I like the Q tip brand because they use good quality sticks to hold up cotton. These swabs are sturdy and soft in the right places. I can tell usually when I get the knock offs because they are made of cheaper material that really can't withstand much pressure. I only buy Q-tip brand now because of their good quality control.

I use Qtips to clean my ears. Whenever I feel like I've accumulated enough wax, dirt, or whatever else goes in my ear, I poke it with a Qtip. It gets most of it out, although it probably pushes some stuff closer to my brain. I don't know. Anyway, its done its job.

the original cotton swabs, cardboard stick not plastic, large amount. wonderful as always.

These are the only brand I'll buy of its kind because all of the other, less expensive brands end up leaving bits - or sometimes the entire cotton bud - inside my ears. I even had to go to the ENT doctor to have the end of one of these removed from deep inside my ear canal, that was an off-brand of Q-Tip. Stick with these, trust me, they're the best and worth every penny.

Gotta get the original QTips! We’ve tried the cheaper ones. It didn’t go well. This is a larger box, so I split them up into little ziploc bags for traveling/ in car, in purse... and of course, in pretty covered jars in each bathroom.

What can I say? Everyone knows what Q-Tips are. I use these to clean the outside of my own and my dog's ears. I also use them in my nose as I have a bit of a deviated septum and these swabs help to clear out the passageway. These are also useful for removing dust from tiny areas. No complaints here.

I run a small computer repair store and only leave reviews on the things I feel meet expectations. I am giving this item a 5 star because It works great with no problems. We probably spend over $50,000 a year on Amazon for our business, so finding the right parts in a timely matter at an affordable price so I can make some profit is key. We rely on Amazon to keep us in stock with parts.

What can I say? They're Q-tips and have a bit more cotton than no name brands. I go through an average of about 5-7 each day, for my hobby projects. That's why it was nice to find such a large quantity in one package.

just what i need. Hard sturdy stick that doesnt deform easy lets me clean my ears and ima frequent waxy person

I've tried other brands of cotton swabs and always regretted it. These are (mostly) well-padded at the tips with a tight wrap. Occasionally one swab gets through with a looser wrap or less cotton at the end; however, 99% of them are perfect. This box is large. It's lasting me a long time. Although most people use Q-tips for their ears (be careful of entering the ear canal), they can be used for many other things. I use them for cleaning, applying gooey stuff for more-or-less precise locations, and cleaning insects off plants with rubbing alcohol. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann
