I wanted to see if my grandson would play in the house or the box it came in. He was not expecting it. He actually did neither, he grabbed my fingers and made me run around the yard. He is 21 months. When he got to it, instead of the door, he tried to climb through the window. Not sure if that means he is going to be a cat burglar or what. He has gotten used to it, he goes in, sits down, picks up the phone, rings the doorbell, and oh yeah, climbs out the window. Did I mention he climbs out the window?

Bought this for an Easter gift for my 17 month old daughter. I am quite happy with the design of the house. I love that it has a floor and the working doorbell is great. My daughter loves it, it's the perfect size for her and her 9 year old brother. Shipped and arrives sooner than expected dates.

I have 2 years old and she practically lives in this little house. She loves it! Only tip, if you plan to use it over a concrete slab, make few extra holes with a drill at the floor corners so the water drains properly.

My 2 daughters love this! Looks great in my backyard and provides a ton of entertainment for the kids. The doorbell..mail slot..flower bed...windows..door can withstand harsh weather conditions as well. Totally worth the buy. If your a Prime Member...I reccomend you give it a shot. Our children adore this playhouse. It's larger than I expected and has the cutest details. The working doorbell is their favorite thing! We planted some flowers in the flower box and with daily watering, the have lasted all summer. I wanted a playhouse with a floor so I could set it anywhere and not worry about what was underneath. Easy to sweep and the floor stays cool, even on sunny days.

I really can't say enough good things about this playhouse. We purchased this after finding it was a solid hundred dollars less than what was for sale at Toys "R" Us the exact same model. It is very sturdy and it is bigger than I expected. It has a floor as part of it so there is literally no way they're going to take this over. In the picture you see my nine-year-old inside of it and she is not small. There is plenty of space for more than one kid inside of it. The doorbell works and is really fun. The mailbox opens and there is a slot to drop things through. There is a grill and a sink and opening and closing the shutters and door. There is a shelf on the inside that the phone sits on. There is also a small bench on the inside that my toddler can sit on. This is a very very good purchase and I am extremely pleased.

I purchased this Playhouse for a daycare. It came quickly and the majority of the setup was fairly easy. I feel like the hot day made it a bit more frustrating than it had to be. There was one side piece that did not want to go into the hole correctly and I struggled with it for a good 30 minutes. By the time I finally got it inserted correctly I was worn out. The other side went in without a problem. You will definitely want your drill to put the screws in since there are around 30. It saves you a lot of time and hassle. The children love it and it's holding up great.
