So I’ve got a baby that has recently become a crazy drooler. She was chewing on our carrier non stop making it wet and leaving these lovely white stains behind over time. I almost didn’t buy this because I wanted something that was a cuter pattern, but then realized that: 1. The other versions are usually separate bibs and pads for the base and straps, so the corners (which are prime chewing locations) aren’t quite protected 2. The “cute” ones that I liked ended up being way more expensive than this one (I was looking on Etsy, not the cheaper Amazon ones) 3. Buying the type actually made for the carrier is probably the best way to go both for functionality and safety. So ultimately this is perfect! I would highly recommend the product, and am just crossing my fingers that maybe ergo will make some cuter colors and patterns in the future.

Smart solution to save your carrier from frequent washes

These cost a few more dollars than non-organic - but I think it's worth it for the peace of mind. Once our little one was out of his infant insert, he had direct access to the Ergo's straps and found them quite irresistible. After washing the Ergo once (and accidentally leaving a diaper in the pocket - thankfully it wasn't dirty!), it faded a bit an made me hesitant to wash it frequently and wear it out. These are a brilliant solution - offering an organic chewing surface for the little one while saving the entire carrier from being subjected to the washing machine every week. Their utility is otherwise obvious, if your little one is chewing on the straps of your Ergo or similar carrier, this is a perfect product for you. The workmanship is solid and I have no doubt they'll hold up well.

Decent for Teething

This product does work well for teething, but it was soaked by the time we were down with a 15 minute walk. I guess my guy drools a lot, but I was hoping for it to be a little more absorbent. It did prevent the carrier from getting too wet, so it technically did the job it was intended for.

Really great for teething

Really really love these. I don't know about anyone else but when facing me my son would either lick me to death or when looking sideways just bit all over the strap so I spent a bit of time researching the best teething pads and I'm glad I went with these.These super soft & have only gotten more soft with washing. They come very clean and don't stain easily (we just started solids so my son drools sweet potato all over :) I have the 360 and it fits it very nicely, the buttons are easy for an adult to snap/unsnap but wont come off if my sons pulling it which I really like that he wont be able to pull them off himself. Definitely a necessary addition to purchasing any ergo carrier.

A Must if you have a drooler!

There are a lot of cute options on Etsy, but I like the Ergo one best. It is the only one that's one piece, instead of two strap covers and a front cover. This works best because my baby tends to chew on the corners, where the other (Etsy) ones don't completely cover. This thing has saved me from having to wash my Ergo about 12 times already!

I loved the ergobaby carrier but found he was constantly chewing ...

My teething baby loves to chew everything and anything that comes near his mouth, and drools constantly. I loved the ergobaby carrier but found he was constantly chewing on the side straps. These teething pads are easy to snap on/off and are much easier to machine wash vs. the entire carrier. The fact that it is made of organic cotton gives me greater piece of mind, and have found they have held up well after multiple washes. Would highly recommend!

Must have for teething babies!

This is a must if you have the ergobaby and wear your baby forward facing! My little guy is teething pretty bad and loves to knaw on anything in sight. As a result the front panel of the ergobaby would get soaked in spit and I would have to wash the whole thing. With this genius little piece of fabric, he can suckle away and I just remove it and wash it with his clothes. My only wish would be to have cuter designs, but I guess someone on Etsy might make that!!

Great for my baby face

This is great to keep your baby face protected from the synthetic material of the carrier. The material was producing him rash from contact.

Great product, highly recommend to protect your carrier and avoid washing the whole carrier, especially when baby is outfacing

Worked great to protect the straps and front/top edge of our ergo 360 with a teething baby. I really appreciate that I can just take this off and wash it versus having to wash the whole carrier.

Love that it's organic

Just what our ergo carrier needed to not get gnawed in half (smile). Well made. Love that it's organic. Snaps are easy to fasten. I only need one on one side because that's what she favors (the right side)...so I just wash and trade them out when needed.
