Holding up well

I got these and I'm very happy with them. They are very sharp and work well. The finger loops are big enough for average adult male fingers. I use them to trim some of my beard and my mustache about once a week. After a few months of use, they are holding up pretty well and still sharp. After some time I imagine they will start to get dull but for the price it is still a pretty good product. Might not be great for a professional, but for home use you can't go wrong.

not a professional stylist, but...

I have very long hair and have learned how to cut it myself since I just require basic maintenance and youtube is a great resource for tutorials, lol. bought these shears and have used them very successfully - they're super sharp and durable and my hair is happy. I like that I can adjust the 'tightness' of the bolt that keeps the two blades together (it comes with a key to do so). comfortable to hold although I only use them for half an hour or less at a time.

Love these- Hairstylist review

As a hairstylist, I decided to try these out for the price and not paying to constantly have my shears sharpened. I was blown away! These are my go to shears when I'm doing cuts! Very, very sharp! I get knicked a lot doing point cutting and these are sharp! I will be buying many more!

Excellent Scissors! (Bought to cut my kid's hair)

Bought these to cut my daughter's hair. I had been using cheap, crappy, dollar store scissors previously, and it was no longer cutting it - literally - I needed to get better scissors. These were priced great and they work EXCELLENTLY! They cut perfect and smooth and they feel good in my hands, comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with, is that it didn't come with a case. I read many reviews and looked at many other scissors prior to purchasing, and because so many of the reviews included pictures showing the scissors WITH a case, I thought that it came with it, but it does not. Not a biggie, but would have been nice, because they really do work well and are worth every penny.

No complaints!

I wanted a nice pair of hair cutting scissors was to trim the fur that grows out too long on my dog's paws and that's how I stumbled upon these. They're nice and sharp and get the job done quick (laying there while I trim his paw fur is not my pup's favorite past time, so I'm thankful for that!) and I like that they give a clean cut on the first snip. His bath and trim days are not the easiest but this makes at least one step pretty painless! Very pleased with these.

Pleasantly surprised and satisfied with these hair shears

Pleasantly surprised and satisfied with these hair shears. I was in desperate need of hair scissors to trim my natural curly/coily 4a/3c hair. My go to hair shears before were by the brand Goody and was purchased at Walmart. Those scissors worked fine at first but as time went on I started to notice more split ends than usual in my hair. Needless to say, that was an indication that I needed new hair shears and this one was the best if not the perfect replacement!

Nice, sharp scissors that look great

These are really nice scissors! We got them just for trimming hair here and there because our last pair (of a different brand) fell apart. They cut smoothly and are nice and sharp. I've seen a few reviews saying that they came with condensation in the packaging, but that's not what it is - they oil the blades and sometimes you can see a bit of that on the inside of the packaging. Mine came in perfect condition and have been working great.

Great for trimming medium-thickness hair

Bought these scissors to cut my own hair at home. I previously used regular scissors but found that my hair would get frayed very soon after a trim. These scissors are very sharp and cut my hair very easily (one segment at a time). At the time of this review, have not had any fraying/split ends (about 6 weeks since trimming). My hair is medium density and thickness. Not sure how these will hold up to much thicker hair, but probably would work as long as you divide into manageable segments. These scissors are an excellent value and have worked as expected for a simple, at-home trim.

DIY split end friendly

I have only had these for a week, but I love working with them. They can be tightened and loosened easily and they are extremely sharp. I bought them to keep up with split ends and small trims. I have been cutting my own hair and some of my friends' hair for about six years now. I am not a professional, but I knew my old sheers were no longer sharp enough to not inflict damage on my hair, and they were quite old. These are amazing for the price.

Really impressed!

I'd picked up some scissors here and there from the hair isle in stores, none of them worked the way these do! Really impressed with these, I use them for a wiggly dog and they are great, she doesn't even know I'm cutting her hair since they cut so easily. No pulling or fussing with getting the angle right to get a cut.
