended use I've found for these gloves is my glass shower doors. Once a week when I'm done with my I go over my full glass shower doors with the gloves on before I use the squegee on the doors. I don't scrub I just wipe them like drying with a towel in a circular motion. All water has minerals that will build up over time on your glass doors. A squegee only stops the drop marks of the water. Windex can't cut through some of these minerals and other cleaners that can may be harmful to tiles that you have. There has been no evidence of glass scratching, just clean beautiful glass where the water runs over it in a sheet before beading. Mineral deposits stop that from happening. Nice BACK SCRATCHER

Back in early 2000's, when my dad was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes and other again ailments, his skin began to dry out due to various medications. He found this handy product and used it to relieve the itch. My mom used it on his back nearly every day and he introduced the concept to us - and we've been using the LOOFAH GLOVE ever since. It not only REMOVES dead skin but SATISFIES the area fully. You gotta FEEL it to BELIEVE it. Not just for showers although it is good for that too.

Great exfoliation!

These are so much better than trying to use an exfoliating sponge. Your hands know your body best and with these you can really hit the places that need extra care. They are rough as they need to be without being scratchy. The only problem I had was that my first time using I had my rings on and when I took the glove off, I caught some threads. Luckily it didn't tear the glove, but now I remember to take off my rings before using.

Pressure Control & NonSlip

Unlike a hand brush which is difficult for me to hold to even with a strap around my hand, these gloves STAY Put! But What I really liked about these gloves is my ability to control the pressure. I can use a light touch for the gentle areas of my skin or a heavier touch for the less sensitive areas. The multiple gloves in one package allow me to change out for the different body parts. I can also include a pair in my gues bath - a nice touch. I think these are great - especially for a woman Of SENIOR persuasion!! thank you!

A simple solution! Buy these gloves!

The gloves are a great choice for exfoliation in the shower. Yes, I love using my sugar body scrubs, but many days I want a quick scrub down- these gloves are perfect. At first, it seemed like they might be too small (I have large hands), but they really stretch, and fit fine. They are really handy for buffing off dry skin (in the shower- always use with soap & water!). I am impressed with how easily they rinse out, and how easy they are to wash- just toss them in a net bag, throw them in the washer, and air dry! Also, they are very light weight, so you do not have water-logged gloves that use up a huge amount of soap or body wash! Well done!
