This unit has done a very good job of cleaning pavers, the deck, siding, white stuff off brick, concrete, black gunk off patio cushions and furniture. It is an outstanding performer. I have not used the detergent bottles. It is worth the extra few bucks to get the hose reel...easier to stow. Get it---you'll like it.

The Deal of the Year

I had not tried out the Sun Joe 2030 PSI since I had purchased it until yesterday. Fearing disappointment I was very Skeptica of it's reviews and how good it was for the price. May I say all doubts went out the window as this baby did all it said it would do. No oh ohs just worked like a charm, using or testing out all of hf the nozzles, no leaks, no surprises just perfect. They thought of everything, long and I mean long extensiion cord keeeping it a very safe distance from making contact with water and with a built in reset button connecting to the recepticle. The pressure hose is quality made, the wand turns instantly on and off the water no dribbles, I mean OFF. I highly recommend this product to have around the house for whatever your needs may be. As a final test I washed my car with it and just to let you know I never take my car to the car wash, I only would hand wash it, but now I have my own car wash using wate the soft water filter that is instsalled in my home and man oh man it cleaned it perfectly. The price $159.95, the product, free shipping and don't forget to purchase the additional ins for added protection on your unit, it's worth it.

Excellent Customer Service

First of all, it's a great little pressure washer for small to medium tasks. I purchased this primarily to wash our cars with and it works fantastic. The hose is a little short but it is simple to attach an extension hose when using it. The most amazing part was their customer service. When I received it I quickly unboxed it and tossed the box away before I fully inspected the unit. A few days later I went to use it and noticed the sides of the hose reel were broken off. There was no shipping damage to the box and I do not remember seeing the broken parts inside the box. At first I was just going to let it go but one side had a cracked piece that kept hanging up when I retracted the hose. After registering it on the mfg web site, I called them and asked if they could just send a replacement hose reel. They said they would have to replace the whole unit. When I told them that I had tossed the box they said it was no problem and they would send me a replacement unit with a return label and just put the broken one in the new box. They never asked for a CC to secure the return of the damaged unit or anything. Two days later Fed Ex delivered my replacement and it was perfect. You can't ask for better customer service than that.

Need a Pressure Washer...Sun Joe's the only way to go.

I love this unit. This is the first pressure washer I have ever owned but I have used many belonging to friends and relatives before. I started to buy one from one of the TV shopping channels but thought to myself, let me check out the internet for the reliability. That unit was rated OK, but the more I researched online, the more impressed I became with the Sun Joe SPX3001. It consistently came out on top, and in most cases, it was also considered a best buy. This unit had better reliability ratings, higher pressures, a longer electrical cord, and a hose reel for only $25 more than what the TV unit was selling for. The one thing that was mentioned in my research, and was also one of the main selling points for me was the fact that when you release the trigger, the unit's pump motor SHUTS OFF. This will save your pump motor from the continuous pressure build-up within the unit because the pump motor is constantly running, (not to mention saving electricity as well). The only thing I could have asked for would have been for Sun Joe to put a foot on the right side base opposite the wand holder cup. It would provide a little more stability, particularly to step on when rolling up the hose. I will probably fashion something to take care of that myself, but that's a small price to pay for such a great unit. Thanks Amazon! Great Unit! Great Price, and as always, Super Fast Delivery!

Better than expected!

Excellent machine! So far, I have used it to pressure wash the outside of the house, the driveway, and the sidewalk. We're too busy traveling the world so the property had not been pressure washed in eight years! I finished all three stories in one day. The solution tank was perfect! I pre-soaked each section of the house with Dawn dish washing detergent. Then proceeded to pressure wash, changing nozzles as needed. You will need to change nozzles depending on the grime that you encounter. The nozzles easily snap on and off and are small enough to allow you to keep all of them in your pockets so that you can change them without having to get off the ladder. This machine is powerful enough that I stood on a ladder, no higher than 7 feet, and I was able to clean the 3rd floor. For the driveway and sidewalk, I attached a circular washer. It worked like a charm! Although, considering that the sidewalk had not been pressure cleaned in eight years, the circular washer could only do so much. I used the the 15 degree nozzle to remove what the circular washer could not. In total, I finished my driveway, my side walk, and my neighbor's sidewalk in less than 4 hours. It was a weekend project made easy by the Sun Joe! No need for gasoline, or all the noise and fumes that gasoline powered pressure washers generate. There's no need to generate all that pollution when this machine is perfectly capable of getting the job done.

This product did everything as promised. I had used a relative's power cleaner the siding on my vacation mobile home. There was no setting and the pressure was to much and it scored the aluminum siding. With this product, you have all of the separate tips to regulate the pressure of the spray. The tip for aluminum siding worked very well on the siding for my home. I followed the directions and bought a bottle of a good qualtity siding cleaner and followed the instructions to use the soap tip for the cleaner and allow it to soak in before I sprayed it off. It was truly a great experience. I put on the tip for aluminum siding to rinse it and held the spray nozzle very close to the siding and all of the algae was removed and my siding looked like new (at 18 years old!). I would definitely recommend this product which is so reasonably priced for a power washer.

Makes Cleaning Fun

This may be one of best purchases this year. I wash everyrthing with it. Cars, driveway, patio, deck, pool and more. Washing cars using a foam canon is great, elimiates a lot of dirt that can easily scratch your clear coat finish. The high pressure removes bugs and other road debris with minimal effort. It cleans tires and wheel wells really well. Stains on my driveway are easliy removed. The patio and pool deck stains are easliy removed. Its is almost therputic as you get insant gratification using the washer. Pros: EZ setup, I was using it withing 20 minutes of unboxing. Great selection of accesories included. Cleaning is fun. This thing works very well. No gas or oil to worry with. Inside storage with no fuel fumes. Lightweight and compact. Cons: Hose too short. Purchase the 25 feet extension, it will make using this equipment much easier. Hose winder handle may not hold up very long, lots of stress to roll up hose. The hose roller requies more muscle than expected to roll up the hose making it less than desirable to roll up and store properly. Taking off the wand makes a huge difference when attempting to roll it up. The wheels don't roll as easy as they should when moving about. The handle is a bit short for tall folks to move the wash around. Foam canons work really well.
