Like most of you (probably) I was looking for something to replace my Apple Magic Keyboard. I recently decided to sell my iMac and instead just use my MacBook Pro plugged into a monitor. I already had an Apple Trackpad (I love it so much) but I wanted something low profile that would mimic what I had been using with Apple's keyboard, and I was also looking for something that would come close to the design I was used to. Obviously I was thrilled to find this one (for the price especially!) I got it a few days ago and aside from a few missed spacebar keystrokes, I've had zero issues. It connected easily, has stayed connected really well, and feels pretty similar to what I was used to (the back is raised about an inch off of the desk rather than the half inch or so that the Magic Keyboard was, so its slant is slightly greater...otherwise it feels pretty close.) If you HAVE to have the feeling of the other keyboard (weight, height, keys) then just spend the money and get the real thing. If you want to save yourself a bunch of money and come out with something that looks and feels pretty good, get this.

I really hate lugging around my big laptop, and had bought a new Kindle Fire on Prime Day this summer -- but as much as I love my Fire, I never viewed it as something good at anything other than videos, basic games and web browsing, etc. Basically, anything that can fit under the umbrella of "entertainment." I decided I wanted to try getting a little more productivity out of the Fire, and bought this keyboard. I have to admit that despite the glowing reviews, I was a little dubious about it because of the cheap cost and small size, plus I didn't think the Kindle Fire would be a great device to write on. How wrong I was! As someone who writes a lot by hand and transposes everything later, this has been incredibly helpful. Not only have I not lost any speed typing on this device, but I think that if anything I may type a fair bit faster with it -- which is saying a lot. I won't say I'm as accurate with it as I am with the bigger layout of my computer's keyboard, but it's not all that far off. For the mobility this keyboard provides (it's truly tiny), I think that small decrease in accuracy is fine. If anything, it's allowed me to focus more on speed and finish my first drafts of my documents faster -- after which point I transfer the document from my Fire to my PC to make any necessary edits. As someone who writes/types a *ton*, I can say this has spread up my process a great deal. I'll also say that while the keyboard itself is very comfortable, I type with a lot of 'force' behind my fingers -- and the device is so light that I've actually moved it a few times. I thought this would be a problem at first, but like with all keyboards, you get used to it and I haven't had this issue reoccur more than a couple times since the first time I used it. Finally, the form factor. It's not only extremely mobile, thin and light, but looks really nice. When I have 10 pages of handwritten notes I need to type up, the fact that I can bust this out anywhere and like the way it looks and feels really helps me get that typing done. For anyone looking to get a little more productivity out of a Kindle Fire, I really can't recommend this highly enough. I wouldn't say it would completely replace a computer for something like word docs or excel, but this has worked really well for me in concert with my computer, and saved me a *ton* of time. (Seriously, I'm mad I didn't get this sooner.)

Overall good for the price! I can't exactly speak to the longevity or battery life of this keyboard though, as I've had it for about a week. Pros: * works with my macbook pro! A couple of the fn keys don't function properly but I never use them (I tested out of curiousity). * bluetooth connection is good -- once it connects, it does not drop the connection unless I stop using it for a few minutes, which is intended to save battery. * Comfortable to type on for 8 hr work days, though my job is kind of light on typing (occasional emails and scripting). Cons: * Plastic quality is... okay. If you press hard in the middle, it flexes. * A little louder than most other keyboards I've typed on, but definitely quieter than a mechanical keyboard. * A tiny bit smaller than I had hoped for, but still definitely a useable size. It is comparable in size to the bluetooth keyboards that come with the apple desktop computers.

I use this keyboard with my smartphone (Moto G4) whenever I want to type something more than a few words long. I've been using it for a couple weeks and so far I'm extremely happy with it. The feel of the keys and build quality are surprisingly good, given the pricepoint. And I personally like that it uses conventional AAA batteries rather than built-in rechargeable batteries. I've seen too many news stories about products with rechargeable batteries having fire risks. The only negative I've encountered so far is that the keyboard does go to sleep. So, when I haven't used it for a while, I often type a random key a few times until it wakes up (then erase the one or two unnecessary characters and proceed as usual). This isn't that much of a hassle, and I understand it's doing it to save my batteries; but, in the spirit of full disclosure, I thought I'd mention it. Great product. I hope you have the same experience I have.

Update: From time to time, the delete key is activating on its own and deletes as I type. Some keys get stuck from time to time. I might have a defective one. ----------------- Very sturdy. The keys are tactile. Low profile keys = less travel = fast typing. The layout of this keyboard is based on Apple's keyboard. That becomes a problem for Windows users, especially gamers, because of the location of the ctrl/control key. But that can easily be fixed by remapping keys. For what it is being sold for and what it does, this is a good keyboard especially for the price. Refer to the photos for scale. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Windows Notes: -The Windows key is the command key. -Installation on Windows requires Step 4 from iOS' instructions. -To switch modes/input method according to your OS/Device: fn + Q = iOS fn + W = Android fn + E = Windows -The fn key does not work when on Windows. If you want to use the multimedia shortcuts on Windows (e.g fn + f11 to raise the volume), you'd have to switch to Android mode then switch it back to Windows mode for normal operation.

