Great absorbency!

I have to be completely honest, I suffer from incontinence. It's an embarrassing issue and can be even more embarrassing when you have an accident and you can't depend on what you're wearing to deal with it. I absolutely love these pads - they absorb very quickly and can absorb quite a bit of liquid. They managed to keep me completely dry when I had a coughing fit with a full bladder, and that right there is the ultimate test for any incontinence product and I knew I had a winner. I will continue to use these and I am glad that they are discreet and small.

These are amazing - after 4 kids

These are amazing - after 4 kids, when I sneeze or laugh to hard .... you know. I was able to get away with panti-liners for a long time. These are much, much better, plus odor preventing - which is very important. They look exactly like period liners ... but they do a much better job.

A must for bladder leakage or keeping fresh

I Always have these stocked up. After 3 babies I do have leaking problems if I cough or sneeze and these absorb a lot. They also help keep me dry and fresh throughout the day so I recommend these for any age. Also It's much cheaper buying them with subscribe and save. I hope they never stop carrying them.

Better than poise for light incontinence

I have had 4 kids and no amount of kegals seems to stop a sneeze or cough from me leaking a bit. These are like not even there and I feel fresh the while day.

Love that they do the job!!

This may seem weird to some but I used these as panty liners. I don't suffer from incontinence (not yet anyway :-/). Not to be gross but I have above average discharge. My gyn says this is normal for some women. The average liners just don't work. But these are great!! They're very absorbent but thin at the same time. So it doesn't feel like your wearing a sanitary napkin. I've been purchasing for some months now and I will continue to purchase.

I am a Poise girl of 15 years now after the birth of my child. In my search for Poise on Amazon it showed an extremely less expensive Always, I gave it a try and I’m so happy I did! When the discreet package arrived I opened it and instantly regretted buying them. The pad is so thin and I could easily roll an unopened one in my hand, with my previous brand they are a lot firmer and not as thin. I had no choice but to wear this very thin pad. I went through my day laughing and sneezing and didn’t smell the old pee smell that my previous brand gives me. At the end of my work day I didn’t feel it bunch up and move like my previous brand. I then had the mother of all sneezes, you know the ones, the “I’m going to pee through my pad and through my underwear and through my pants” kind of sneeze! I went to the bathroom and was completely and utterly shocked that not one drop leaked out, the pad was still in place! I could see it caught the full day of laughing and sneezing and also caught the mother of all sneezes! My previous pad would have come undone from the adhesive and been floating around in my soaked underwear by now! When I removed it, it was heavy, I could not roll it up because it was so full and I didn’t want to risk a rupture, I wrapped it and discarded it and placed a new one. I laughed at the thought that I had regretted the purchase before trying them out, thinking they would be too flimsy and wouldn’t hold a work day with only two bathroom breaks. I was so wrong to judge them by appearance! I now know that the flimsy feel of the pad contours to my body as opposed to my previous brand which is firm. And the thinness of the pad has super powers to soak up and retain all my laugh leaks and sneeze bursts! I should also let you all know that I need a long liner and these are regular length. I am still amazed that I was able to use a regular length and not have one leak! My previous brand of long length I suffered many leaks and had the smelly pad floating around in my underwear after a large sneeze. One time the pad fell out onto the bathroom floor when I pulled my pants down, I was mortified and thought all pads did that. But not these, these stay in place and hold so much liquid, and without the pee smell!!! I will look for Always long length to purchase next time, but if I don’t find the long length I will buy these regular length again because I am confident they work and will not give me any embarrassing leaks! As for the scent of the liner, I didn’t notice any scent when I opened it, I can’t use scented liners because I always have a reaction to them. These were not scented in anything overly powerful, but they did prevent the notorious stale pee smell that my other liners would give off. I would not call them scented, I would say they neutralize any undesirable smell. I highly recommend these! I can finally laugh really hard and laugh long with my husband and friends and I am no longer excusing myself from the room to go to the bathroom to change my pee pad during parties, they have given me back my life, thank you!!!

The best for me

This is my favorite liner for leakage. I like how thin the liner is, how long it is, and best of all, how it controls odor so that it is practically non existent. It is comfortable to use. The wrapper is designed in a way that I can roll up a used liner on itself and then roll it in the wrapper of the fresh liner for disposal; and there is enough stick on the end tape to keep the roll in place.

Always Discreet, Incontinence liners very light

Always Discreet incontinence liners very light are the perfect thing to use for my 🐕 who is older and I have to nurse along with little waterproof soft rubbers pants😇. I tried another brand that was rated the same very light but the difference was night and day. These are FAR superior. When you love your pets you love your pets... The other brand was a P*ise. Not even close, well I guess if you wanted a regular liner the P*use is for you. If you want something more substantial..... Always is what I use for her. Learned that the hard way!

Great pantyliners

Great package size. The liners are nice and long and very absorbent. They stick really well to your undies.

Good product, good price

Arrived in a discreet box, thankfully! More adhesive than Poise...good price, too. Something us 'mature' women need.sad to say, great to be able to have these delivered. Never did see this brand in the store, glad Amazon has them!
