I love this. Way better than what I expected. My son’s grandparents said their house was starting to look like a daycare with toys all over the place, haha. Bought them one. They love it! Says it looks great in the family room. I have two at my house side by side. VERY easy to put together.

Great storage the price!

I love this product! It's a particle board pre-fab piece of kids furniture, so it's not winning any awards for beauty or craftsmanship, but it does it's job well! It's very easy to assemble, has lots of kid-accessible storage space, and has a relatively small footprint. If you are looking for some sturdy storage for a kid's room or playroom that won't break the bank or make you cry when they paint on it, buy this. Side note: this really needs to be up against a wall, for safety. Otherwise you risk it tipping fairly easily, especially on carpet. If you need something to divide a room, they make a similar product without the shelving on top, so it's just the bins on the bottom and has a much lower center of gravity. I have a few of those, too, and they are also great.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about

Not sure what everyone is complaining about on this! Mine arrived in perfect condition although I could see how it might possibly arrive damaged since it is not in the most durable cardboard box. But the main complaint I read was that the screw holes didn’t line up.... I put mine together in less than 30 minutes and all the holes lined up perfectly... I could see how you might make a mistake and put it together wrong since the directions aren’t in depth. But putting it together was common sense. And I would say if your holes didn’t line up, you didn’t put it together right. Only complaint is that the stickers to cover the screw holes don’t match the gray at all. But, other than that, this is a good quality piece of furniture. Heavy and looks really nice! I love it. Maybe the price is slightly steep, but I couldn’t find anything like it. Overall I’m very happy with it!

Easy to assemble, good quality.

I hesitated to buy this due to reviews about poor quality and/or a strong odor. I decided to give it a shot. Glad I did! We have neither issue. Was super easy to put together and it’s exactly as advertised. Meets our needs perfectly, and looks nice with other furniture. The little stickers they give to cover up the screws aren’t an exact color match, but that’s not a big deal.

Easy to assemble

This was the easiest piece of furniture I have ever put together. The instructions were very clear and there weren’t 100 different screws that had you wondering! I’m so happy with how it turned out. The price was a little high seeing that it is particle board, but we are very happy with the final product.

Beautiful and easy to assemble

Took about 20 min to assemble (and that's probably longer than it should have taken because I am 39 weeks pregnant) the instructions were easy to read, basic hardware. You only need a Phillips head screwdriver to assemble. Very sturdy once assembled and looks great. They have stickers to cover external screws so I'm sure they will peel off with time but for the price paid it's a great addition to any child's room for easy storage and organization. Edited 06/05/2018 Three years later after 1 move and a very active toddler and still going strong! There are visible scratches but hardly noticeable unless you are right on top of it. Some of the stickers that cover the screws did peel off like I expected. Overall this is certainly worth the price paid. I would recommend getting a basket or cubby container for the bottom areas bc the front panel has a small gap at the bottom which allows toys to get stuck and with continually pulling toys out of that I can see the front panel cracking. But using these baskets prevents any toys from falling into that tiny gap.

Exactly as described

Item is exactly as described. Color is the same as pictured and the shelves are deep enough for large square books that often don't fit on standard bookshelves. Can be put together with one person but an extra set of hands makes the job easier. Took about 30 minutes to assemble with one person. Should be wiped down (per directions) to help get rid of off gassing smell. One piece came damaged and was obvious it had happened during transit. Easy to get a replacement piece and was delivered in just a few days. Badger was easy to work with... No complaints about customer service, product value or functionality.

Love it

Easy to put together, my daughter loves it. I got it in white and I'm going to paint pictures on it eventually. Had a weird factory smell at first but I let it air out in the sunshine outside for an afternoon and it was fine. All the pieces fit together properly and it comes in really secure packaging, so it wasn't damaged at all in the mail.

Great value for the money

This is a great toy shelf for the money. I bought it to contain my grandson’s toys and help keep them organized. I assembled it myself, it was easy. I did it in about 45 minutes. I didn’t need any special tools other than a Phillips screwdriver. All of the pieces were intact/not broken.
