Simply Fantastic Value for the Money

When we got our new dog, I new we were going to need to pick up her waste. Unfortunately where I live, we don't get plastic bags when we go grocery shopping. It's either paper, or reusable bags. At the grocery store a dog bag dispenser and 90 bags ranged anywhere from $10-$15, OUTRAGEOUS if you ask me. So of course I though to go to amazon. I stumbled on this amazing value. I have already gone through a roll of these bags, and have not had any issue with not being able to find the tear off, I have also not had any issues with the bags leaking. On occasion we do however double bag, because my Fiance, does not like to pick the poop up. She also cannot stand the site of seeing it through the bag. I think that would be my only complaint. These bags are very much see through, but who cares! It really doesn't bother me, but it may bother some. I cannot express how great the value is for the money. With the amount of bags we received, and if we use one bag a day it would last over two years! $7 Dollars a year you really can beat that.

I go through a lot of poop bags between walking, hiking, and backpacking with my dog. In dry areas we go through a few more. No, it’s not glamorous picking up poop - human or dog- and carrying it for miles, and days, until you get back to civilization. It’s less so when the bag breaks on you. Thankfully, although thin, these have not. I have had a stick punch through one, but I feel that would have happened to any. Very pleased with this purchase and I always travel with a roll.

I read all the reviews and I absolutely love these bags they look them but they are very strong and I have a 44 lb dog and I'm able to tie up the end and it's just fabulous and a great price and you can choose your color which I have pink because I have a girl dog! I got the 220 bags but I will be reordering and also the little bone that comes with it has lasted and I wasn't expecting it to and it comes with a plastic hanger that will hang on the end of any leash! I love these bags and I'm so glad that I read the reviews on them!

Great bags for the cats and the dog

These bags are great for what we need with them. We use these for not only the dog, but also for the cats and cat litter scooping. I order the rainbow colors with paw prints, 500 bag count, and they last us a good while - several months. We have 4 pets (1 dog and 3 cats) and these are used daily, several times a day for 4 litter boxes + our 50 lb doggie boy. Better price than the supermarkets/pet stores, and it holds up in terms of quality. Never had a rip or tear and frankly, the colors and pawprints add a nice variety and a bit of "fun" to a necessary and dreary chore. This is my 3rd order and it came quicker than expected. Seller sent it right out and they arrived on time. I don't need the bone dispenser that comes with each order so if there is a way to ask it not to be included, I don't have to waste/throw it out. They come in a big bag so not a lot of packaging waste as well. Very efficient. Maybe the rainbow colors can have a bit more variety to them, such as adding the purple instead of the black, but it can't hurt to ask. Great product, price and great service/seller. Very pleased and will continue to order this product from this seller.

Holds Poop

What can I say? It's a poop bag. Actually 700 poop bags. How do I know there are really 700 poop bags? I don't. But it's been almost a month and I've barely put a dent in my new poop bag stash. So far I've used a blue roll and a purple roll and a pink roll. I think my dog likes it when I tie the purple and pink poop bags to her leash like bracelet charms. She likes to sniff them and most of the stuff she sniffs she seems to like. The nice thing about having so many is it's okay to use them on really small poops. I used to hate wasting a whole poop bag on a tiny poop. I often considered hanging on to it until I could fill it with something more "substantial." I never actual did that though. I'm very frugal, but not that frugal. Now however I don't feel guilty wasting a pretty pink poop bag on a tiny poop because I figure "well hey that's only 1/700th of $12 or whatever. My puppy has grown much larger in the last few weeks so I rarely have the "bag wasted on a small poop" guilt anymore. These bags work really well for large long poops too. Occasionally my pup will leave a squishy pile. It is hard to pick up a squishy pile in any bag. I recommend, if the poop was pooped in the back yard, to mark it with a stake and wait for it to firm up a bit then go pick it up. Trying to collect it fresh often makes the job more difficult and creates a smeary stinky mess in the grass. If your in the park or someone else's yard then smear away. Whatever, it's not my grass. Also these bags are durable! It may not seem so because they are somewhat shear (I can see my hand through the plastic) but are tough enough in the cold months of Jan-Feb to pick up frozen poopcicles without puncturing. The bag says biodegradable, but I can't confirm this since I just throw them in the trash. By the way - don't be fooled by the +FREE Bone Dispenser. It doesn't dispense bones. Totally false advertising.

