2 Books published and just getting started....

If you want to write an eBook, or self-publish a hard cover, I recommend this software product. I have published 2 books so far, albeit short ones at this point, but I am just getting started. Others have commented that they cannot get support on this software, but I have had no problems getting very quick answers to two or three questions I have had. Nitin was very quick to help and respond. If you are willing to watch the provided videos, they are very good at pointing out how to do things step-by-step. The only drawback I have found is that some of the videos are mildly outdated due to changes that Amazon makes so the videos in a couple of cases are not up to speed but still provide what you need to know, or you can email and get an answer quickly. A Dad Remembered: Because He Couldn't and We All Know One: Happenstances with a Goofball: Engage Mouth Before Brain is the other one's title. It makes importing and converting very easy. I recommend watching the informative videos on whatever you have questions about. I have finally fulfilled a little dream of mine to be published!

Super helpfull to those willing to learn

I was shocked to see such opposing reviews. I purchased the program about 6 months ago and have already used it to publish one ebook and one paperback. I do agree that there are things to learn when you purchase this software however I have always found that reading a manual or watching a tutorial before using new software is very helpful. If you have very little technical skills but are willing to follow along with the included videos, you will love this product. If you are not able to learn, or are a person who has no time to watch a few of the videos, don't waste your money on any software. Hire someone to produce and format your book for you. I have looked at and made quite a number of comments in regards to these low reviews. It seems to me that most of the poor reviews are from people that are severely impatient, as well as unwilling to be trained to use the software. I also feel like some of them perhaps believed they personally would not have much to do to produce an ebook, perhaps some of them are even let down by themselves, not being able to complete their manuscript as they anticipated then blame the software for their own ineptness. I was very sad to see so many people putting their incapability's on the product.

One of the few programs available for this type of work. Installed right away and was up and running in minutes. Remarkable in the variety of formats it offers you for your manuscript. I particularly found the MS Word to Adobe Acrobat conversion very effective. There is an extensive library of tutorials available with this product; and also a dedicated web site for additional assistance. Highly recommend this program

Does what claims to do

So far the product works as advertised. Easy to use, good backup process. After I write a book and try the rest of the process I will be able to added more feedback. My expectations are high.

They helped me even though it still won't work but they did help when I needed it.

Older product and a better approach

The software is old and produced for Windows 7 & XP OS however this is a bonus because it is devoid of the marketing tricks contained in current software - its a nuts and bolts software package with no sinister streak. I like it :) 8/16/2019 : To add to this I must note that now I have my head around it I am really enjoying it, It just works ! Nitin responds within minutes to support requests and I am almost ready to publish my book - just so chuffed Nitin - thank you !
