Great pasta, better than store brands
Great brand, tastes fresh every time I use it. After I've had this won't go back to store brand despite cheaper price. Such a difference!

Best pasta ever
We used to live in Italy for more than 2 years. My Italian friends would always use Barilla brand pasta when they had guests for dinner. Unlike the US grocery stores, the markets in Italy literally have multiple long aisles of pasta... different brands and different shapes. I soon learned that you are supposed to match the shape of the pasta with the style of sauce that it will be mixed with. It's rather scientific.

We’ve been Barilla users for about 20-years.
Pasta preference is a matter of taste so all I can say is we like it and started buying it here because the food store jacked the price up about 30-percent. I also like that by adding a little oil to the water I can dispense with rinsing it and that’s a real plus. At about a buck a box it’s worth buying it here and it helps fill out that Pantry box.

Basic Pasta
Pretty basic pasta. Penne is one of our favorite types, as its easy to use in many dishes and easily pieced by a child's fork or picked up in a baby's fingers. Can be colored with food coloring and used to make children's crafts too. I have not noticed that the quality of Barilla is any better than the quality of any other brand of pasta, if properly cooked. I honestly think its all pretty much the same and the rest is marketing. Amazon Pantry Price is pretty good compared to paying full price in a grocery store, especially when Prime Pantry is running a coupon or special. Right now there is a 10% coupon. Never had a problem with a Prime Pantry shipment.

pasta yum
I have a best friend who is a granny/nanny for her daughter's family who's husband is currently serving in our military. They are a family of five and I just wanted to help with them with some shelf stable pantry and other items. These arrived quickly and in good condition. I really appreciate that Amazon helps me to help them!

Great Italian Staple!
Penne pasta has been the pasta of our choice around our house for years. I grew up eating spaghetti noodles but have since switched to these. Excellent choice for homemade Alfredo sauce. I will keep purchasing these!

Premium Pasta, Pantry Perfect
Our family relies on Barilla for great pasta. I love that they come in boxes which are easier to neatly store in the pantry than bags are. Should Amazon decide to stock more styles of pasta in this brand, I would be even happier than I already am. If you have never tried Barilla, do yourself a favor and treat your family to the best there is aside from having to make it from scratch.

Good boxed pasta
I like all the Barila boxed pastas and buy them in bulk, as they're usually really cheap and frequently on sale.

Excellent al dente
Excellent al dente! Holds its form very well, and is wonderful when a bit of vodka sauce fills the middle...hungry now! Although I still laugh at the fact that "ITALY'S #1 BRAND OF PASTA" is made in the Good Ol' US of A! Learned that when looking for International foods for an extra credit project my children were doing for school. Needed one more product, grabbed the Barilla, read the origin, and said "What the heck?!" Finally found another, not as good, pasta half way down the aisle that was made in Italy! LOL!!!
