Used this for postpartum purposes. These were wayyyyy more comfortable and leak proof than the big pad/mesh undie combo they give out at the hospital. I wore them for a few days at home as well. They fit just fine under my clothing and I never felt like I had on a diaper. I have recommended it to all my preggo friends!

I have stress incontinence and have been sick for 18 days! Coughing nonstop and peeing myself every time I cough, especially during a coughing spasm. Thank God I have my Always briefs! Soft, comfortable, hold a lot of urine! I can wear them with confidence and comfort. They fit perfect, nice and high in the front and back. I use the classic and couldn't be happier. I used Depends once and switched to Always, my go to product for days when I don't have stress incontinence and still have a leakage problem. Try them, I know you will love them! Great for long trips or stuck in traffic with no place to go. I have read that people wear them in rush hour traffic just for that reason alone! Buy them, you won't regret it!

I ordered these because after surgery, I couldn't make it to the bathroom easily. There is a scent but it's not offensive and if you leave the package open, the scent dissipates after a while. They're really comfortable and immediately absorbed wetness. Amazing! I wore them for the first time after drinking a lot of water and let's just say, they were able to handle my reenactment of Niagara Falls. I can definitely see myself using these for long trips, etc. in the future, even after recovery.

This is the most comfortable incontinence underwear ever, and I've tried a number of brands. Those other brands have scratchy elastic and ribbing around the legs; this brand has a soft elastic that also keeps the underwear in place at least as well as other brands and maybe better. The Classic Cut style fits at my actual waist and stays there without rolling or twisting (I've never liked low-rise underwear). I do wish this product also came with a moderate absorbency option, but these are okay, not overly bulky.

Way more comfortable than the hospital mesh panties. They are so thin too, but you don't worry about bleeding through at all. And it's nice to have a little coverage in the hospital since you don't get much. Also nice not to have to fuss around with putting giant pads on and worrying about them moving around. Highly recommend for a more comfortable recovery!

I have been battling incontinence for many years. Had bladder suspended, given a plastic insertable, tried the heaviest of pads, sometimes 2 at a time, and then I tried these - no more wet legs in my jeans. I was very hesitant to try anything that resembled anything close to a diaper, but got desperate and am so glad I got these briefs. I can manage with just one a day, but then I'm home all day. If I'm going out for any length of time, I insert a pad on top of these. They aren't the prettiest briefs, but when you're 78 that isn't as important as what they do. They're comfortable and they work! Discreet does sell a nicer looking product, but there aren't as many in the package - it's what's important to you. I highly recommend these briefs.

i got what i want :) i been use this for my every month my 1th day period at nighttime.so comfortable!

I buy these for my elderly parent who is wheelchair bound and can't get to the bathroom anymore. We've tried other brands like Depends or TENA but these are the best. They fit really well and they are more 'discreet'. They aren't bulky either. They are also very secure and there are never any 'accidents' with these like some of the other brands we've tried. No leaking etc.. We buy these in bulk now. Definitely the best incontinence underwear we've tried.

If your going to or might have a c-section BUY THESE!!!! They are even more comfortable than the mesh underwear they give you at the hospital. I bought theses and a couple pairs of reusable ones. Trust me when i say you will have no time or energy to continually wash the reusable ones. I have my husband and mother helping me after my c-section and there isn't enough time or energy between the 3 of us. These are amazing.

Okay listen, I am 29 years old. Never been pregnant, never gone through delivery or had any need for postpartum underwear. I have had, however, heavy periods for most of my life. As in, tampons won't help, and pads, while better than tampons (for me), eventually will shift or move and then I would leak over the edge causing a huge mess, especially when sleeping overnight or sitting in certain positions. When browsing in a local grocery store one night, I saw these. And a lightbulb went off. After years of dealing with messes and heavy periods, I was thrilled to come across an alternative. Realistically, I know there are other alternatives out there - cups, etc. But... They don't really appeal to me at this point. I bought a pack of these babies and never looked back. I feel no shame wearing these, and no embarrassment. These puppies make me feel super comfortable and protected, and I will happily use these moving forward, and its nice to know that one day if I do have children, I could use these for that purpose as well. Highly recommend, I love these and hope Always never stops making them.
