Best home stand for smart devices. It is compatible with any brand and any device on the market. I'm currently using it with iPads, iPhones and androids without any problem. The mounting piece can adjust to any size and the stand can be use with the holder or without. It also can be adjusted to point in any direction. I researched very well before buying this one and I'm very happy so far. It is making my chores more pleasant to do. Keeping up to day on all my shows while cooking and cleaning the kitchen. And the best, it can be use with the cases on.

I use my iPad mostly for recipes in the kitchen and I love this gadget. It makes it easy to use frequently but is also easy to hide away and not unattractive if it is left out. I have mine mounted under my cabinets. The only issue I have is that when I am tryin to adjust it it sometimes slips out of the base. It’s not a huge deal because I’m always holding it as I’m trying to adjust it so I just put it back and finish adjusting but it would be nice if there where some way to lock the base in place to more easily adjust.

It truly is a 2 in 1 product and am very pleased with it's design, purpose and packaging! Easy to install too! I bought it to mount on the wall in front of my treadmill so that I could place my tablet at eye level and see a movie or videos while walking and not having the angle and/or vibration of the treadmill affect my viewing. I really liked the additional option of being able to mount it under a cabinet as well so then I can just take the stand part with me with the ipad still attached and insert it under the cabinet with the second holder and bring up a recipe to cook! In the box, the arm comes fully assembles along with two (2) separate white hard plastic mount pads for inserting the bifurcated "foot/arm" when one wants to use it either on the wall (vertically) or under a cabinet (horizontally) as pictured. Along with the mounts came a set of screws and plastic wall anchors (2 sets, 1 for each mounting pad) which I used for my painted plastered wall as well as set of three (3) hex keys of different sizes for adjusting arm pivot tension and a swivel base containing the spring tension clip that attaches to the end of the arm and is used to grip the tablet at two (2) points. [Note: the largest tablet (by size and weight) the padded spring clip will accommodate, albeit tight, is a thin-sleeved iPad4 (which I use) but it is fully adjustable for smaller pads/tablets ( I have also have and tested an e-reader similar to the Amazon Fire and a an obsolete HP Touchpad (heavy)] The only tools I used were an electric drill, a drill bit and medium phillips-head screwdriver for installation to the wall. Instructions were included but I didn't use it however I did notice the instructions included didn't give what size drill bit to use but that was easy to figure out. The mounting pads use two screws each that are situated at the top and bottom of the pad along it's length (vertically) and when screwed into the wall, the screws are flush with the mounting pad so that the "foot/arm" will not rub or be hindered by the screw heads. The installation was very simple and when used as a stand , the bifurcated foot splits apart to act as a foot and the arm s completely adjustable to any height or angle as well as having a 360 degree rotating mount for the tablet so you can view your tablet vertically or horizontally. Fully folded against the wall, the (immovable) rotating mount (highest/ thickest point) is about 3 1/2 inches away from the wall but remember, the arm is removable and then only the white mounting pad would be left on the wall. With minor installation and full adjustability, this is a well-designed product that is well-packaged and reasonably priced for it's multiple purposes. Suggestion: maybe the company could sell additional mounting pads separately for other places in the home (garage/laundry room) or even for work ( if allowed to install on a wall). [Note: after extended use (3 months) I noticed that with my iPad, because of its weight, I do have to use the hex keys occasionally to tighten the middle position in the arm, but it isn't a bother for me]

This is such a great versatile product and is well made. I purchased this so I could mount it under our kitchen cabinets so my wife could watch TV on her tablet while cooking or to use it to display a recipe. I didn't fully realize that it can also be removed from the under cabinet mount and used as a free standing stand. This makes it very helpful as a video prompter while you're working on your hobby or for entertainment wherever your busy. It is well made of sturdy materials. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I can't say any more than simply, I love it! Easily adjustable, rotate your tablet to any position. The little tools to tighten up any loose joints is easy to use. AND the fact it comes with two mounting brackets - I LOVE THAT. I'm still trying to decide where I may want to permanently place that second bracket - one is in the kitchen, for recipes and shopping lists. The second one - I'm really contemplating putting it outside, on the wall next to the hot tub...It is very easy to slide the tablet holder out of one mounting bracket to tuck it into the other bracket mounted elsewhere. The fact that this can hold my large and small tablets and kindles is just the best thing EVER! And love that it is removable and can used as a table top stand without the mounting bracket, (that's how I decided on which side of the stove I wanted the mounting bracket placed under which cabinet - I kept it on one side of the stove on the counter top for a few weeks, then on the other side for a couple more weeks.) It has long screws if you need them, and a few different thicknesses of spacers in case your cabinets have a lip around the rim underneath them - mine don't, but it is nice to know they thought of that. Everything you need to mount the brackets is included - even the wall anchors! Okay, not everything, you will need a screw driver, and maybe a drill, (or nail and hammer), to make starter holes for the screws, plus a pencil to mark when the holes go. Oh, a piece of tape to hold the bracket to the bottom of the cabinet while screw in the first screw is helpful, too. Other than those items - everything you need is included! :)

Just arrived today and the product is as stated. I had to remove the protective case from my iPad Pro as the bracket would not widen enough to hold the iPad with it on. However, once removed the bracket does hold the device securely. In portrait mode the is no slipping. The iPad is held at a comfortable height for view while sitting. It would be nice if this device [which I have named WALL-E, because the pedestal looks like the character's hands...] had the option of going up and down just a bit, besides just folding as I have to move my laptop out of the way to be able to open it. The construction seems well done with the iPad being held steadily. I have not tested the wall or under cabinet holders, but they seems of sturdy enough plastic that when properly mounted should cause no issues. It comes with a pointing device that is attached to a clip on holder. This piece seems kinda skimpy and i can see it getting caught on something and breaking, but we will see. I may remove the pointing device clip and glue it to the either ends of the bracket to have it hold my iPad Pencil. All in all I would encourage those of you reviewing to buy it. It's a good buy, does what it says and looks "nerdy" elegant in the process. :)

I have to say I am impressed with this stand. I almost didn't buy it due to the pictures it looks as if it doesn't tilt 45 degrees left and right. I will say I am so glad I took the risk and bought this. I bought it more so that I could use my tablet in multiple rooms. This way my kids could also watch shows without being able to move the stand. This stand tilts in pretty much every direction you can imagine. The long part of the arm does only go forward/out with a few hinges to bend up or down. This arm does not go left to right. However on the end right next to where you put the tablet there is a hinge that does left and right to turn the tablet itself. You can also rotate the tablet in its stand 360 degrees. I will say the wall mounts do need the spacers behind if in order for the stand to fit (if you run out washers work well also) I bought the additional mounts so that I can use 1 stand in multiple rooms. It's a great buy. Also the stand itself to sit on the counter or table makes this very worth the money. I would highly suggest buying it. Also my iPhone 6+ fits in this stand as well as 7" tablets and iPads. Just put the phone in vertically and then turn the stand once tightened

Great addition to the kitchen. Really convenient. It takes some work to put it together, and I'd recommend using an automated drill for the screws. Much tougher to drill it in by just a screwdriver. It holds up well underneath the cabinets. You have to tweak the hinges with the Allen wrenches to make sure the joints are stiff and take the weight of the tablet, but that wasn't too hard. Holds the iPad up well and can be easily maneuvered for the best angle. And my mom loves it!

Best stand I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. It fits iPad, iPad Air, Kindle and my Samsung tablet. It did loosen and wouldn't hold the selected position. However, I removed the little black circular conver at both joints and tightened the screws with an Allen key. That fixed the problem. I love it.......
