great pan

We use this on a regular basis. Works as well as a gas grill for making those nice grill marks and caramelizing hot dogs. My husband would rather use this than the gas grill when it's hot. It cleans easily and does a great job. We've used it for hot dogs, burgers and chicken so far and all have worked great.

Own two and love them both!

We had one of these in our mountain cabin and loved it so ordered a second one for our home. The first one we bought is now 10 years old and is as great as it was the day we bought it. The second one has been used multiple times and is just as great. They have both always been hand washed and are so easy to clean. They are both used on gas stoves and heat really well everything from strips of bacon to stuffed peppers and every kind of meat. Love them both!

I love that this pan can go from stovetop straight to the oven. Get your grillmarks on your meat or fish or vegetables and then finish roasting in the oven. It can withstand high temperatures,does not warp and clean-up is a breeze. Would definitely recommend this pan

Great pan! Use it everyday and it still looks brand new. We have owned it for about 6 months now, too. Update: 1.5 years later - STILL absolutely love this pan! We take it on vacation in case there is not a decent grill pan where we go. Honestly, we use this pan at least once a day and is the best. Loving the Calphalon pans more and more. Quality, long lasting products! It is all I buy now when I need a new pan.

Life saver!

I didnt want to spend the amount of money for a big grill when I usually am only grilling for myself and on a day to day basis. I dont like left overs, so this is so much easier and more convenient to use. This thing works great and i have a glass top stove. It heats evenly and hasn't warped yet (hopefully it never does). Leaves great grill Marks on my chicken and nothing sticks to it. And cleaning it is just as easy. Best 50 dollars I've ever spent.

Easy clean-up and food tastes great.

I love this grill pan. Originally, I was going to buy a grill appliance and changed my mind because of the storage and the clean-up. This grill pan is awesome! My grilled chicken and hamburger sliders came perfect. The clean-up was easy. First I wipe out the grease with a paper towel and then I wash it with soap and water. Also, it is easy to store with your other fry pans.

Just Perfect!

Excellent product! Works perfectly for grilling indoors and making tortillas! I bought this for my daughter. So happy with it I purchased a second one for me.

Great non-stick skillet

We love this skillet and especially for steaks and pork chops! The non-stick surface works really well. I usually put a thin layer of olive oil down before frying meat, but this surface causes the oil to bead up and run off! After cooking it is easy to get most everything off just with fingers, and then finish it off with a soft plastic brush. The price was really good. We will be buying more cookware in this product line.
