Was too small for my needs (my bad - measure twice!) That being said, I found it to be a well made product. Someone got a great deal at my yard sale.

Nice fit and finish. Just wish they used lugs instead of carriage bolts to mount the spare. Not a deal-breaker, I just bought a small 4-way to keep with my towing supplies.

I was impressed with the quantity considering the low cost. Works perfect to carry a spare on my boat. Simple to install.

For such a simple piece of equipment, there are many ways to screw it up. Thankfully, this product got it right. It's very heavy duty in gauge and welding. Fit the trailer and 5x4.5 bolt pattern spare perfectly. Angle of the arm keeps tire well away from the ground. Comes with two sizes of bolts to work with trailer beams of different thicknesses.

From the male side of the family -- this worked great for my older Ford F150 truck. I wanted to mount the spare tire in the pickup bed (on the frame, against the cab window). I had to drill a few holes in the sheet-metal, and work things around a bit to get it to fit. I was able to bolt it down firmly and get the tire and rim bolted on. The carrier is strongly made and works well. You might have to do a little finagling to get it to fit your vehicle. Recommended!

Perfect, put two of em on my utility/camping trailer bolted together.. one holds the spare tire and the other holds a propane tank bracket thanks to a 1ft piece of 2x3 steel tube. etched the zinc with oven cleaner then painted the whole setup black to match my trailer.

Bought this because it was easy with Prime. Was pleasantly surprised at the obvious quality. Only flaw is the lack of a built in locking provision - which is not unusual for these.

Nicely made. Worked great on my utility trailer to mount a 15" spare tire. I was concerned about getting a spare tire mount because I though that there may no be enough ground clearance to mount the tire where I wanted it - this mount worked fine. It has not rusted yet, so I am very happy with it. I would recommend this spare tire mount.

This beats the heck out of having to transfer the trailer spare into, and out of, my tow vehicle every time I tow my car trailer. It was quick and simple to mount on the trailer and now the tire goes wherever the trailer does. The tire mounts securely and stays put.

Very well made, variety of bolts accomodating for various thicknesses of trailer frame. Just installed so only time will tell if the galvanized finish holds up. But so far I cannot be more satisfied.
