Excellent quality strings, provide a nice bright sound with no fret buzz. Will be sure to use again I the future.

Clarity of these strings are very good. I prefer a med gauge as I find they stay in tune longer than the light gauge. If your experienced you will have no problem with bends etc. All a matter of preference of course but if you are using light gauge I recommend giving these a try and I think you'll agree the tone is deeper and better. One other note the 3rd string is always a bit tricky with banjos so if you use a regular bridge you'll find better intonation on these.

These have to be the best strings ever invented. The quality, clarity of sound is so crisp and loud I can't compare with any others used. Will use over and over, The Seller is EXCELLENT. !!!

Im a beginer and dont know squat about what makes a good set of strings. I can tell you they stay in tune not a ton of stretch. I only had to retune 2 times. After that they were good.

My brother was refurbishing a banjo and popped a string. He asked me about these, I ordered them, and he installed them. He has since finished the banjo and had no problems. The strings work great and sou d just as good.

THe perfect balance of pop, sizzle, plunk, and brightness with a nice amount of over, under, and side tones - although more port than starboard. When you play lightly, you don't lose any of the snappiness, hollow pop, or luke warmness. Dig in for a solid crack with all the sparkle and roundness.

For me these are the best. Price and quality meet all expectations. One of the problems I've had with looped banjo strings from other manufactures happens when I install them on my banjos. Sometimes when I need to bend the loop slightly to lock into the tail piece, the string breaks...but not with these. D'Addario strings are made for musicians and never let me down.

Love this companies strings. Cant say enough good things about em. And to gove your banjo that old timey feel go nylon

I am satisfied

Nice crisp sound. Will buy again.
