Helping my nails grow a lot!

Made in the USA, Gluten Free and NO Soy!

It's pretty easy to find a good vitamin that's gluten free. It's not as easy, however to find one that is soy free. When you take medication for thyroid issues, it's a good idea to avoid soy, as it can inhibit absorption of thyroid meds. It seems most vitamins use soybean oil. I was so happy to find Sports Research Vitamin D3 (5000iu) with Coconut Oil, 360 Liquid Softgels. It's 5000IU and, besides being free of all the typical allergens you find in vitamins, uses coconut oil instead of soybean. Don't worry if the capsules appear cloudy if its cooler, that's just the coconut oil. Hold the capsule in your palm for a few seconds to warm it and the oil will liquefy inside the capsule. I was told by my doctor that my Vit D was low. I had a prescription to get my Vit D to just above the lowest required amount. I was not happy with that, so I have been using Sports Research Vit D since then as a supplement. On my last blood test, my Vit D was almost to the top number where I wanted it to be. I am more energetic, and less sad. I like the coconut oil too, because I have tried to use more coconut oil in my diet but have not been as successful as I would like. This product keeps my Vit D near the top limit when I have my blood tested. It helps me have more energy and improves my mood/attitude.

good quality vtiamins

just wish these came in 10,000iu. These are nice sized no wierd after burps. The coconut oil does solidify at room temp and turns clear when warm, but the big jar of coconut oil I have in my bathroom does that too. Just had my Vitamin D levels check (I have Multiple Sclerosis) and even after a relapse my vitamin D levels were good.

Good value for a great product; Cloudy capsules are NORMAL

I had Vitamin D3 supplements recommended to me by my physician. I've tried several here from Amazon. Either they had filler that I wasn't happy with, or there was an odor. I had trouble initially finding a brand that I could stick with. I chose this Sports Research one because it uses coconut oil, which is known for its many health benefits. I really like this brand of D3 supplements. Someone reached out to me after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied. I was, and am. Additionally, there is NOTHING wrong with your supplements if they arrive cloudy. In cold weather, coconut oil solidifies. The melting point of coconut oil is 76 degrees Fahrenheit. So if it shipped or stored below that temperature, you will notice it being fully cloudy or with cloudy "bits" inside. This is perfectly normal and does not indicate a problem with your product, if it smells right (coconutty) and is within it's expiration date. Roll the capsules in your hands for a few moments. The heat from your hands will warm them up, and you'll see them go crystal clear. I've even included a photo of the capsules in both solid and liquid forms. So, I'm very pleased with the quality of this product and will be ordering more when I run out. Highly recommend.

I don’t even know where to begin. Last year my vitamin D levels were at 18. I was feeling like complete and utter garbage. Tired all the time my hair falling out fatigue the body aches the nasty mood. It was like I was in PMS or menopause I got so bad people didn’t want to even be around me. Back in 2007 my former doctor had me on prescription vitamin d. My deficiency was so bad that I was taking 50,000 iu's daily. Absolutely incredible to end hairloss!!!

I had SEVERE hair loss at the end of last summer. big chunks of hair just falling and falling. you could see my scalp through my hair it was so thin. it was horrible. I went to a dermatologist who just prescribed a shampoo but I knew there was something else to it so I called my family doctor and asked for blood work and turns out my vitamin D levels were extremely low, like in the low teens (normal is between 20 and 50) so I ordered this and started taking it with the Biotin from the same brand and honestly speaking it took weeks to see any result so be patient but about 7 weeks in I started seeing less and less hair fall off and just like that it stopped altogether. Best D3 supplements I’ve ever taken.

I was tested for Vitamin D levels and was extremely low, so my doctor recommended I take a high quality D3 supplement. I ordered these and started noticing a difference in my energy levels and mood after about 2 weeks. Keep in mind, my levels were looooow, dangerously low, so that may be why it took me awhile to start feeling the effects, but I’m sure glad I went and got tested and started taking these.
