The single cup reusable K Cup is highly cost effective. A lbs of coffee ~$6 (Dunkin') will produce 50-75 cups so 10 cents a cup. With Dunkin donuts K Cups running ~80 cents (price from Amazon). It does not take long to pay off these. (20 cups of cofee). I like getting the paper filters, but with this model they are not as required. I have several variants of these (different colors for different flavors of coffee). I make them up once a week (10 for me, 5 for my girlfriend). This particular style cleans up easy. Works well and the bottom shape means that you can just drop it in. Of the 3 brands of reusable K Cups we own, this is the best.

I am SO happy I purchased these pods! Their quality is excellent, the delivery was very satisfactory. I am thankful that I have saved a LOT of money on not purchasing disposable pods, and the amount of excellent ground coffee I can enjoy with these pods, but I am MOST content that we are not contributing to the vast amount of plastic pods produced each day that have, and will, end up in landfills and our oceans. I used disposable pods previously that were recyclable, but even then was uncomfortable, knowing that I was wasting the power that would be used to put them through the recycling process. Now, I know that I am not adding to the plastic, permanent litter in our world caused by disposable coffee pods.

Firstly, it does add time to my morning routine as I have to clean it out, it add about 30 seconds. It's really not that bad. I just bang it inside my trash can a few times to empty out yesterdays grains then run it under the sink for about 10 seconds to finish. Maybe once a week, usually less, I wash it out with soap and that takes a few minutes. I don't think it needs more than that, depends on the person I guess. My grandmother doesn't let grains sit for a day, but she spends 1/4 of her life scrubbing everything spotless. Anyways, barely adds time, I would say this should barely be a consideration, it does not take much more time, not as much as making coffee in a traditional machine. Secondly and most importantly, cuts coffee costs in half, completely. I can fill one of these guys up 30 times with a bag of nice coffee that costs roughly the same as 12 pre packaged k-kups. I've only had these 2 months but I've already made up for the cost and I'm still using my first one of the four pack. Honestly one of these cups for $10 would be worth it. bring me onto my third thing. Thirdly, very durable so far. I've been using one of these for 2 months now, the other 3 are just sitting in a drawer waiting to be used, but I could probably give them away, the first one is not showing any signs of wear. The only thing that could possibly break is the little hinge on the cap, but it seems to be holding up well. I've done 3 cycles in the dishwasher. Also, the coffee is significantly better. Very significantly, I almost forgot all the options of coffee there are because I've been rotating between 3 different types of k-cups, but these open up all the options, and its better. However, this is where it can be a knock for some people. Preground coffee has little micrograins that will sneak through the metal mesh of these cups and they can dirty up the machine a little bit (I've had to clean my machine 2x more than I did before these cups) since these aren't paper filters. I feel like these micrograins add to the coffee experience, but these leave a little brown gunk at the bottom of the cup which isn't exactly pleasant to drink. I'm no coffee snob so I don't know what these are called of if they are good or bad, but I like the coffee through these cups better than the traditional k-cups with a paper filter. Finally, the lack of plastic waste is awesome. It just is, it's nice. I was going through a box of k-cups a week and now the only waste I have is a coffee bag every 2 weeks. It's great.

These work PERFECTLY in a Keurig coffee maker and they are much easier to use than the k-cup holder that requires you to take the widget out of the coffeemaker first. These are used just like a k-cup--fill and use, then rinse. They've held up well. It comes with 4 so you can have them at work, at home, for camping and a spare. I recommend this product highly if you want to grind your own coffee but like the convenience of a Keurig or Keurig-type coffee maker. Easy clean-up.

This Item works very well and is far more economical than buying K-cup coffee For optimum use, grind your own coffee beans. A lot of reviews state that they found the coffee weaker and a lot say it was stronger. I'm going to hazard a guess that it was due to the grind of the beans. I use a burr type grinder set near the finest grind of the machine. If you are using a spin type grinder... get a burr type grinder and keep the spin type for grinding spices. If you are just using purchased "ground" coffee , you are probably using a grind suitable to a drip coffee maker or maybe even a percolator. You are not using a grind that is in the purchased K cups... have a look at the grind. Also, these filter units do not build up the pressure as do the purchased coffee K cups, so you need to work that into the equation. If your Keurig has a "strong brew" option, use that. I'm happy with the units and they will work great for me.

Had a very similar one for a couple of years that starting showing wear and leaking grounds. The price for this 4 pack is nearly the same as what I paid a couple of years ago for just one. Love them. I am a strong coffee guy and only drink Bold roasted coffee beans. I attached pics of where I fill the cup and what the cup looks like after brewing. Be sure not to overfill or else screens will eventually become damaged and you won't be able to completely close cap (be sure it snaps) and thus get grounds in your coffee. I have a Keurig K55 and drink only the small setting because I like it strong. Grinding your own is so much better because you get that oil of the bean and the aroma is amazing.

I'd been looking for a replacement for my ole Ekobrew Steel Elite coffee filter I bought back in early 2016. I tried the several steel options on offer but none of them were the same as the old Steel Elite. Even Ekobrew didn't carry it anymore. I was going to buy filter after filter until I found one that didn't leak clear water all around my cup and also didn't dump a bunch of grounds into my up either. THESE ARE THAT FILTER! They don't leak water around my cup, they keep the grounds where they're supposed to be, and I've got SIX of them! I can fill them almost right up to the brim and they don't leak nor dump grounds in my cup. Perfect!

I was a bit worried when I purchased these. Judging from some of the reviews I was scared they'd overflow or leave grounds in the cup. But I ordered them anyway because they were the highest rated at the best price. To my surprise, these are EXCELLENT quality and I have had no issues with overflowing or grounds with my K 40. I couldn't recommend these enough. Not only are they financially a better option, but they're better for the environment than disposable k cups. These cups are the best thing I've ever purchased on Amazon. I'm NEVER buying disposable k cups EVER AGAIN!

These are the best I have tried so far. I've purchased three other types and either they are messy to load the coffee or the coffee sticks to the bottom making it a pain to clean. Placing the coffee in these results in no spilled coffee and no grinds in the coffee. When finished brewing a quick tap and grinds are gone. Then a quick rinse and good to go. I do handwash after a few uses due to the oils in coffee. There is some sediment at times at the very bottom of your cup, but it's minimal and not an issue for us. You could easily use a paper filter in them if you wanted to. Fits great in our keurig mini.

Ok so I have used many different cups like this over the years of owning a Keurig. This one by far takes gold. One warning, dont put tea in this one as it filters quickly. All of the others that I have used in the past I could not put my favorite Gevalia french roast as it just backed up and would not filter. This one works very well and is super easy to clean. As I just purchased them and I have not had them very long I cannot attest to the longevity of the product, but it works very well with a fine and coarse ground coffee! I will be purchasing more when they wear out!
