Easy to install, looks great. It isn't made from heavy duty metal, it's either plastic or aluminum, but I am in a rental and I want something to last for a year or two. I wash my dog super often due to allergy issues with his skin. This helps a TON! No more plastic cup and 10 minute bath for pup and human! I just tested his bath time at 2.5 minutes 😂. Instructions have step by step instructions with diagrams. I've taken photos and marked them up. If my review is helpful, give me a thumbs up!

Great product at a great price! Works as well as much more expensive products. When I first installed this, I was underwhelmed with the intensity of the water coming out. I did some research and removed the flow control between the pipe on the wall and the shower head. Now the water comes out very strong from both heads. Wonderful!

Update: It's been a while since I last posted this review. I'm just writing how excellent these sellers were to care for my issue. They saw that I had a problem with these shower heads and they swiftly made it right for me. For that reason, I'm increasing my rating. They promised that if I purchased these again, that I will not have cracks such as the ones I had with my first two shower heads. Thank you for standing by your products and looking out for your customers! Old Review: I ordered two of these. They look nice. It's mostly made of plastic with a chrome finish and the hose has a nice metallic, flexible coating. I'm disappointed in the plastic female showerhead fittings that hand screw onto it's plastic male base at the spout from the house wall (not the handheld showerhead). Both showerheads were delivered with cracks in the threading (see included pictures). One of the showerhead's has the metallic screen punctured through the rubber washer. Sadly, I had to rate it 2 Stars because "I don't like it"...I don't like the cracks in the threading and I don't like the rubber washer having the screen punctured through. Very disappointed in these two products I received. :( Because I ordered 2 of these, what were the chances that both products would have cracks in the threading? :( The two left pictures are from the first showerhead package--this has 1 crack in the threading and metal punctured through the washer. The right two pictures are from the second showerhead package--this one has 2 cracks in the threading.

Super easy to install; no need to be intimidated by the pieces in the box. Bought one for each bathroom, and installed both without looking at the directions. Comes with its own thread seal tape, no need to purchase seperate tape (despite Amazon's insistance that people buy both). There is a flow regulator in the diverter, as noted in the instructions, but can easily enough be removed. I've had no issues with leaking, but I've only had it for a few weeks. Love it, so far!

Just installed this thing and I love it, now that I have increased the water flow. The instructions don't mention a water restrictor in the main shower head. It shows the one in the diverter where it connects to the shower arm and that was pretty easy to remove cause you can see it without removing the washer. Take the washer out and then pry out the next plastic piece that is the restrictor. Once I removed that one my hand-held shower head really had a good, strong flow, but the main shower head was still very weak. I kept reading about 2 different limiters or restrictors on this site, but didn't see anything in the instructions about the main stationary shower head having one. Well, it did. This is under the washer with the screen attached to it. Once you remove the washer you will see a small little black ring that has been inserted right in the middle area of whatever the next piece is. It's a little harder to get out, but use a toothpick or pin and it will come right out. What a difference. Now I have great flow using each shower head separately and very good flow using them both together. It looks great and I really like the flexible hose for the hand-held shower head. I don't know about durability yet, but I'm giving it a 5-star rating based on the water flow for now.

My little condo that was built in the 70's didn't come with very many luxury amenities so it's up to me to make life more comfortable for myself. Plus, I live in a second story unit so I don't have the luxury of easily hosing things off outside. I looked around a little before deciding on this guy. It had all the major features that were important to me - easily installed, two heads, pause feature on both heads, and power massage and strong mist and at 4-5' extension hose. The installation took less than 5 minutes and I am the least mechanically inclined person on the planet. I was really surprised at how fast and easy I was able to get it connected, and with no leaks. Be careful when you're installing it that you don't over tighten anything because you could cause it to crack. It's strong plastic under there but it's still plastic. I've had this coming up on a year now and it has never leaked and more important, the heads have not discolored from mineral build up. Which is something that is a problem in the desert southwest and has happened to almost every other fixture I've ever owned. But it still looks almost as good as new, save for a few dings I've put on it. The one thing about this old building is the water pressure is amazing. Probably because it was built before there were regulations so I am lucky enough to get a lot of water at a high rate of speed. I didn't want the pressure to be affected so I popped the little white plastic regular out of both heads. To me there is no such thing as to much pressure. In the off position a little bit still comes out but not enough to get upset about. If I wanted the water off I would turn it off at the wall. I like how each setting I can feel and hear it click into place. Especially when I'm washing my face. I don't want to open my eyes but I still want confirmation I've changed to another mode. This great for shaving your legs because you can control where the water and when you want it off. I do a lot of body scrubs and hair treatments and face washing and I don't the water running unless I'm actually using it. I love being able to control how much and when and where water is coming out. I stayed at my parent's house last weekend and was so bummed when I had to take a shower. In fact, I only ever want to shower in my own shower and it's because of how much I love my shower head. The hose makes cleaning the shower a breeze. I have no idea how people clean their tubs without some sort of hose. It hurts my back and knees to try to do it any other way. I also use the use to fill mop buckets or water containers for foot soaks. I use the power massage setting to "power wash" things will fit in my shower. I have aches and pains all the time, as well as sinus issues. The power massage setting relieves tension in my shoulders and my back and helps clear the pounding in my head when my sinuses are acting up. Sometimes I will turn on the power massager and aim it straight for my forehead and in a few minutes I start to feel the tension breaking up. But the absolute best feature is the hard mist. There is nothing so satisfying as taking a nice spa-like shower, I shave all of my legs (not just my calves) and do a hair conditioning treatment, and full body sugar scrub and then at the very end turn on both heads to the power mist with cool water. It's like the final mist at a car wash. It gets every little tiny spot of product off and when I turn the water off I feel like a new person. I didn't want to sink a ton of money into a product for a place I rent. I've tried other shower heads before and they were all crappy and either broke and leaded quickly or the heads turned green from mineral buildup. None of which has happened after 11 months of daily, sometimes twice daily use. For the money, this is hands down the best plastic shower head/hose combo I've seen. Don't be scared by the word plastic. I don't know the technical term but it's a reinforced type of plastic, like a type of PVC, that is strong and holds up quite well. Anyone who has ever showered here comments on what a great shower I have. It really is a little slice of luxury every day for less than $25. You wont find a better model in that price range.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy one of these nice shower heads! I'm expecting my first child, and was advised to get a sprayer shower head. So I came to trusty Amazon and lo and behold, found this gem! It was SO AMAZING!!!! Maybe that's just my peasant self who only ever used standard, awful shower heads. But seriously, this thing is great. I was able to put it in my shower in under probably 15 minutes. And with the first try, absolutely no leaks! The main head does not leak, nor does the sprayer head! This will be so great for bathing our son. Annnnd I'm and idiot who has struggled for YEARS bathing my standard poodle and toy poodle in the tub with cups (their dang waterproof fur is like trying to bathe a friggen duck) and now it's SO SIMPLE! No more breaking my back. No more taking forever to unsuds. It truly has made my shower feel spa like!

Fantastic quality for the price. My fiancee and I like to shower together, and having the two shower heads makes for a great experience! The shower comes with enough plumber's tape to get the installation done right, and all the parts are well made. The plastic pieces make for a light overall weight, but I haven't noticed any durability issues, and all the parts that matter are metal or metal framed. Water pressure is a little low with both heads running simultaneously, but the shower comes with instructions on how to fix that. ;)
