Dont believe everything you read.

I just ordered this from Amazon with ALOT of hesitancy. I read the reviews and became more concerned about my ability to get this item up and running. Knowing Amazons return policies I decided I would give it a try. When I first received the item it was well packaged and seemed fairly easy to install, but I was nervous with the posts I have read before. I got it started surprisingly quick but ran into a snag in syncing with my system, so i made the dreaded call to the supposedly terrible customer service. Within minutes I had a live English Speaking American on the phone that found and walked me through my problem is about 3 minutes. Man that was terrible (Not Really it was very pleasant) Next I synced the finger prints of my 10 employees into the pad. Easy and Painless. I downloaded the app on my phone and Now I can see who is in, who is out, what my current spend is at the push of a button on my phone. My employees can clock in on their phone with GPS coordinate and clock in on their computers when working from home. I have to be honest. I LOVE THIS SYSTEM. Exactly what I am looking for. Dont always believe the haters that have no business using technology anyway. Very easy, Very Clean, Great customer service, Reasonable monthly fee.

Customer support is very good, they take time to answer all our questions. This is my first time clock so I wasn’t sure what to do, but now am using it all the time.

There are other time punch companies like Kronos but are way way too expensive

As a small business owner this is exactly what i needed. There are other time punch companies like Kronos but are way way too expensive. uAttend is a little difficult to setup up the first time but after a few hours of over the phone training it's simple. I highly recommend!!

Great Overall System

I use this in an e commence company. I've used this for a good 6 months now. We have about 16 employees and time tracking is super simple. We use to use paycycle but you need another PC to access ins and outs, it also doesnt have merely as much options than uattend . Yes, sometimes it take the employee a coupe times, but it away clocks them out in the end. One of the best I've had! Highly recommend!

I love this thing.

I was doing my payroll for 14 employees by punch-card and manual input, I screwed up more paychecks then I care to mention. Now, its much better and well worth the $20 a month for the service. It has a nice interface that didn't take long to figure out. Also has an iPhone app to show me who is on the clock and review time cards from anywhere. If you are like me and screw up payroll, this will fix it and is worth it, also payroll magically went down...

So EASY to use - GREAT access to data

I absolutely love this product. The desktop interface is invaluable. 30 days after opening our account, we got a notice saying the monthly fee was increasing $2. I'm not sure if that was because it just happen to be the start of a new year, or if they do that to all accounts. Honestly, it's worth the money, so I don't really care, but it would have been nice to get an explanation.
