I have used these to make egg white omelette muffin for my breakfast meal prep. I have not tried using them without spraying them with some olive oil spray first. So, I can't really speak to whether or not they are non-stick by themselves. Using the olive oil spray have had zero problems getting the egg omelettes out. Helpful tip 1: The soft nature of this muffin pan is awesome because you can reach under neath and poke the muffins out from underneath. Helpful tip 2: I use a normal, metal cookie sheet with a cooling rack on it as a foundation for this pan since it is soft and you pretty much can't pick it up and get it into your oven without spilling the contents of the muffins all over the place. Helpful tip 3: Make sure you put this pan on that cookie sheet and cooling rack combo before you start putting anything in the cups of this pan. I made a bit of a mess of things one time when I forgot to do this, haha.

I've been using silicone bake-ware for years and love it all !! You can produce non-stick muffins without paperliners, which cause much of the recipe to stick to the paper - even careful scraping is a disappointment. You lose product stuck to the paper or paper joins your scraping - not nice eating experience. With little non-stick spray (recommended by mfg), the muffins pop right out with NO effort. There are numerous such baking products available on the market. I also enjoy the meatloaf pan regularly. Many options. Do explore this approach. Very affordable and durable. Holds up well with regular use. It stains a little with use over time, but does not affect performance. A great product!!

Keliwa 12 Cup Silicone Muffin Pan
First, let me say...I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! This was my first experience with trying out baking in a silicone product. Yes it is flexible and lightweight, but it held up its shape through everything I put it through (dishwasher, oven, handling). The packaging says it is 100% BPA free and filler free. It also states it is heat resistant up to 450 degrees and is also safe using in the freezer. With this muffin pan not being sturdy, you will need to support it by placing it on a cookie sheet. I suggest doing that first before attempting to fill it with anything to avoid a mess. :) The directions on the packaging stated that a thin layer of oil needed to be applied to season the surface before the first use and it is recommended to also do this with subsequent uses. Therefore, it isn't non-stick. I used some Pam cooking spray on mine and had no problems removing my cupcakes. In fact, once these were out of the oven, I found that the Keliwa Silicone pan of cupcakes didn’t take as long to cool off as the metal pan of cupcakes I have does. The one thing I found that I really love about this product was how much easier the cupcakes were to remove. Due to how flexible the pan is, you can simply push up on the bottom of the cups and pop them right out. With a metal pan, that's not as easy. I also found that the cupcakes cooked using the silicone muffin pan cooked more evenly and didn't cook as quickly as the ones cooked using my metal baking pan. Overall, I would highly recommend this product. I enjoyed using it and it will be a constant staple in my kitchen for years to come! Non-stick, easy to use and clean
I use muffin pans to make mini-frittatas, and I prefer these silicone pans over the traditional metal pans. I pop one of these on a baking sheet, add some chopped veggies (whatever I have on hand, whatever is in season), sometimes some type of meat (bacon, ham, sausage), eggs whisked with chopped fresh herbs, and top with grated cheese. Bake -- they pop out of the silicone easily, let cool for about 15 minutes, then onto a plate and into the freezer; then into a zipper lock bag. I pull out one or two for breakfast. Heaven! This silicone muffin pan is as good as I've seen anywhere. I've used them several times already (I purchased two), and have absolutely no complaints at all. As with most silicone bakeware, you need to set this pan on a cookie or baking sheet before filling and placing in the oven. Bottom line: good quality, solid performance, highly recommended. 5 stars.

I hesitated, but now I love it!
I was going to purchase the Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Commercial Muffin Pan, but after reading many reviews I purchased the silicone cupcake pan instead. I'm so happy I got the silicone cupcake pan! It is true that you'll have to put this on a sheet pan for support. However, I found it easier to take it in and out of the oven using a sheet pan. I have always used cupcake liners for my cupcakes, but I noticed that when the cupcakes are over filled they do not stick to the top of the pan. I find that the cupcakes baked very evenly. It does however need to bake a little longer compared to solid pan. I find it easier to remove the cupcakes from this pan because it's flexible. I could use a small offset spatula and/or push up from the bottom and take the cupcakes out with ease. I also made sweet potato stacks in this pan and nothing sticks to it. I don't have to worry about scratching up the pan either. Just don't use anything sharp. Cleaning the pan does take a little more time because it's not rigid, but it outweighs the benefits of non-stick and ease of removal. I enjoy it very much.

A must have for any baker! Hands down, this is one of the best silicone additions to my kitchen cabinet and bakeware arsenal I have. Extremely easy to clean and make a burn free, stick free recipe bakery perfect. The silicone prevents burning or hotspots with even temperature distribution making each muffin as good as the last! Your treat (muffin, biscuit or cupcake) will seemlessly pop out of the silicone mold once cool! Thus, preventing the dreaded fork and spoon removal method that results in crumbs and cracks. To clean, just wash and rinse with warm water and light soap and that's it! No scrubbing or scraping needed. Now everyone can be a five star baker with this five star muffin pan!

Best Muffin Pan I've ever Used!!! Love it!!!
First off, I was excited to find a RED muffin tin, and the fact that it's Silicone, even better. I used it to make "Egg muffins" and they came out divine!!! I love this, and will order more for Friends and family, it's everything I hoped it would be and more, the clean up is a breeze!!!
