BEST Christmas Present-er ever thanks to this Nespresso! Bye Bye Keurig!
I purchased this using Amazon prime as a gift for an avid coffee lover. Her Keurig was aging, and she wanted a new Keurig for the holidays. Well - I have had the pleasure of using a Nespresso a few times before, and let me tell you - I didn't ONCE think of getting her a Keurig, knowing immediately I would get her this Nespresso, converting her to one of the cult followers of Nespresso! Well I'm writing this review December 25th, and upon opening it - I will report it has been a success! We now have one more avid Nespresso lover on this world! We purchased it in red, and it looks great in the kitchen! Nice small size, and works with original line pods. ** KEEP IN MIND THIS COMES WITH PODS ** (we made the mistake of ordering way more to gift, but this comes with 16 pods included!). Will continue to purchase for gifts! They make great presents.

Great Espresso Good Value Deal
Since I own and have previously reviewed the Inissia by itself I am using my previous review here for the Inissia alone and adding a new review for the Aeroccino Plus at the bottom. [Original Inissia Review] I own the Citiz for home use and bought the Inissia with coworkers to keep at work. Compared to the Citiz the Inissia is pretty comparable in quality and construction and is around $70 cheaper than the Citiz currently. The Inissia is compact and well made. It is fairly easy to use and makes great espresso. The water heats up just as fast as the Citiz which so far has been about 25 seconds so you can get your coffee fix in the morning very fast. I appreciate that the water reservoir detaches like the Citiz and unlike the Citiz, the lid on the water reservoir is a flip lid and attached to the container. Also, while the expended pod catch container isn't as flashly looking as the one on the Citiz, it is just as functional and considering it is all black, it doesnt show the coffee staining like the clear and light plastics of the Citiz. The only issue I've really had with the Inissia is the dripping. I suggest leaving the drip tray down at all times unless you need to fit a larger cup during brewing. The Inissia can drip for a while after you're done brewing and when I had it setup at my desk, it randomly started dripping quite a bit of water hours after I had made a drink. It is an annoyance but not a big one considering the drip tray leads into a decently sized water catch reservoir of its own housed under the expended pod catch. It is very easy to remove and dispose of the excess water and expended pods. For the price(~$99) I am satisfied with my purchase. Despite the dripping it makes a great cup of espresso and it makes it fast and easy. A 5 star espresso maker at this price point wouldn't have the dripping issue for me. , However, it cost about $.75 per shot compared to $2.00+ that you'll spend at a coffee shop. The machine will be used pretty frequently by many different people so I will update this review when it has had some wear and tear. For now, I can easily recommend this for the price and the good coffee it produces. [UPDATE to original Inissia Review] I wanted to update my review after having owned and regularly used the Inissia every day for over 6 months now. The machine has held up very well with continued use by many people daily and it consistently puts out my necessary morning cup of espresso. [Aeroccino Plus Review] The frother is weighty and feels durable and high quality. I really like the use of magnets to attach the mixer and I appreciate that two different mixers were included. One whisk is included for a lot of froth and a mixer for light froth to no froth. The operation is very simple. You add milk to the fill line, put the lid on top, and press the button. After that it silently warms and froths the milk and in not a lot of time either. I don’t have experience with other frothers but this seems to do a good job while being fast and silent. It also is pretty easy to clean. I worry about some appliances because if they are difficult to clean, they won’t see as much use. I think due in part to the magnetic mixer part and the water proof construction, the frother is almost as easy to clean as a standard cup. It works surprisingly well and considering you would pay around $60 for it by itself, this package seems to be a pretty good deal if you really want the milk frother. I have only used skim milk so far and I wasn’t really sure that it would be able to froth it well but it warmed and frothed the skim milk very well. Also I want to point out that while I haven’t tried using almond milk personally, I have seen videos online of people successfully using the two main varieties of almond milk and frothing them very well. It is designed well, it is fairly easy to clean, and it works well. If you like cappuccino’s, latte’s, and macchiato’s, then the Nespresso Inissia combined with the Aeroccino Plus Frother is a great deal at around $115 and is easy to recommend.

