The Timer was purchased for guest bathroom exhaust fan. Since room is normally only used by our guests, there have been times where the fan was ultimately left on for 2 or 3 days ... where, 10 minutes would have been sufficient. Installing the timer was relatively easy for anyone with minimal electrical knowledge. It is important to note, that the fan requires the neutral white wire to be connected as well as the ground (bare) wire and the "hot" black wire "in" and "out" ... 4 total. Be sure you have the neutral wire in the box before installing. Only negative is the size of the unit .... i.e., space needed in the box. I was able to get it in, but it is a bit crowded. Highly recommend

I bought and used this particular product over 10 years in my last home and it worked perfectly the whole time. I just bought another 4 for my new home. So far so good. I find it very convenient and useful. It is a bit bulky at the back, but if you tuck all the in-wall wires to the back prior to installing the unit, it will fit just fine. No problems installing at all. I did get one that was DOA, but the new one worked with no issues at all.

Old one lasted 16 years in a busy house

Wired in just like the original. Has a bit longer runtime but I knew it had 1hr feature

A very nice restroom timer. Allows the fan run 10-60 minutes longer interval after doing my thing to air out the room

Prevent mold

I have these installed in every bathroom in my house for 15 years and just installed two in my cabin. A must have to eliminate moisture during and after a shower. Just set it, take your shower, and walk out letting it run for another 20min. Just remember, this model requires a neutral in the box. Check your wiring before you order.

Absolutely great product that will last you a long time

I have used several of these timers to control bathroom vent fans since 2007 - none of them has ever failed in any location till date. Just got 2 more to put into new locations. Absolutely great product that will last you a long time.
