I have a PSP 2000 and it fits perfectly. The case is good for casual travel use. As long as you aren't traveling in a war zone where bullets are flying at you, I feel that this product will protect your device. I do wish the product came with pockets for umds, but that's fine. Fits a PSP 3000 perfectly. I thought the quality on this was excellent. I’m not sure some people have left negative reviews. This case has one job and that is protection and it does it well. As far as the metal trim ring, mine looks fine and it adds a nice touch to show that it’s a PSP case.