FINALLY!
Many reviews cover the basics (great espresso, same quality of pump and brew as the more expensive models, space-efficient), but most seem to miss one of the most important, sanity-saving advances from Nespresso, so here it is: >> You do not have to wait for the machine to warm up before you make your coffee selection. << For previous Nespresso owners (myself included), this is a revelation. It means that after you wash your face, go to the bathroom, do whatever it is that you do after waking up and hitting the power button -- instead of coming back to the kitchen, hitting a button, and waiting AGAIN before you have some coffee... you just come back to a nice, steaming cup o' joe. To use this amazingly undocumented feature, you just hit a button to wake it up, and (wait for it...) press the button for your coffee selection. That's it -- when it's hot, it will start your beverage. Huzzah! That, my friends, is worth the price of admission. Oh, the machine also: * is the least expensive Nespresso ever, by a long shot * makes espresso, Americano, Lungo, and (if you bought the Aeroccino), Lattés just as well as any other Nespresso * looks FABULOUS on the counter Even the little tray that you lift up to use a larger mug is smart: it drops automatically when you remove your mug. Why? To catch the drips! Brilliant. The Inissia is being positioned as the budget Nespresso, but to me, this is the perfect Nespresso: respectful of your counter space, pleasing to the eye, and continuing the march towards more human-friendly operation. Recommended.

I’m in love with my ‘Reddy’.
We have been searching for a compact espresso machine for years. I never liked the big bulky expensive machines so the search went on for years until one day my husband was at a meeting and came across this cute little Nespresso machine. He tried out the machine, had a little too many shots of espresso and sent me a picture of the unit. My husband could not stop raving about how the machine worked and how great the espresso tasted. It came out nice and frothy. So I decided to check out this cute little machine online. Read some reviews and decided to purchase from Amazon. I can tell you for sure, hands down, the best product I’ve ever purchased from Amazon. I am in love! We named it ‘Reddy’. The reason being, obviously it is red and it make espresso SUPER fast! I turn on the machine, it heats up in under 30 secs and will have a perfectly frothy, aromatic espresso shot ‘Reddy’ in under one minute! Who can beat that? Every body who loves a nice cup of coffee or espresso should buy one. The machine seems made heavy duty and the quality is excellent. I love the ease of the clean up and it looked so stylish on my kitchen counter. I’m so attached to this machine that I plan on taking Reddy with me when I go on vacation to the mountains next month.

Probably THE perfect espresso maker for under $100. It's a TEN!
Okay, my wife and I are both coffee snobs. We brew a 10-cup pot of freshly ground Starbucks Sumatra every morning and honestly, we thought the pods were silly. But In our search for a good espresso maker, we found joy with the Nespresso C40-US-TI-NE Inissia Espresso Maker, Titan. Yeah, we tried a larger and more expensive DeLonghi two-cup espresso machine but it leaked water all over the counter, so that one was returned after a few days in our kitchen. After a week of using the Nespresso Titan, we are delighted. Not only does it make an awesome espresso or lungo with robust crema, it’s a bit more versatile than advertised. For example, we decided to have a waffle lunch last week but our morning coffee was already gone. Enter the Nespresso Titan – using a couple of the lungo pods that came in the 16 pod Grand Cru assortment with the machine, we each had an excellent cup of coffee tailored to our tastes in less than 3 minutes. There are two buttons on the top of the machine, one for espresso and one for lungo. You press either one to get the machine to heat the water and this takes less than 60 seconds. Once the buttons stop blinking, you select either the espresso or lungo button to start the pump and get your cup. The former passes slightly less than 2 oz. of water through the pod and the latter passes slightly less than 3.5 oz. But, the secret is that you can shut off the flow by pressing the button again which means you can make your cup stronger or weaker by playing with the buttons during brewing. For example, I thought the coffee I made for the waffle lunch looked a bit too strong using the lungo button, so I left the pod in and pressed the espresso button. Got a perfect 5 oz. cup of coffee! Some other pros about this machine: No cleanup (except for emptying the pod dump basket which comes right out and is easily rinsed off) and a really small footprint (less than 5” x 9” but 12” if you include the lip to hold the cup). It takes up so little space that it sits beside our regular coffee maker on a small piece of countertop. There was even enough countertop left to place the AmazonBasics Nespresso Pod Storage Drawer under the machine. It also takes the Capsul'in MYCNCCB100 Fillable Pods without a problem. We do like the LaVazza espresso best, but since you can’t get it in compatible ready-made pods, this was a big plus. Yeah, we are very pleased with this little machine.

A little advice...
I love this thing! But the included instructions are all drawings, no verbage, with indecipherable Euro-symbols. Go to YouTube, search "Nespresso Inissia", and start with the "How to: Directions for first use" video. Continue with "Directions for everyday use" and all will be revealed. Also, I bought the very reasonable 4-year service contract. I ordinarily never buy those things, but the Nespresso involves a motorized high-pressure pump. Just the sort of thing that could conk out in a year or two. As the one on my Delonghi EC155 espresso machine did after only 6 months. Jus' say'n.

