I am very pleased with this item. It came exactly as it was represented: picture, description, etc. It was prompt, delivered appropriately, and went together precisely as instructed. I couldn't be happier and i appreciate the efforts put into preparing the assembly for an errorless, project. I do understand putting the back on for ensuring form, however, i wonder about putting that on last since adjusting the back panel, once nailed into place, could be a huge challenge.

I'm extremely addicted to these shelving/storage units. I was given one years and years ago that came from a store that is no longer in business. I never thought that they would come back out somewhere else... and yet, I found them here! They stack wonderfully and hold a lot. I love having the doors and although the product is made with cheap materials, I am grateful for the lower price. I have two of these just for the kids' books... and it works great for keeping them hidden since most of the children's books we have are thin and end up being stacked. Overall, I love these and the latest one seems exactly the same as the one I first got years ago!

This is the second one of these I bought. Completely adequate storage for the price. Use 1 for puzzle boxes and smaller games, and 1 for office supplies. It's shallow, but that is exactly what I was looking for. Easy assembly, but if you are a novice at assembling press-board products, use caution to line your nails up on the back panel and go slow! If you're off by a little and go at an angle, they will go through the side. But at this price, it really is great storage piece for light use. Nice enough to keep out in my den area. Will buy more if I need this size again.

Smaller then I was picturing/ hoping for but easy to put together and sturdier then I expected with so many negative reviews. I bought two of these and plan on anchoring them and stacking them but as of yet they are sitting in my livingroom waiting for me to get over this virus that hit out of no where. I had planned on using one for bedding and one for art supplies but I think I am going to switch that to using one for towels instead and use where I have my towels for bedding. My bedding cabinet is about to go to a gaming (board and card games) cabinet instead. I am going to try and use the top one for art supplies still but I don't think I will get as much in there as I had hoped. For those of us on a limited budget in dire need of storage space this is a doable option. Just remember to apply that back board as it really is important for stability. Wood glue is recommended in the directions and I didn't do one with and one with out but I can say I used wood glue on both and they are quite stable.

Excellent, inexpensive storage cabinet. Easy to assemble, good visual instructions, all parts fit together well. Nicely adjustable shelves. Can be used to store anything. I use it to store liquor bottles; can fit at least 14 11"-12" high bottles on one shelf, with about 9.5" clearance on second shelf, and room for 6 horizontal bottles in 3.5" remaining space under 2nd shelf. Doors have magnetic catches, and could install a small chain or bicycle type lock through handles if desired. Be aware that the back is not wood, but heavy cardboard-like material with a faux-wood finish on one side.

OK, yeah they're not fine furniture, but these (two, stacked) effectively fit next to my similar-looking secretary desk and the wall, so I can wall up my desk clutter when people come over. Plus the price was reasonable. I've used these before over a washer and dryer and they lasted for years until I sold the house and they stayed. They're cheap quality, but sturdy enough for most uses. I put them on a plant dolly so I can (carefully) pull them out if I need to get at the outlet behind. Because they are in a narrow spot between two structures, I had no need to attach to the wall, and I have no kids to pull them over. Looks clean, hides clutter!

I bought 4. 2 stacked, 2 I set side by side. I would buy these over and over if I needed more. They hold many things, attractive in appearance and they are suuuuper easy to put together. I purchased a competitor prior to the 4 I bought from you and I wish I would have just bought yours to begin with.

I am using this cabinet to replace a larger one in our bathroom. It is just big enough to hold our towels and really adds a decorator look to the bathroom! Am very happy with this product. Assembly was easy and, as with most home-assembled products, be careful when you nail the cardboard backing to the cabinet. The nail has to be straight or it will "pierce"the top of the cabinet.

My closet situation was out of control and I don't have room for a dresser, so I bought the 1-door cabinet along with a couple other ClosetMaid organizers to help maximize my small space. This is not an heirloom piece by any means but it was quick to put together (less than 10 minutes) and fit precisely in my closet. I might look for another door handle to swap out and make it look a little nicer, but other than that it's perfect. I'm going to find some bins to fit inside and store accessories. The other 2 pieces I bought were the 31" vertical organizer (#8953) and the 24" horizontal organizer (#8993). I'm thinking about buying another one of these 1-door cabinets to organize my coat closet since this one worked out so well :)

Contrary to a lot of the reviews, I found this to be a very high quality unit and extremely sturdy. The only place it suggests using wood glue is if you will be stacking two units. If you do, there are a couple dowels that go into the top of the unit and it suggests using glue on those. Other than that, you don't need any wood glue. I think I read one review were they said they assembled it in 10 minutes. That is impossible. It takes 10 minutes to unload the box and then sort the items and compare the hardware you received to the parts list in the instructions. You do need to be very careful when putting this together because you might get some stuff in backwards. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand. It took me a little over an hour to finish but I was taking my time and making sure before I assembled any parts. Would recommend this unit highly.