Much Better Than Brand X

We had been using bags purchased at another store...hint...they cost a dollar! At first, those bags were okay, but after a while the quality got worse. Soon, with every roll it was getting harder and harder to find where the bags separated from the roll. We ended up tearing the bags and then actually opening the bags was sometimes an adventure! And to make things worse, a lot of the brand X bags were open at both ends! It got to the point where I just went and ordered these bags from Amazon (my wife did not want to switch brands). Well, we are on our second roll and both of us are very happy with the results. Every bag separates easily and opens up. We have not found a bag that is open on both ends and they are very sturdy. I'm glad I took the leap of faith and bought these bags. The difference in price is well worth it.

Exceeds Expectations

These bags, as simple as the concept sounds, exceeded our expectations. We have purchased "in-pet-store" bags that were much less quality than these bags. Obviously not a favorite subject to discuss but an important element in subdivision living, these bags are larger than expected and take care of what our 85 pound pit-bull mix leaves behind. They are easy to separate and easier to open than other brands we have tried. We have learned to be more prepared and carry a half dozen pre-separated and pre-opened bags in our pocket, with the dispenser as a backup. This has ensured we can pick up what we need and get back to the walk faster. Great quality bags. Will be returning, soon, to purchase a larger quantity.

These bags are fantastic! I would highly recommend and I will be purchasing again and again! - MUCH cheaper than any big box pet store. - You have the ability to buy in bulk. - The bone attachment works really well and attaches nicely to the leash handle. - Having bags with you at all times on walks is incredibly convenient. - The bags are thick, so you never have to worry about coming into contact with any waste. - The bags are not too big and not too small. They are the perfect size. They fit the waste (we have a 37 lb dog) with plenty of room to tie a knot and hold the bag above the knot. - The black bags are opaque (not sure about the other colors), which means you (and your nosy neighbors) will never have to see the waste! * Yes, they are not biodegradable, but if you do your research like I did, unless you are burying your pet's waste, no bag/method is truly 100% biodegradable anyway (yes, it is a shame). But as far as I'm concerned, a bag in the trash can is better than your dog's waste being left on the ground to run into our nearby waterways. I cannot say enough good things about these bags. They have made our pet waste picking up days so much easier!! I would highly recommend these bags to any good pet owner that picks up after their dog. And the price is right.

Very user friendly

As a service dog handler it is critical that I have good poo bags. I have looked for years and years for bags that are clearly marked between each bag so that I don’t have to Hunt for that tear line. These bags are also the easiest bags to open. When you’re standing there and wanting to pick up what your dog left is no time to be fussing and fiddling trying to get a bag open. It seems odd to be fussy about such a thing but it makes such a difference when you find a good product. I won’t use anything else now. .

Pretty purple poop bags!

Great bags! So far we've only gone on two walks and have used 3 bags. My one dog is sometimes a "multi-pooper", but he's guaranteed to poop at least once. (Our other dog prefers our backyard, must be the privacy fence.) The bags are unscented. They are big enough to hold at least two poops, if you are lucky enough to have simultaneous poops, which has only happened once with our two current dogs... and once when we had three dogs. The bags aren't 100% opaque, but realistically, if you are carrying a poop bag, people are going to know what is in it anyhow. The perforation is nice and the bags tear off easily. That's good because if my husband comes with us, he just keeps yanking and yanking until pretty much a whole roll of poop bags is out of the holder. (Seriously, I've told him so many times to just carefully tear the bag at the perforation...) He should be able to just pull a bag out and it will tear off. Hopefully 880 bags will last us a year, but if we go on multiple walks during the day... My Super Pooper Pup will make sure we use at least one.
