I've tried to lose weight for years. I craved carbs. I usually didn't eat breakfast. I wasn't a particularly crazy over eater or closet eater, but because of medical issues my life style is mostly sedintary. This forskolin works. Very Good Stuff!!

It is very helpful with weight loss , but don't expect miracles if you are one of those people who just sits around and does absolutely nothing , you have to get some form of exercise for this stuff to work , it is a weight loss aid not a miracle in a bottle. That said as I take it and get at least a half hour to hour of exercise a day my waist line is shrinking , I couldn't be happier!

Working Great!

2 months of using this and I have lost 25lbs. It really helps me eat smaller amounts and I don't feel hungry as often. (I also have been eating healthier but this really help speed things along)

Sometimes cheaper is better

The energy

Even though I purchased this two weeks ago, I started taking it this past week. I have only been taking 1 tablet at twice a day because I tend to be sensitive to stuff and I didn’t want to jump out the gate running full throttle without seeing how I was going to do with it. That being said... even on such a low dose, I am feeling a difference! Have more energy and I don’t have the hunger pains I was having without the help of this.
