Great for small batch baking

Although this is a good pan for making stacked wedding like cakes, I bought it as a companion to my baking for two books. The pan is solid and well made, I like the high sides. It bakes evenly with no uneven or hot spots, and cleans up easily. A very good pan for the kitchen.

My new favorites

As an avid baker, I bought three of these for one particular recipe :) They have quickly become my favorites. I've used them a few times, they clean easily (I always wash my pans by hand) Will eventually buy additional sizes . Love the height of the cake using three tiers, 6" pans!

Fantastic Baking Pan

I love Fat Daddio's pans. They are sturdy, my cakes always turn out perfectly, and they are easy to clean. I purchased this pan to use in the regular oven and in the Instant Pot. I use a parchment round on the bottom of the pan and spray it with Baker's Joy. I use a brush to evenly spread the cooking spray in the pan. Great results every time.

great for instant pot

I ordered this for making Japanese cheese cake in the instant pot and it fits the 6-in-1 DUO perfectly. I spray it with oil spray before lining with parchment paper so that it does not stick. It also works well for pot-in-pot cooking when steaming sweet rice. Had it in the dishwasher a few times and, so far, no rust, or complaints. Shop around some, I have seen this item approx $3 cheaper in stores from the same brand and was quite frustrated with overpaying...

Nice and deep

Didn't think a whole cake mix would fit, but it does. Makes a nice thick round. Fits nicely in instapot.

The magic pan for my magic pot!

I’ve been waiting for what seems like FOREVER to get this pan!! I can now make Amy+Jacky’s Cheesecake #17, scalloped potatoes, and smaller versions of my favorite casseroles. It works beautifully, and fits right inside my Instant Pot. I really enjoy having the 7x4” pan size as opposed to the 7X3”, because I have so many options. I can also use it in my oven for fancy, decorative cakes as well as Instant PIP cooking (of course). I read a few reviews, where people had complained that their pans were made in China, and were displeased because there were some noticable differences, and the quality was inconsistent. Mine was stamped with the brand name “Fat Daddio’s” on the bottom, and was made in Indonesia. It is VERY high quality, had no seams or design flaws, and arrived on time, and exactly as described. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

No sticking, great cake pans

These Fat Daddio pans are great. I bought the 6”x3” rounds to make a 6- to 8-serving cake. Worked perfectly. No defects. Sprayed with Pam and used parchment paper in the bottom, no sticking. I previously had some 8” rounds- same brand- that I used for 6 years with no problems. I expect these will last just as long, and into the future.

I was very pleased with all tve Fat Daddio products I ordered but yhe 2 round cake pans were so stuck together that my husband had to take them into his workshop and hammer them apart. I had tried everything—hot water around the bottom ice water in the top

Great product

Fat Daddio's is the best company for baking supplies! This cake pan is incredibly sturdy and is nice and tall so I can get a very high cake just from one pan. I would recommend hand-washing all Fat Daddio's pans.

It works well.

I love this little pan. I got it to use in my instant pot. I sprayed it with cooking spray,added 8 eggs out of shell, a cup of water in the bottom of the insert, the trivet than the pan on top. Pressure cook 15 minutes 10 minutes natural release. Perfect eggs for egg salad
