I've tried several brands, and this one is most comfortable to me. You heat the mouth guard in hot water, bite and let cool.

I used to buy the $300 night guards from the dentist only to bite/chew through them every year. These start to separate after about six months but who cares I will gladly replace them every six months versus the only alternative that has worked for me...the ones from the dentist. I have tried every other over the counter guard and this is the only one that works.

THE BEST NIGHT GUARD!

Been using it for more than a decade, maybe even 15 years. The trick to a perfect fit is to NOT rinse it in water after boiling it, because it hardens WAY TOO QUICKLY before you have a chance to bite properly. If you boil it and just hold it with a fork in the air and air dry for about 10-15 seconds, then bite into it slowly but firmly, then you will get a good form. I lOVE how they use a tray that keeps the guard in form against the teeth and doesn't let it stick out into the cheeks like other guards.

I have to say that this is a godsend for me because my bicycle had occupied my guestroom for some time now. I think it is well priced and will meet most needs.

Best guard I have found

I hate wearing these, but I must. This is the most comfortable and best fitting dental guard that I found after trying pretty much all of them over the years. I have used this guard now for about six in a row. They don't last as long as they claim and I replace them about every 3-6 months once they start coming apart or get too ground down on my canine teeth.

great commercial dental guard

Fitting it took me a couple tries the first time, but I followed the instructions to re-shape it and did better with subsequent ones. Great replacement for an expensive one from the dentist. Fits snugly and protects teeth from grinding (mine had already started to wear down and crack from grinding all my life). Only bad thing is they don't last 6 months like they say (though I'm sure that depends on how much you grind), but they will give you a free replacement with proof of purchase so I really can't hold it against them. I just can't be bothered to send in proof of purchase...
