Great load cell. Perfect for Arduino.

Worked great for building a model rocket engine static trust test stand. I used this paired with an HX711 to communicate to an arduino and log the data. Nice benefit with the shielded wire as it holds zero much more accurately than my old cheap 10kg load cell without a shielded wire, which drifted from zero after a short time.

I was surprised by how accurate it was for being a 50kg. It is precise within about half a gram, which is like the same as the 5kg ones I believe. In addition with the HX711 module, it was a nice, easy setup. Very pleased.

Perfect for an animal water bowl monitor

Needed a HEAVY scale due to dogs stepping on the empty water bowl (tried a lighter unit but it got damaged due to the dogs standing on the bowl). Using an Arduino and an MP3 player now have a unit that will warn me when the water is LOW or EMPTY.
