Highly recommended

THE GOOD: this pan feels really sturdy, nothing seems to stick to it so far, easy to clean and great quality overall. THE BAD: nothing so far! OVERALL: highly recommended! I bought this after going through a cheaper grill pan that really disappointed me, this really showed me how much better it can be! I just hope it'll be durable.

Good sized pan for bacon etc.

Another good Anolon Advanced pan. Being square it seems the corners do not always heat up when sat on a normal round stove top burner. The cooking oil collects in the corners and does not spit as much in the cooler corners so that is a plus. Have found the handle design on the Advanced pans to be pretty good at keeping cool compared with an all metal handle.

Who knew my husband would get this excited over a pan? We love it! We were looking for a nice grill pan. One that was easy to clean and lightweight, and most importantly cooked the food nicely. My husband said that bacon cooks so well on this. Better than a typical griddle or pan. Chicken cooks like a dream. This is the first Anolon pan we’ve had, and it most certainly won’t be the last. The price can’t be beat for the quality!

Good value

So far so good, we've cooked burgers and steaks with it. Love the fact that nothing seems to stick to it, even burned cheese. Seems very well made too, and reasonably priced.

Great Non-Stick Surface

These are very nice, very large pans that are well worth the cost. The non-stick coating works very well, the cleaning is easier than many of the old non-stick pans that I have had. As I replace more pans over time, I will buy more of these anolon pans.

Cooks well and easy cleaning

Love this thing! We've had poor luck with past grill pans and sticking. They are the worst to clean, then end up getting scratched in the process. This pan not only cooks perfectly, it's a dream to clean.

Best grill pan!

I LOVE this pan! It is the easiest to clean: just rinse with hot water, and everything comes right off! I love Analon! Great price for a top tier grill pan. I use it almost every day! Only thing I wish it had is a top, but I just use a large round one instead.

Great

Advanced bronze pans are hard to beat. Never had a bad one yet. Last set lasted 6yrs of daily abuse. Finally broke down and got some new ones. This pan frys flat things exceptionally well. Hamburgers, sandwiches, chicken breasts, breads, etc. Does not do well with runny things such as batter, eggs. They tend to be hard to get the spatula under. Nothing stuck to it.

Excellent for Bacon

My husband cooks bacon in the pan and it comes out perfectly. We have also used in with chicken breasts and it grilled very nicely. It doesn't compare to the propane grill but is an acceptable alternative when the weather doesn't cooperate. The grooves in the pan collect the grease and it is easily poured into an old can for disposal. Clean up is extremely easy; soap and water!

Excellent for Fish

I honestly didn't expect much when this arrived as most non-stick pans are over hyped. This absolutely works. I was looking for a solution to getting grill marks on my fish and this does an excellent job with great grill lines. I use very little oil. It simply does what it says, my food easily moves around and I flip it without it tearing or sticking.