This keyboard is FABULOUS!! I purchased this several months ago to go along with the elevated laptop and wireless mouse configuration I use in my job as a freelance writer. I was skeptical at its price--$10???!!!--but willing to give it a try. I LOVE IT!!! The keyboard is compact enough to travel well but still feels like a regular sized keyboard when I start typing, as shown in the attached photo where I use it with a riser I found here on Amazon (check my reviews for details). It has an on and off button, but there is also an auto-off feature than automatically turns off the keyboard after a certain amount of time without use. It uses a regular household battery that is still going strong after several months. Right out of the box, this keyboard paired with my laptop and has continued to work great despite the fact I often use it up to 10-12 hours each day. If you use your computer for word processing, internet surfing, or similar activities, I cannot imagine why anyone would want to spend more money than what this keyboard costs to have a wireless product that works. Great product at an amazing price!

This device is easy to use and will work well for someone who has need of a keyboard that connects via Bluetooth to their device, for the purpose of typing using the keyboard and not on their device itself. It is a good product that works with about any Bluetooth device. Criteria This product works well in serving its purpose in its design, connection using Bluetooth, function, and durability. Positive Aspects It is well designed and pleasing to the eye to look at and is set at just the right angle for the wrists while in use. It has convenient keys and functions for the different devices it would be used with and it has no problem connecting with the Bluetooth device. It is well durable and the pressure of the keys is good for those that tape the lightly in there typing as well as for those who press down hard. The height of the keys is also just perfect, particularly if you are used to typing on a Mac. Another feature that is worth mentioning is how the connection light blinks when it senses that the battery is running low. However, some light improvements could be made to make the product even better. Possible Improvements One is the sound of the keys being hit could be reduced a little, for those not used to the keys making much sound. Lastly, there is the issue of battery life. Even though it has a good battery life, it could be even longer. Overall Review This is a product that is well designed and gets the job done with no hassle or with a lot of effort. It has a pleasing visual and sound aesthetic. It has a good battery life and a low battery warning sensor and light for warning the user. The product is easy to use and to set up with about any Bluetooth device.

When my original Apple keyboard finally bit the dust after nearly 7 years, I chose this one as its replacement. So far, so good. It is similar in size although it weighs much less. I was worried it wouldn't last as long with its AAA batteries, but it goes to sleep quickly when not being used and my first set of batteries lasted a good couple of months. I sometimes felt like my Apple keyboard just ate through batteries like mad, but this one seems better in battery life. Connecting it to my computer (an older iMac) didn't give me any trouble. The trade off, of course, is that every time you want to use it after leaving it alone for more than a couple of minutes you have to wake it up and it doesn't respond right away so you type on it and then wait for it to turn on again. It's a small price to pay for the improved battery life, though, so I don't mind it. I'm pleasantly surprised with how well it works, especially given its low price.

Here is a product that probably does not need another rave review, but I want to show my appreciation for an item that is useful, well designed and well built. And what's more, is reasonably priced and easy to set up and use. I am using the Jelly Comb Bluetooth Keyboard with a Kindle Fire tablet. The set up was rapid once I read the instructions online for the Kindle Fire. The keyboard functions beautifully and the tactile keys are a pleasure to use. My hands are big and the size of the keyboard is ample to accommodate my clumsy fingers, yet it is compact enough to carry along with the tablet to most locations. I cannot comment on the longevity of the device since I have used it only a short time but it seems robust enough to last for years. I like the keyboard so much, I am considering using it with my desktop PC as well. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I purchased this to use with my 2015 Kindle Fire. I really have no idea why I didn't buy one sooner. It's super light, about the size of a 13" MacBook keyboard, and worth all ten dollars and change I spent on it. The bluetooth connection isn't as solid as some of my other devices, sometimes it needs a quick restart, but for $10 you can't go wrong. The keys aren't quiet, but not obtrusively loud. They're pretty clicky. As far as I can tell, some of the hotkeys for Android work. I'm till trying to figure it out. Becuse this is a Kindle Fire, the OS is a little restrictive, so I'm finding some of the text input features are a little glitchy. Occasionally the text cursor won't show up, auto-correct is hit or miss, stuff like that. I'd be willing to bet it's probably the Fire and not Android or the keyboard. I'll have to see how it works with my Galaxy and Apple stuff. Over all, gets the job done, can't beat it for the price. I've spent a few hours with it, I'm writing this on it right now. Definitely buying another one, probably the light up version.
