Great quality brushes.

These are great brushes. They feel smooth on the face and this is important because the skin there is extra sensitive. Most make-up brushes start falling apart at first use where their bristles start to fall out, but so far so good with these. They arrive in a zip lock bag and a pamphlet about the product on the front, and the back has detailed descriptions for each brush and what areas to use them on. They mention on the pamphlet that the brushes may come with a smell due to the sealed packaging, but that this can be resolved if washed with soap and water. I didn't need to do that because the smell just disappeared after I aired out the brushes. I highly recommend!

I seriously love these. I had another set of brushes from another company that I've been using for a while, but these are MILES ahead. I love that they are soft, dense and stiff. The foundation brush actually gave me FLAWLESS skin for the first time EVER. It covered up my horrible pimples that the other brushes couldn't do. I am amazed. I seriously love them!

really pleased with these brushes so far! the price is incredible for the quality & number of brushes you receive. I did not notice any odor (as some have mentioned) upon opening these, but I washed them anyway as I prefer to do that with new brushes. these are super soft synthetic, and I have noticed minimal shedding. the only thing I would suggest is after washing, dry them at an angle with the handles tilted upward, that way the moisture will flow downwards and not (hopefully) damage the handles. or if you can, hang them upside down. they are slow to dry. I use high and low end brushes (price wise) and these are comparable to many high end brands at a fraction of the cost! you can't beat the value here.

Gets the Job Done!

So let's all admit these are not the most expensive brushes. That said, these little guys get the job done. I haven't even figured out what they all are for, but I'm 100% thrilled with the foundation brush, the blush brush, and the eyeshadow brushes. I would 100% recommend if you're looking to replace your funky worn out brushes with something affordable. I see others have complained of strong chemical odors - I didn't really notice - perhaps I was too excited to care as I gleefully tossed my yucky old brushes away.

AMAZING brushes for the price

I purchased these brushes after watching a few makeup tutorials and deciding that I needed to up my makeup game. I used to apply my foundation with my hands and I was amazed at the difference after using these brushes. My foundation goes on very smoothly and looks flawless. I use the foundation brush every single day and the contour brush and mineral powder brush almost every day. The other brushes I do not use as often because I don't do "full" makeup every day but it is really nice to have them for doing more concealing and in-depth blending. Unlike other reviewers, I did not really notice a strong smell. They smelled slightly of plastic, but it really did not bother me. I clean my brushes once a week using Ivory soap, but I have also used baby shampoo. They are super easy to clean and dry quickly. For the price, I do not think you will find higher-quality brushes.

Oh my gosh these brushes are amazing. Came right on time! I have been a self taught make up artist for over five years and will be taking classes soon. These brushes are just as good as the Mac, Sephora, and Morphe brushes I use. To be honest I never smelled anything chemical when I received my product. I have nothing to complain about. They are my new favorite brushes to use. They blend perfectly and make my make up look gorgeous! Amazing product! A Must-Buy for Anyone Who Wants/Needs a Brush Set!

I actually featured this on my blog because I was shocked at how well these brushes worked at such a good price. I am in love! The brushes are very soft, blendable, and I've had these for about three months, and all the times I've washed them, I have seen no shedding whatsoever. The brushes, like I said, are easy to blend, and can do any of the typical makeup routine, such as blending for eye/face makeup, setting powder, concealing, contouring, blush, etc. I definitely do not regret shelling out some $10 or so to spend on it, these brushes are durable enough to where you can use them on the daily. I would, keep in mind, that these brushes do take longer to dry after washing, a longer time than a usual brush, but it's understandable because the hairs are so packed, which is good for use. I highly recommend!

Great, Durable, and Impressive

Amazing brushes! I have gone through about thirty sets so far, and I couldn't find any that I liked. I wasn't expecting much for this price, but I have to say that I am impressed. All of the brushes were nice and soft. And when I cleaned them, not one bristle fell out for me, which I like. As for the comments about the smell, I did receive brushes with a strange smell, but the seller did have a note saying that they would have a distinct smell to them, which I think is nice that they take ownership to that. Regardless, the smell is basically chemically, so that just means they did a good job sterilizing them. Other than that, the brushes are great for everything. Plus my set had an extra small brush, a really thin one that I sometimes use for my eyeliner, but sometimes to fill in my brows. I take pride in my makeup, and these brushes take my contouring to a whole new level, and I get lots of more compliments at school. I love that they come in different colors too, I think I might get my friend a set for her birthday. I got mine in black and silver, I like the simplicity of it. I also was interested in the fact that the large brushes have thick handles, that makes it easier for me to apply my makeup, with a strong grip. Their sizes are outstanding, they are perfect for everyday use, and they are just the right size for traveling.

Cant beat it!

These are amazing! So soft Its unbelievable. This is a great buy! And you can't beat the price. It comes in a little plastic container. There's a little paper inside with the use of each brush explained. I'm just simply amazed ! They do however smell like paint when you first get them. And it does say to wash them before using them. I used the ecotools makeup brush shampoo. Ot worked great! The smell of paint is no longer on the brushes. Really great brushes!

Astonished by the quality of the product for such a low price!

I got my brushes today and I can thankfully say I am SUPER glad they don't smell. Maybe a tiny of smell a bit like paint but nothing else! The brushes are soft and high quality, about the same as ones I previously owned for almost 176 dollars! The bottom has what each brush is (carved into the wood!) and the tint on the brush color at the top makes it easy to clean because I don't have to worry about missing any makeup due to the color! Cleaning them was easy and they air dried overnight so I could use them in the morning. I don't understand why everyone is complaining that the small brushes all look alike, they all have distinctive shapes and sizes. And there's a note that comes with the bag saying what each is for. 6/5 STARS! THANKS SO MUCH I WILL DEFINATELY BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN SOON (probably not for a while because the brushes are so high quality)!!!!
