come a long way
Wow, silicone has really come a long way. I eat whole food plant based which means no oil, salt, sugar, dairy or meat. EVERYTHING GETS STUCK unless its silicone or has parchment paper in it. Parchment paper is such a hassle. I baked a banana nut bread and after cooling, I just turned the loaf pan over and the bread fell out. Loved it. Cleaning a problem? Not with this loaf pan. It seems durable and can be put in the oven as it is bigger on the feet. This came as a duo set and I think I could probably put one on top of the other. Great deal, price is right.

Worth it
Good loaf pan, have made bread and meatloaf in it. The books that come with it are your typical "did you know adding salt will season your food" books geared toward anyone who's never cooked, but lets be real, if you want a loaf pan, you arent buying this for the free books. Comes with 2, and like all my silicon ware, definitely worth the purchase.

Best bread pans ever!
Love these pans...I washed them and used them immediately after receiving them. I baked two loaves cranberry bread and waited for them to cool (they popped right after cooling them for about ten minutes) then washed them up good and baked another two loaves of cinnamon bread. Easy to use, clean up. Best thing is the owns cool quick enough to reuse them quickly! The breads all tasted really good, the loaves looked good enough to give away as gifts. Recommend highly! Just a FYI: I did place these pans together on a cookie sheet for stability and ease of removing from the oven...just because I do that with my silicone muffin pans also.

Best new pans!
I use these for meat loaf and bread! I usually put them on a baking sheet when I make meat loaf bc it’s heavy and the juice flows over. However when I make bread my goodness! Had to save it on the first use bc hubs was about to slice into it with a knife... it has been a joy to cook with these! Bread slides right out as well as the meat loaf!

Best baking pans EVER!!!
Bakers dream. I bake a lot of homemade breads and was very tired of cleaning pans, breaks sticking, etc. when I ran across these. When they arrived I threw them in the dishwasher, yeah, I'm kinda a sanitation freak that way, when they came out I decided to try them with my sticky but delicious banana bread. Much to my delight and surprise my break slipped right out of the pan and nothing was left stuck on it!!! I didn't even add any butter or grease. Since then I've baked my homemade white, wheat, zucchini, and more banana bread and every time the same perfect loaf without sticking. Best purchase for baking EVER!

Great for sourdough bread.
Just love this loaf pan! Very good quality, does well with 440 F temps. Wanted to start making my sourdough breads in a toaster slice form & this worked great. Ordered the 2-pk to use like a Dutch Oven, the 2nd pan goes on top for 25 min, then off for the last 15 min. Even better, the proofing is done in the pan, set inside a covered roasting pan with cup filled with boiling water for up to 2 hrs, no need to preheat a pan & do any transferring of dough to bake. Wow, made everything easier. Will order another set.

Works great
Love these. Here is a pic that shows the size difference between them and a regular loaf pan... these are narrow and shallow. They cook the same heat and time as normal though. Use them for my banana bread a couple times a month.

Great Pans
I purchased these pans to handle everything from meatloaves to bread and cakes. As soon as they arrived ( and after washing them carefully) I put them to use baking a cranberry loaf. The batter was thick and I wanted to see how the pans held up to side pressure(bulging, rounding out). They did not bulge, but held their shape beautifully. In addition, the cakes were cooked thoroughly and there was no sticking or difficulty getting the loaves out of the pans. They are easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher and they are just very bright and cheerful looking. I love them and am anxious to try other recipes and see how the pans perform.

Excellent product. I really thought I was going to ...
Excellent product. I really thought I was going to have to return a few silicone baking pans until I found the right ones for what I do--homemade sourdough that I let rise for two days in the same pan as I bake them in. I thought the silicone would not hold shape thus leading to non-well formed loaves. Well, I can say after much researching and study of designs, I took a chance and purchased the bread pans from Silicone Designs as my first choice. I have been exceedingly happy with the results. They hold their shape during the rising process, the baking is incredibly uniform and not over cooked on the outside, like with metal and glass baking ware, and most importantly for me, they are actually and truly NON-STICK! For years I have been looking for a true non-stick baking pan and I've tried everything from stoneware, glass, metal types including unfinished and "non-stick" coated, seasoning, no seasoning, etc. but nothing worked the way I wanted. That was until I purchased and used the Silicone Design pans. They really are great for the reasons I noted above. It is so nice always knowing that the loaf will just come right out with no resistance and that the outside of my bread loaves are perfectly browned; not over cooked whatsoever. Lastly, these pans are just fine at their rated temperatures and stay odor free, meaning they are not picking up food odors from my fermenting and baking--I've made six sourdough loaves so far including sourdough raisin bread. The key to these pans' success is their structural design. The reinforced sides and bottom are brilliant and work very well. I highly encourage others to give these a try. The set of two was a great deal as well. I'm very happy with these pans.

Easy Bake, Easy Clean Up!
This is yet another kitchen tool I’ve switched over to silicon - I bake occasionally - more often around the holidays - but I found a quick bread recipe for Keto that I wanted to try recently. These silicon molds worked like a charm. It was recommended I allow the bread to cool for an hour after taking out of the oven. There was no problem lifting the bread out of the mold and then just wiping down the mold with a wet cloth to clean and then store away. Love it!
