Love the ease with which this piece can go from stovetop to oven. Also enjoy that it can hold a decent amount of liquid if necessary.

Perfect for family meals

Heats up fast and even. Food does not stick when you follow the directions. Note that the part number and photo seem to conflict. The photo is correct and is the pan that I wanted.

My desert island pan.

If I could have only one pan to cook with for the rest of my life it would be this one. So versatile. Bacon, steaks, casseroles, simmer, saute, braise, fry, melt butter, make soup, anything you can do in a skillet, saucepan or small Dutch oven can be done with this.

I had the nonstick version of this and loved it, but after time

I had the nonstick version of this and loved it, but after time, all nonstick wears out. This is the standard D5 stainless and with Barkeepers Friend you can keep it like new. I have a full set of D5 and won't buy the nonstick anymore. Just preheat before adding oil and nothing sticks.

Great pan

Ask any craftsperson if cheap tools work in their profession. All will tell you that they buy the best they can afford because it makes a significant in the result. Same goes for cooking. Nuff said.

Awesome. I bought it for my dad. He loves it. His feedback is very positive. A bit expensive compared to the other brands, but definitely worth it.