Classy espresso for this classy American who used to live in Europe...
This espresso machine will make all your wildest dreams come true. Every cup has the crema on top and it looks super cute on your counter also. I got red and it is petite and cute. Now that I have tasted nespresso coffee anything else tastes like water that has been sitting in a gutter inside a shoe for 3 days after the world ended. Function info: You can make both espresso and an americano in this baby. It has two sizes and if I want coffee I will hit the biggest size and then before I release the pod I will hit the small size one more time to make me a respectable cuppa joe. This does not taste watered down at all. I take this to work because the coffee at work now taste like puke after being spoiled by nespresso. The espresso size is great for an after dinner treat, especially the flavored light roasts. The downside is the pods average about 70 cent each, so resist the urge to down 6 cups of espresso at once. We decided we would rather limit ourselves to a few cups of super good coffee, rather than a lot of bad coffee. If you go to the actual nespresso website you will get a sign up offer and get 200 of the assorted pods for about 150 dollars. Also the machine will come with around 15 of them to sample. Nespresso even sends you a recycling bag that is pre-paid UPS shipping so you can be eco-friendly. If I could marry an appliance (is it legal?) I would spend the rest of my life with this espresso machine.

Delicious espresso/lungo every time!
Love this little machine. I have many devices that I've used to make coffee and espresso (machines. pour over, aero press, chemex, etc). I love coffee dearly, but some of the methods take time and makes a mess which I don't have time for in the am. I was looking for something that would make is easier, cleaner and quicker in the am to make espresso and and still be delicious - this fits the bill. I was avoiding buying this because pods are wasteful and then I found out that the entire pod can be recycled. If you go to Nespresso's site, they have bags that you can get and return the pods to them (Nespresso pays the postage) and have the pods recycled. They are also refillable pods as well which I've ordered on Amazon. The unit comes with a package of different flavors of espresso and lungo and all of them were delicious. It's small and takes up very little counter space. You can also adjust the amount of water you want added to your espresso/lungo - I like that feature a lot. The most important thing about this unit and all coffee/espresso makers is the taste. The espresso and lungo are delicious and smooth tasting. I add some hot water to the espresso when I feel like having an americano. You can't beat the price for this little espresso maker. PROS: Delicious espresso/lungo Large variety of flavors Pods are recyclable You can buy refillable pods for this machine if you prefer Takes up very little counterspace You can adjust how much water you want in your espresso/lungo Comes with a nice variety pack of pods Automatic turn-off Heats quickly Temperature of coffee is perfect CONS Some have said that the water tank is small, but this didn't bother me. Some have said it was loud, but nothing is louder than grinding beans at 4:30 am. I didn't find it loud.

Well made, Affordable, Love it!!!!
I received the Nespresso Vertuoline for Christmas with the Nespresso original line capsules (thanks to Amazon's incorrect suggestion of add on items, my husband did not realize they were the wrong capsules). I love my Vertuoline for coffee and espresso, however since we could not return the original line pods, I ordered the Inissia machine also. I love it!!!! First of all, let me say that if you love coffee and espresso, Nespresso is definitely a cup above the rest. The quality and taste is by far better than any other I have tried. The Inissia is small, lightweight, and quality made. Makes great espresso and lungo cups. The price of the Inissia is affordable. The Inissia sits right next to my Vertuoline, on top of the capsule holder I purchased for the Vertuoline. This saves space, looks attractive, and gives me my choice of machines to use without having to get one out of a cabinet or take up extra counter space. I have read other reviews that the Inissia does not dispense at a high temp, but mine is very hot. However, if you add cold milk or cream to it, it will be luke warm. No problem for me because I always warm my milk or cream anyway (20 seconds in microwave or use the milk frother). I love my Inissia, and having both it and the Vertuoline gives me options for espresso, lungo, and larger cups of coffee. I also joined the Nespresso website and they often have no shipping cost specials, which is great! Yes, the capsules are more expensive than buying off brand or Keurig pods for other machines, but in my opinion, well worth it. My husband still only likes regular american coffee from a drip machine, which I also drink but, I use my Inissia daily and my Vertuoline for when I want a special treat just for me. Just remember if you are looking to buy Nespresso: get the Inissia for espresso and lungo (basically a larger pull of espresso) or the Vertuoline for either espresso or american size cups of coffee. The Inissia uses original line capsules with more variety of flavors. The Vertuoline uses Vertuoline capsules only (not interchangeable). I highly recommend these machines.

Thanks a LOT Nespresso, I'm addicted now
It's official; I know I'm addicted to this thing because I freak out when I'm running low on capsules. It makes a nice layer of crema on top of a respectable shot / lungo. It's so quick and easy to use it's ridiculous, especially compared to the setup and time you'd need with a full espresso machine. My poor drip maker sits neglected most of the time, now that I can make a shot or lungo by dropping in a capsule and pressing a button. Pros: -- Super fast and easy to use -- Wide variety of flavors / capsules -- Makes a respectable shot Cons: -- $0.70 or more per capsule -- Capsules require special recycling -- A little noisy
