Good pans

I live alone and wanted a small pan for making stuff like small meat loaves and or savory pies. So far I'm impressed.

Perfect!

I love, love, love these pans! My banana bread slid right out of them, no hassle. The bread baked evenly and came out looking really nice. I could fit two of the pans in my 4 slice toaster oven. Three of these mini loaf pans make about the equivalent of one large loaf pan. (I was able to make about two loaves when halving my recipe) Highly recommend.

Perfect for 2 people

Smaller than expected, but constructed as well as the 'grown up' versions. Perfect for 2 people (check out America's Test Kitchen Cooking for Two Cookbook - available through Amazon). And, it's cute ;-))

These little pans are the best thing ever

These little pans are the best thing ever. I have a set of twelve and I use them for everything from muffins to mac and cheese. I'm single so they make anything in a nice serving size and I can make a large batch of whatever it is (even if it's mac and cheese) and then freeze it in convenient sized quantities. So worth the purchase.

Perfect size to make 2 or 3 small loaves of ...

Perfect size to make 2 or 3 small loaves of bread from a regular 1 loaf recipe for Quick Breads. I still use shortening to coat the pans, but they release better than any other similar pans I've used. Am now looking for new homes for my old pans manufactured by a different company. I offer for sale a few breads at Farmer's Markets and have yet to lose one due to an unattractive loaf coming out of the pan.

Works in Ninja Foodi

I use these to bake with my Ninja Foodi and they work great. I prop them up on a stand in the Foodi so they do not come in direct contact of the base of the pot. I made meatloaf in them came out Amazing! Please keep in mind they are not super huge in width. They are smaller as they have to fit inside of the Ninja Foodi or your other device. The Ninja Foodi holds two of these at once.

I love these.

I have now had these for 3 years. They are still in excellent shape. I use them often to make mini loaves as gifts. I always line the bottom with a little parchment paper and never use a metal utensil in them. They still have no scratches, their finish is as good as the day I bought them. I only hand wash them and make sure they sit on a corner to drain the water from the lip of the pan that curls under.

These little pans are awesome! I was tired of buying the disposable ones of this size from my local grocery store since they are almost $1 each! These were just a little more and I can use over and over. Great non-stick coating. My banana nut bread has never been more popular! :)

Great for boxed dessert breads!

One box of dessert bread or muffin mix makes 3 loafs. Mix fills up 3/8 to 1/2 inch below each top, breads rise with nice crowns on top of loaves. I use times and temps for dark/non-stick pans with good results. Spray pans first and loaves pop right out.

These are amazing, small, and perfect for banana bread. Small bread bake faster and banana bread take so long to bake.
