I had a large amount of Amazon giftcards and had a trip coming up so thought I would try to pay for it using my Amazon giftcard balance. Received the giftcards with one day shipping very quickly. Had them delivered to an Amazon Locker. Both giftcards worked. No issues whatsoever. Great process, would definitely purchase again. Note: These are physical gift cards.

Great gift or a way to spend unused Amazon money

My job routinely gives me Amazon gift cards and after awhile I ran out of new ideas for things I need. Then it dawned on me: I should buy Southwest gift cards and use them myself. Makes sense. I travel a lot and this is like a free SWA ticket from work, so it's my new go to when I don't need anything else and have extra Amazon money. Also because it's a giftcard, it comes right away. Would be nice if they just sent you the confirmation code and bypassed the physical card but it is what it is.

Very handy. I periodically get Amazon gift cards, and use part of them to get $50 or $100 Southwest gift cards now and then. I just set them aside if there's a quick or spontaneous trip I want to take. You can combine up to 4 Southwest cards on any given ticket purchase (one way or round trip), so it's a convenient strategy for me.

Arrived within 2 days, what a relief! I was able to book the flight online with no problem, combined with the $100. card. They allow up to 4 different payments within the one booking, i.e. use 2 gift cards and balance pd with credit card, etc.

Easy to purchase and easy to use

I received a $500 amazon gift card for Christmas. I took that Amazon gift card, and purchased $500 of Southwest Airlines gift cards from Amazon (two at $200 each, and one for $100.00) This Helped me to pay for my upcoming vacation in April. Your giftcards are already activated when they arrive from Amazon. When I received the cards from Amazon, I immediately logged on to Southwest and bought my plane ticket. I've also bought Southwest gift cards in the past for my boyfriend. He's appreciated the cards for saving money when traveling. One thing to remember when redeeming the card at Southwest. IF YOU WANT PRIORITY BOARDING (TO BOARD THE PLANE FIRST) YOU CANNOT PAY THE PRIORITY BOARDING FEE OF $25.00 WITH THE GIFTCARD. THE BOARDING FEE MUST BE PAID WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD OR CASH. But hey, the gift card still paid for $411.00 of the $461 ticket. The $50.00 I elected to pay out of pocket because I want to get on first. I am sure that most people would appreciate a gift car to help them save on airline tickets. This is a wonderful gift.

Best way to get travel to people who would refuse money.

Super easy purchase on Amazon

My wife wanted a Southwest card soooo bad for Christmas, and purchasing on Amazon with 2 day delivery was just the best. As always, Amazon came through with on time delivery on all my packages. I played a trick on my wife, drawing from the BB gun gift from the movie "A Christmas Story", I hid a small wrapped box with this gift card behind a photo on the fireplace. After she thought we were finished exchanging gifts, I said, "I think there is something sticking out behind that picture". I scored big points, and now she can fly to Florida to see our daughter and 2 grandkids soon.
