It was time to declutter the office work room counters, looking for replacements for the standard wire desktop file folder sorter that we were using to hold various forms. After endless days of looking at wall file folder pockets that were hideously expensive, I stumbled across this and instantly knew my search was over! This item is beautiful on the wall; it lays virtually flat vs. standard wall pockets that protrude . I wish I had more empty walls so I could buy more. And the price can't be beat.

I LOVE this wall organizer! My kitchen counters were getting out of hand with mail, and whatever else my family piled on. I purchased two of these for my kitchen command center and it has made everything so organized and neat. The folders cascade down and you can hang it on a wall using command strips, a nail, or whatever you want. The quality seems sturdy and doesn't seem as if it's going to break if you get a lot of papers in the folders. You can move the colored folders in different positions by sliding them up and move the tab piece up and then back down to secure. I also like this organizer because you can easily move it from the wall and fold it into a small briefcase if needed. Also could be a good place to store coupons until you need to go out.

For the slightly OCD lke myself, lol... The files themselves are not clear dropping into stationary colored slots (I was hoping this wouldnt be the case but what a silly question to ask, right? Haha... It wasn't a deal breaker anyway! ; ) Great purchase. This keeps things at eye level hung up on our wall, bright, and too hard for my husband to miss! Smile. We're staying with family temporarily so space is limited and this is perfect for our needs. Just for the everyday stuff: -PENDING MAIL/ ACTION ITEMS -COUPONS -WARRANTIES/ MANUALS -HSA (MEDICAL) RECEIPTS -ALL OTHER RECEIPTS -(Calendar in clear sleeve) Then, after a few months, I can move what we need to keep into longer term files and shred what we don't need. This will be simple enough for my husband and I to both appreciate while waiting for our new home. Love it! Posting a photo and will update this review down the road regarding how it holds up. Feels sturdy enough to hold it's weight for more than our needs. Recommend it to others and hope this is helpful.

My inner OCD tears up a little, at the thought of this peaceful plastic organizer. I hung it in an out of the way place in the kitchen, near our front door. Mail no longer collects in an unseemly pile on my dining room table. I labeled the folders things like "bank," "medical," "car," etc. So now when I'm too lazy to put them in my bigger filing cabinet, I can shove unopened letters in the appropriate folder. When it gets full, I'll go through it properly. But as it sits quietly and fills, it's just so easy and nonoffensive that I can't help but cry happy tears.

These are perfect. Reading other reviews I nailed mine into the wall instead of relying on the hook. I also opted for Avery standard labels over the given once since everyone said they peeled off. Even the Avery labels peeled so it's not the label, it's the plastic. So I taped over the label. I purchased several for various organizing of paperwork that I need to be easy and accessible. On sale for $12! Yes please!

As someone who works from home 2 days per week and ha as cramped working area, this is the best organizational folder ever. They come with labels but also perfectly fits the Avery long labels so I was able to print from my computer. I hang the file and have easy quick access to all of my most important documents. And I love being able to compact it into a portable file organizer. The bottom has a calendar holder that I also use.

I purchased this to use as a part of our family's kitchen "command center"; this is in a highly visible area of our house so I wanted something that was functional, low-profile, and not an eyesore. This organizer is PERFECT. There are enough pockets for each of our 4 family members, plus a few more that I've designated for bills and other correspondence. It helps keep the paper clutter off the counters and easily accessible for each of us. I love the clear front pocket where I keep my 2nd grader's "specials" calendar so he can easily see whether he has PE, art, music or computer lab on any given school day. I like the bright colors; they help to liven up my kitchen but aren't at all tacky. Each folder is removable so the colors can go in any order you want. As a nomadic military family, we move frequently and I've come to rely on 3M Command strips to hang as many things as I can on the walls, in order to not leave holes; a medium-sized hook holds unit this well, especially since we don't have more than 4 lbs of papers in it at any given time. (When the pockets are bulging, that's what I know I need to go through and put things away!) Highly recommend for a home office or a family command center.

I love the colors and the look of this product. It was a good value for the price. The bottom dark part has a clear pocket where you can put a calendar, photograph, or artwork, or anything else you may want to personalize it with. The pocket is 11" wide by 8" high. But you can fit up to 9" high just by letting it stick out the top of the pocket and it won't cover any of the purple folder above it. So a regular 8-1/2" x 11" letter size paper would be just fine there. The entire item is made of plastic so it should be easy to wipe down if it gets dirty. The current Amazon picture of the item shows a longish handle at the top with a notch cut out. I just received it and the handle design has changed. It it now a semi-circle and it does NOT have a notch. It think this actually makes it stronger without the notch and the shape also appears stronger. See the attached picture. I was just going to hang it up and leave it in place permanently, butI didn't have a hook to hang the item. So instead, I just used the included elastic cord that's on the back and looped it through holes on the bins where I was going to hang it. See the attached picture. So there are some additional options for hanging it. I guess you could also use the cord and hang it like a regular picture frame on a nail. I wasn't going to use the elastic cord anyway so I figured that even if it broke, I could just replace it with a regular cord or picture frame wire that's hidden on the back. I wanted to see how much weight it could hold. I just wanted it for daily use with one folder each day's daily tasks. It's perfect for this since it has enough folders for Monday through Friday and 1 additional one that can be used for either a weekend day or to temporarily store next weeks tasks as they accumulate. I took about 120 sheets of papers and put about 20 in each pocket. This was more than double of what I thought I would need. It fit comfortably in each folder. The elastic cord did stretch down a little due to the weight, but it looks like it can support it with no problem. I didn't try it with the handle because like like I said, I didn't have a hook.

I freakin love this thing! Keeps my most important documents at view.

This thing rocks! In fact, I bought two while there was a lightning deal going on. I am a homeschool mother and organization is key to my success (and survival) of being a good homeschool teacher. I'm the first to admit that I'm not the most organized person in the world, so I am always on the lookout for things like this wall hanger, that can help me to better organize my schoolwork, as well, save me some space as we live in a small townhouse in San Francisco. There are 6 different folders and a clear folder on the bottom that you can do with what you like. I usually put schoolwork that we are still working on in that clear folder. This wall hanger comes with stickers so that you can label what each folder contains. For me, that would be the different subjects I teach my son. When I noticed what a time and space saver this wall hanger was, I immediately ordered one for my 10-year-old son. He has special needs and one of his weaknesses is organization. So, in an attempt to help him to start organizing his own schoolwork, I hung up one in his room. I made one side of his room all school-related. The wall hanger, hooks for his backpack and coat, his desk with pencils and paper on it and a wall calendar. I've attached some pictures of my wall hanger and also of my son's wall hanger and how we use it to organize his school related things. It also helps if you pick a day at the end of the month to go through your folders and save what you need and discard the rest.
