I am so excited I tried this

I have been suffering with fatigue, feelings of depression and exhaustion. After a visit from my doctor, he said I was Vitamin D deficient, which is not uncommon for Midwestern dwellers such as myself. So I wanted to combat that and after reading previous reviews I wanted to give this a try. I have to say, for the money spent on a bottle of this that lasts you A YEAR (yes a whole year) I am so excited I tried this. I come home from work and I still have enough energy to get me through the day and evening. Feeling much like my old self. This was a great purchase and I plan on making a Vitamin D supplement part of my daily routine.

Improvement in my hair and fingernails

After doing some research, my husband had suggested to me that Vitamin D3 might help with my thin, brittle hair and fingernails. I've been using this product since mid November, and I have seen an improvement in my hair and fingernails. Even my beautician commented about how healthy my "new" hair growing in is. Most helpful treatment for my LPR / GERD symptoms

About a year ago, I developed a condition where I was experiencing a sensation of something stuck in my throat and chest pain. After numerous visits to the ER, I was finally put on a GERD treatment and told that I had a hernia that was giving me acid reflux. I have a Vitamin D deficiency and have had to take a Vitamin D supplement for many years. At my last doctors appointment my D levels were lower than usual and my doctor said I needed to up my supplement dose to 5,000 IU. I went to my local store and the only brand available in 5,000 IU was expensive and there weren't that many pills in the bottle. I immediately whipped out my phone to check Amazon and saw that the naturewise Vitamin D was highly rated, not too expensive and just shy of a years supply in the bottle. I ordered it while standing in the store! For someone like me who has to take a daily supplement an almost years supply in one bottle is so great, I don't have to constantly worry about running out. The pills are small and very easy to swallow, a major plus! When I started NatureWise D3 5,000 IU, I did not have any existing conditions. My goal was to improve my already good health - especially brain function and clarity. Well, after about a week, I looked at the previous day or 2, and realized I dealt with stress and was able to focus much better than 2 weeks before. I hadn't changed much about my lifestyle except adding the D3, so there is solid evidence that the D3 was the cause, or at least supported this improvement. *Note - I wasn't in the sun for any significant length of time on these days either. I didn't notice much difference between week 2 and week 4, except of course the improved mental clarity...which is great! Based on my experience, I can say this is a good product that does have benefits to taking it. Of course, for people with existing issues or D3 deficiencies, the effects of taking NatureWise D3 might be even more profound. Happy supplementing!

I take this Vitamin D3 5,00 IU supplement daily, as per my doctor's request (I have MS). I like that the size of the actual capsules is so small. Since I take numerous pills daily, it's helpful to keep the size of each pill / capsule smaller. My Vitamin D3 levels are confirmed to be in a normal range, as a result of taking this daily.

A very important daily supplement for post-menopausal women living in cloudy climates.

I have struggled with Vit. D deficiency for several years. With it, I experience immune challenges and exacerbations of various autoimmune conditions, which present with primarily neurological symptoms including neuralgia and parasthesias. I also experience frequent brain fog and mental fatigue. Since I've begun this product (twice a day-10,000 IU-for 7 days, then once a day following), I've noticed some improvement in symptoms after the first 10 days. My brain fog is less and I feel overall, more resilient. I realize I need to take Vit. D3 in gel caps as part of my DAILY supplemental regimen because it's a significant precursor for a number of important endocrinel and immunological pathways. My Energy Came Back

I was feeling super sluggish lately and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. No amount of coffee could fix the gloom that would come over me every day. I was feeling overly tired and rundown for no apparent reason. I was diagnosed with low vitamin D levels by my primary care physician.
