Adorable little puppet! Love this Honey Bee--we made alterations for adult use.

First impressions: This is another adorable Folkmanis puppet. This honey bee is the smallest Folkmanis puppet I have purchased. He is light weight and well made. His fur is nice but not super soft. Packaging: He came well packaged, but his wings did get a bit smooshed and crinkled. I have had him out for several days and they have not gone back into place. I am hoping to use a flat iron and reset them. Glove: The glove that comes with this bee allows you to move not his mouth, but his legs. It is child size. I have a small adult size hand and the bottom half of my palm hung out of it. I simply purchased a formal set of black gloves for about $5 and had my local seamstress replace the glove. We took one finger off of the second glove and put it on the first one with a little cotton stuffed inside so the bee could still have all six legs. the gloves are a little shiny and I think I like it even better. It is really adorable.

Many giggles and laughs

My 3 year old got shivers at first with this puppet. But I wear it and say cute bumblebee rhymes and buzz around and randomly "get them" (my 3 year old and 7 month old). My 7 month old just giggles and giggles. My 3 year old now puts it on and plays as well!

Can be used right handed or left!

Adorable! Surprised my Granddaughter with it . She was thrilled!

fun puppet

Got this for my baby nephew for Christmas, and it passed the true test of a great toy/gift: he ignored his other gifts to play with it. It has 6 fingers holes so it works easily on a left or right hand.

The Best Hand Puppets!

Folkmanis has been my favorite hand puppet maker for years. These are not cheesy. There are so many animal options and they are the highest quality. Great gifts or education puppets. I like to pair the puppets with a book about the animal.

Great Honeybee puppet!

I got this as a surprise for my daughter after also purchasing the book, “The life and times of the Honeybee”. She loved it so much. I honestly didn’t think she would end up liking this new puppet that much, but was shocked that she ended up saying it will now be one of her favorite toys. She also has the baby Dutch bunny puppet and loves that bunny as well! I’m grateful I have introduced Folkmanis puppets to my daughter and myself! Would recommend especially if you have a bee book along with the honeybee puppet and want to use it for educational purposes. No matter what my daughter loves this bee and I’m really happy with this purchase I’m an adult maybe my hands are too small because I can fit this puppet on my hands it’s a little tight but I can still manipulate this puppet.

I have small to medium hands for a woman and the glove fits me perfectly. The glove is made of a stretchy material. There is an extra finger in the glove that is the 6th leg. This lets you use it on either hand nicely. It's my students' favorite puppet in music class. The wings will bend and open up a little and they are pretty sturdy.

Everyone loves it!

Beautiful bee. We love making the buzzing sound and we love watching it fly around... has captured multiple imaginations and ages. Just get it. Well constructed and fun for everyone!

Creepily Realistic

Not a huge fan of bees, and this makes me uncomfortable lol. I bought it for my daughter (12) who wanted to take it to school and annoy her friends with it, and she adores it. Exactly as described, so mission accomplished!
